Sea view - Luxury Apartments by Tyronne

We really liked the tyronne apartments. We enjoyed our stay and the host was really hospitable and friendly. The location is a wonderful hotel apartment that is very specious and clean. We really liked it. We will definitely come again .

We had a wonderful stay at Sea View Luxury Apartments. Tyronne, the owner, was extremely kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. He made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Our room was quiet and peaceful, with no noise disturbances, which allowed us to rest very well. We also really appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a better room, which was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more enjoyable. We spent a very pleasant time at the pool, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Nothing positive to say about this experience, as our interaction with the property owner/manager was extremely unpleasant and stressful. We were slightly delayed for check-in, and instead of handling the situation professionally, he refused to accommodate us, saying he was “not there to welcome us.” The way he spoke to us was disrespectful, rude, and completely unacceptable for a host. From the very beginning, he was unnecessarily demanding, questioning our whereabouts and reasons for visiting in an uncomfortable manner. We have stayed in the same apartment building multiple times with different hosts and have never experienced anything like this. Other hosts have always been respectful, professional, and easy to deal with. He insisted that we transfer the full payment before check-in if we wanted the key left at reception, but naturally we were not comfortable transferring money before even seeing the property. When we decided not to stay there due to his hostile attitude, he threatened that he would “somehow get the money from us.” We eventually booked another apartment in the same building through a different host and requested a cancellation for this booking. What disappointed me the most was not just the lack of flexibility, but the aggressive tone, arrogance, and complete absence of basic hospitality. As customers, we should be able to check in at any time within the confirmed booking window without being treated this way. I would not recommend booking this property if you expect respectful communication and professional hosting. Unfortunately, this was one of the most toxic hosting experiences I’ve had. I did record every telephone conversation I had so I do have proof how indecent he was. I wish I could publicize these if it comes to that point. Never think of booking with this host..

Book this property if you need a traumatic experience as the host is extremely hostile and rude.

Spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. The pool on top was amazing! Tyronne was always there and very helpful.

Kitchen could have been a bit more cleaner.

Czysty i zadbany obiekt. Pokoje klimatyzowane z czajnikiem i lodówką. W prysznicu ciepła woda. Restauracja na ostatnim piętrze serwowała bardzo dobre śniadanie.

We had a truly pleasant and memorable stay at this hotel and the hotel’s atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free.

Не было горячей воды. В раковине была, в душе - нет. В душевой бегал огромный таракан. На ковре грязные пятна.

Pitt there were only 8 sun loungers for pool area. Although that is probably not the responsibility of the owner if one flat. Perhaps flat could supply some potable chairs to take to pool area.

Really spacious, comfortable and clean apartment! Has all the amenities that you may have needed, excellent stay - highly recommend!!

The facilities are how it shows in the pictures. Well designed, comfortable and with good amenities. The hotel is located in an area in front of the beach, with several bars, restaurants and markets around. Tyronne was very helpful, understanding and responsive. We recommend this place to come with friends, family or couple.

A lovely clean, comfortable and spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the town and sea. We didn’t use the kitchen area because there were so many cafes and restaurants nearby. There was a pool on the roof terrace but again we made the short walk to the beach. Tyronne was really helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Location was great, enough space for us. Beautiful view onto the sea. There is a restaurant in the building which is great.

Only thing, uber driver couldn’t find address immediately. Could be clearer.

The big is big for triple. The foul smell in the shower and I strongly believe it’s had been like this without an intention to rectify the issue. The sheets did not fit the bed so they slides when you turn in bed and completely uncomfortable. There are mosquitoes even the unit is on the high floor. The cleaning material are place outside the toilet door which is rather unsightly.

Das Zimmer war zwar sehr groß und hatte einen Balkon und eine ausgestattete Küche Dennoch hatte das Zimmer, aber einen unangenehmen Geruch Die Handtücher und der Schrank ebenfalls Es war nicht wirklich sauber Der Teppich, der auch im Küchenbereich war wie mehrere Flecken auf Es war eine eigenartige Kommunikation mit dem Unterkunft vorab Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte vorne und hinten nicht Den Pool und das Restaurant haben wir nicht gesehen. Vielleicht sind diese der Grund für die gute Bewertung von anderen Gästen Beim nächsten Mal würden wir vermutlich aber eine andere Unterkunft buchen

The appartment is clean, modern, met the owner at the reception and got the keys right away. He showed us all the facilities and even asked if we wanted late check out. Very nice view, building very modern and we had access to the rooftop swimming pool. Parking downstairs very spacious, centrally located we went to the restaurant by foot, no need to use the car. Airport nearby.

In the bathroom we could hear a banging sound as if somebody was working on a pipe, we figured it was the ventilation. It didn't bother us while sleeping, though in the bathroom it was sometimes a bit loud.

La camera, di dimensioni enormi, è all'interno di un bellissimo hotel fronte mare. Più che una camera è un mini appartamento: cucina attrezzata, letto king size, bagno con doccia e balcone con tavolino e sedie; vista mare 😍 All'ultimo piano piscina. Noi siamo stati una sola notte, ma il letto stracomodo e ambiente molto silenzioso, e non è stato necessario accendere l'aria condizionata perchè la temperatura era perfetta. A 2 passi dal mare, sulla strada ristorantini, locali e vari negozietti. L'accesso al mare è facile attraverso qualche vietta oppure passando direttamente dai bar/ristoranti che sono affacciati direttamente sulla spiaggia.

The room was spatious, clean and comfortable with a great view over Negombo and the ocean. Easy to reach the airport by taxi (ca 25 min) Staff was very accomodating. We arrived early before the official check in time but they made it possible to get into the room with just a very short wait. Location is nice. Beach very close, several restaurants within walking distance.

The rooftop pool offers a great view but the pool itself was not very inviting. Strong smell of chlorine, very bare surroundings with just a few chairs, in need of repair ( tiles missing in several places)

The accommodation is an apartment located across the street from Negombo Beach and is very close to the airport. The room was clean, super comfortable, the AC worked well and we also had a washing machine, which helped us with the laundry before packing our bags. It has a very good location, close to the restaurants and all kind of shops. It has a rooftop pool where you can enjoy the sunset with amazing views. Tyronne and Desh were very friendly and always checked if we need anything. the apartment is a great deal for the money

Normally people end their holidays in Sri Lanka by staying in Negombo for their last few says because it is close to the airport. We stayed here for full two happy weeks for holiday, from 30.01.2025 to 12.02.2025. The central location of the apartment was excellent, only 150 m to the beach across the road. A pleasant and peaceful place to stay with friendly and helpful staff, also recommending good restaurants. We stayed at 11 th floor, so only very few mosquitos. Sun shining all the day to the balcony. The safe which was missing the first day, was delivered us on our second day of stay. Good WiFi and A/C. Nice pool area in the top floor, even with a restaurant (but no alcohol beverages). When coming to Negombo again, we would be staying here.

I really enjoyed..... Such a greatest place to spend your leisure time.... Very comfortable.... No issues..... No disturb.... Friendly staff..... Nice view.....!!! Negombo's no 1 place.... I guranteed.....

I liked all in general. Super easy location almost in the centre . Around there are cozy sea food restaurants and some pubs too. Close to Negombo attractions and Airport.

Nearby the beach. Good rooms with good airconditioning. Very friendly host. Good hygiëne. Nice big pool. I recomend!
