The breakfast was unusual but good. They were very good at accommodating for my gluten allergy. It was great to have tea in the room. Also having a small fridge and filtered water was a bonus. Having a room AC was also very helpful with the humid weather. Also liked the extra pillows.

Outstanding joyful hosting! Breakfast was dreamy and bountiful! Our room was elegant and cozy! Our huge room was thoughtfully equipped with anything you could possibly need. The rooms and the house were immaculate. The location was perfect! Close to everything. Best of all, our host was an exceptional ambassador to a beautiful community he and his charming wife love! Sonny and Judy were the best hosts ever, made our stay absolutely perfect.

Sonny and Judy are truly exemplary hosts. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was nothing short of wonderful. Their beautiful home is not only spotless but also filled with thoughtful touches, reflecting their excellent attention to detail. Each morning was a delight thanks to Judy's gourmet cooking. We loved the surprise of seeing what delicious meal she would prepare for us. Meanwhile, Sonny took the time to learn about our interests, providing personalized recommendations that made our stay even more special. My husband and I have stayed at many bed and breakfasts over the years, and The White House is hands-down our absolute favorite. Thank you, Sonny and Judy, for making our stay so memorable. White House B&B is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to Niagara Falls without being right in the busy center. The location gives you the best of both worlds - easy access to the attractions but also a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Sonny and Judy are absolutely wonderful hosts - so kind, welcoming, and attentive, they truly make you feel at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

We had an exceptional stay at The Whitehouse. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Sonny and Judy are the perfect hosts, great local knowledge of the area and couldn’t do enough for us, they went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we had the perfect stay. We were sad to leave and if we are in NOTL again we will definitely return!

We had such a fantastic experience during our stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was the delicious four-course breakfast each morning — not only was the food amazing, but it was also a lovely opportunity to connect with other guests. The room was lovely and the house and gardens were exceptional. The owners were very caring and the breakfasts were fabulous. It was located within walking distance of downtown and the theatres.

Sonny and Judy were very welcoming hosts and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The daily breakfast was always interesting and delicious, and we loved the conversation and interaction with the other guests. The property is well located for walking to Queen Street or visiting other local sites like wineries, flower gardens, etc. We highly recommend the White House B&B, and know you will enjoy it as much as we did.

Beautiful home, beautiful grounds bursting with flowers. Beautiful deck to enjoy in the warmer weather. Room was large, very clean, comfortable. Nice bathroom, nice amenities. Appreciated the fridge, coffee maker, wineglasses, corkscrew and light snacks.

The framed portrait of Abe Lincoln staring down at me in our room! That I hadn’t realized shoes aren’t allowed in the rooms, I would have brought slippers.

The home was lovely and Sonny and Judy treated us so well — like family! The beds were comfortable, breakfast was fantastic and Sonny helped us plan our time in Niagara on the Lake. It was spectacular!!! Can’t wait to go back and if they aren’t full will be a repeat visitor!

It’s not that I didn’t like it but I will caution that all of the bedrooms are upstairs. We would have been smart to pack a smaller bag for hefting up the stairs but once again Sonny was to the rescue and helped us get everything up — and down!

Sonny and Judy were the perfect hosts! They were full of sites to see and things to do along with providing an exceptional breakfast! The White House was in a great location to walk to town, the gardens of Pillar and Post and many historical sites. The room was spacious, clean and updated, yet came with a flavor of the past in the updates. A define must stay if you're in the Niagara on the Lake area!

Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the communal aspect and getting to know the other guests. Location was fantastic and easy to walk into town or driver to nearby Niagara Falls or the wineries. The owners are super friendly and welcoming and happy to recommend places. We really enjoyed our stay and our room was beautiful.

I was speaking with Sonny in relation to our stay, we were flying in from Mexico and then had to make the 1hour 45 minute drive down to Niagara and we were later than expected. Sonny had reached out to let us know they had dinner plans with friends and to try not be late. Sonny called me close to the time I was hoping to arrive (also to note Toronto traffic & Pearson airport delays) was again asking me what time we would arrive and seemed unimpressed we weren't there at our exact time. When we got to the property you could cut the tension with a knife and one of the first things Sonny said instead of greeting us was that he couldn't make his dinner plans which to be honest, you're running a business that should be your priority. We were also asked why we were not smiling when we were entering the property and based off the way we were "welcomed" I found this particularly funny to as such a strange question. We then went inside to sit at the table and sign forms and read the rules of the house etc. which was honestly like being back in school again all of us sitting at the table in complete silence while we read through the pages of rules. We were also offered a discounted breakfast which we swiftly declined due to the tension and just general vibe, also not getting breakfast as standard in a B&B seems absolutely WILD to me (especially for the price), but thankfully based off the strict 9am start time and the awkwardness we seen at the breakfast table when we were leaving, we were very happy we declined that "additional extra". We swiftly left the next morning very thankful we only stayed 1 night, and would definitely not return. Sonny - I would really work on the welcoming of guests, I would hate to think this is how other guests are greeted if they were also running late.

We were originally a mix of apprehensive and intrigued by the B&B's name, but the amazing reviews that The Whitehouse B&B have earned are well deserved and we had a wonderful stay! Sonny & Judy were both great; Sonny offered us a number of great recommendations for places to eat and sites to see in the area, and Judy's breakfasts and gracious demeanour made it the entire experience a memorable one!

I greatly enjoyed the sumptuous homemade breakfasts along with the lovely conversation with our hosts Sonny and Judy and the other guests. The location was perfect for exploring Niagara on the Lake and from there to get to the falls. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the hot tub was excellent. The hospitality of our hosts at the White House Boutique B&B truly gave us a presidential experience we will not soon forget!

We absolutely loved staying at the White House, it is a very special place. Sonny and Judy are the most perfect hosts and made us feel so so welcome in their home. The breakfasts were just amazing, beautifully presented and shared with other guests staying there, so very social. The bedroom had everything you could need with a good coffee machine and fridge. And the bed (with amazing bed linen) was so comfortable. The location is perfect and it’s easy to walk to everything that Niagra-on-the-lake has to offer. Would highly recommend anyone to book a room here if you’re visiting this most beautiful town.

it was a little strange on arrival to have a welcome talk, I now understand it as its the family home, more than just a hotel, it just wasn't what were used to. we felt a little awkward that we might break a rule by accident but we really did enjoy the stay and it didnt spoil it overall.

Judy & Sonny’s gorgeous house was the absolute highlight of our visit to Ontario, we had spend two weeks touring around the area & Niagra on the lake was our last place & wow what a stunning area, house & fabulous hosts! The area is totally beautiful, so pretty full of quaint shops & buildings & overflowing with flowers, loads of winery’s & super friendly people! Also so close to the falls which are amazing to see, it’s one of the very best places we have ever visited & we’ve racked up quite a few now! As for The White House, it’s stunningly beautiful with a garden to match, Judy & Sonny welcomed us to their gorgeous home amazingly, fantastic hosts, wonderful 4 course breakfast cooked by Judy. Our room was huge, very comfortable with absolutely everything we needed, excellent bathroom & perfect in every way. This stay was so fabulous we feel we have made lovely friends too, we wished we had stayed much longer both Judy & Sonny go way above what you would expect & are so kind they would do anything to help in any way, from loads of local info to supplying sun cream! Huge thanks to a fabulous couple we loved everything.

Fantastic stay at the White House B&B. Excellent location, just 5 blocks to all the shops and restaurants on Queen’s Street . Our hosts were amazing and we really enjoyed our conversation with them and the other guests over the fabulous breakfasts. Different breakfast each morning and they were all delicious. The property was spotless . Our room was huge, with all amenities and many extra little touches to enhance our stay. Highly recommend .

The location and size of the room was great for 3 people. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

The owners were very friendly and helpful (maybe a little too helpful), maybe we're just not used to the more personal environment of staying in a B&B. We were asked to take our shoes off as soon as we entered the property because of the white carpet. Then we had to sit down, read and sign a contract and provide breakfast choices before we'd had a moment to take in the surroundings. We had to carry our bags up the stairs and were told not to drag them on the carpet, again because of the white carpet. I didn't feel as relaxed as I wanted on arrival, or during our stay.

The owners were amazing. They were so warm and welcoming. The room was a perfect size for three seasoned ladies. Bathroom was spotless and tons of hot water. The outside gardens were gorgeous and the balcony perfect for late evening wine!

Early punctual breakfast and having to convene with other guests for breakfast when some flexibility while on vacation and a quiet private breakfast was preferred, especially with the option to sit in the patio. Lack of ability to control room temperature, as the room became quite cool.

Breakfast was professional caliber and served with pride and goal to please all guests. Very attentive to proactive confirmation that no food allergies needed to be accounted for. The location was excellent as it afforded my family a beautiful walk to the 'downtown' area through beautiful and serene neighborhoods. The location was very serene and welcoming and extremely safe which was a top priority. Our hosts (Sonny and Judy) were extremely accommodating and friendly. Wonderful people to simply sit and 'visit' with.

The friendliness and attentiveness of the owners - they went above and beyond what we would have expected from them. The breakfasts were excellent - we stayed for 7 nights and never had the same breakfast twice (Judy is a superb cook). The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean.

I love everything about the White House Boutique Bed and Breakfast. The hosts are the loveliest people on earth. They treat their guests like family members. Sonny gave my family a quick tour of the town in his car since we didn’t drive. He gave medicine to my daughter who felt nauseous. Sonny and Judy also gave good advice of what to do and how to get around in Niagara Falls and NOTL area. They served very good breakfast. The place is sparkling clean, with amenities that are better than 5 star hotels. Definitely value for money, coz the hosts are passionate in hosting their guests, they make sure you have comfortable and wonderful experience during your stay at NOTL.

We had a great stay at the White House B & B. The hosts, Sonny and Judy D'Mello did everything they could to make our stay fantastic. The breakfasts were great but the conversations with Sonny and Judy were even better. They were extremely helpful in providing us with information about the area that made our stay memorable. Also, the bedroom and bathroom were much larger than I expected and the bed was very comfortable. A great place to stay when visiting Niagara on the Lake.

The hosts Sonny and Jenny are just wonderful; the bkfst was delicious and their company made us feel at home. The room was prestine, spacious and very comfortable. Location was near good restaurants and within walking distance of Queen St. The main shopping Street.

Our hosts Judy and Sonny were awesome. Judy provided fabulous breakfasts and Sonny was so engaging in conversation with exciting stories of his travels. We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful flowers and the location was excellent. Three women who have been friends for years were their guests. We will definitely stay there again when we come back to NOTL. House was immaculate! Loved the location because we could walk to town and enjoy the beauty of the area -- beautiful homes and flowers. This place is a gem!

Spacious and very clean. Luxurious bedding and delicious breakfasts! Gorgeous gardens! The suite included a Keurig coffee machine and unlimited coffee pods, a full range of teas and a refrigerator. Wi-Fi and a large smart TV, fireplace and comfortable chairs completed the room.

How friendly and welcoming the hosts were; they made us feel so at home. The breakfasts were delicious and huge! They helped us navigate the best restaurants and wineries, plotting all the hot spots on a street map that was easy to read and understand.

I can't think of anything I didn't like. There is nothing negative to say about the White House and it's owners. They are wonderful people, with a beautiful home that they are kind enough to share with guests visiting Niagara on the Lake.

The White House in NotL provided a fantastic experience for us wearily travellers from Scotland. I say experience - as that’s what it was. It was far more than just a B&B or a Guest House. Sunny and Judy run a very professional and caring facility. The breakfasts were bespoke each day, with everything home made and served carefully and perfectly on time. The entire house was spotless.. the room was massive, with everything you could really want from a suite. It was located far enough away from the main drag in NotL, but so close we could walk there in about 5 mins or less. This is definitely a facility we would recommend to anyone! Well done to Sunny and Judy for making a memory out of our NotL stay!

I stayed for two nights at the White House B&B with my teenage grandson this past week and recommend it highly. The house itself is beautiful, along with the magnificent gardens. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities you would want. There is a lovely shared balcony for reading outside. Sonny & Judy are very gracious hosts, The breakfasts are a culinary treat, but most unusual is the fact Sonny & Judy are concerned about their guests individual tastes and preferences for food. They also provide excellent advice about local attractions and restaurants. This B&B is walking distance to town, but not right in the middle of shops or the park. We had a car, so that was fine. We were also given free parking.
