Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Did not have breakfast- the property in itself is decent. Facilities and maintenance need attention. Shower did not have hot water in the morning. Layout of bathroom is such that it gets completely flooded. Towels were old and threadbare. Did not get a replacement even after asking. The approach road is washed out and water logged. However, the property itself is clean and neat. Very well placed. Good for a night stay.

U will find hardware key to open the door in place of automatic card. Washroom is very small. No Dental Kit, No Hair Dryer. Towel Quality was so so. Food was okay and reasonable rates.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026I recently had the pleasure of staying at Saltstays, and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment of check-in, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to assist with any request, making the stay comfortable and welcoming. The rooms are one of the standout features—spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The interiors are modern yet cozy, with all essential amenities provided, including a fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable bedding, high-speed Wi-Fi, and clean washrooms. It truly gives a “home away from home” feeling. Cleanliness and hygiene were maintained at a very high standard, which is especially important for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping services were prompt and efficient. Another highlight is the overall ambiance—quiet, secure, and ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Reviewed Jan 19, 2026I have reserved the room on Booking.com trust, and long association with booking.com, however they have cancelled my booking 2-3 days before my arrival, as the reception staff told me. I have reached the hotel at around 11:30 am and there was some arguments in reservation, which was unprofessional. Later after struggle they allotted me a room which was not so good. Further, they demanded me to pay additional INR 500 for the child, this was mis-comittement. I have done the reservation for 1 adult and 1 Child (17 yrs), then why they were asking for additional charges. After struggle and discussion with Manager, I check-in, but my mood was spoiled and I was also late. So, the trust on booking.com and this hotel is weakening. Later in the evening they offered me to change the room, which was a good gesture, but I didn't. Hopefully they will be more committed in future and will take car of their customers convenience.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025The manager was nice and breakfast. He and room cleaner were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately the first room I was given smelt like cigarettes, they moved me to another room which had mould on the walls which had been painted over and smelt very damp. Finally the third room was better but still had an unpleasant smell.
The lady on reception was not pleasant or helpful when asking for assistance, a negative attitude that was not appropriate for front desk. Water leaked into room from bathroom when having shower and rooms small and had not opening windows, the needed more ventilation.
