Lots of things, first room I got AC was not working. We shifted to another room RO water was not working. Room had too much cigarette smells, The breakfast earlier had a buffet and it used to be good. Now the breakfast was just one item that was also not good. Wifi was very poor, second floor people were connected to third floor and due to this i could not my office work.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Great value for money and perfect for a business trip. The high-speed Wi-Fi and work desk made it easy to get things done, and the city views from the balcony were a nice touch. While the location is central and has great connectivity, the surrounding area can be a bit busy/tidy. Service was prompt, and the private check-in process was seamless . Staff very helpfull and corporative special thanks for Himanshu he was very friendly.Recommendation: Ask for a room with a balcony to enjoy the evening breeze."
