Joyce Condo @ Centrio Towers

Exactly as advertised,

All was good

Good price, good location, mostly clean

The shower head is bad

The location, cleanliness, responsive owner/agent and the hotncold water is working.

The shower head can be better. And there was an unpleasant smell in the bath. I think its from the drainage.

Location

Couldn't even talk it upset the next room he was banging the wall so felt very intimidating

Central to all types of shops and shopping centres. Clean apartment with sufficient amenities. Owner quick to respond to all messages and requests.

Nothing to complain about.

Great location because it's near a mall. We like that it has its own kitchen with a microwave. We liked that the hot shower worked out well. We accidentally left a vest at her condo and she made sure we had it back. We were really grateful.

We saw and killed 6 cockroaches. They were small to mid sized cockroaches. We have to move the microwave near a suitable plug everytime we used it. It was a bit of a hassle.

Aesthetic and it is really what we’ve been looking for our work 😁

No complaints from me

Place is cozy and it’s got all you need!

Very aesthetic and clean.

Nice room Though small for the price, I have stayed in Centrio before in a 1 bedroom corner that was very high up and had a great view for about the same price as this studio

The CR was leaking so a wet floor all the time. Was probably the bidet pipe leaking

Clean and convenient room.

Everything. Location, accommodation, value for money, and most especially the Host was very helpful and accommodating.

Nothing

Very good host, and always helpful

Nothing

My family was happy staying here 😊

Very clean and comfortable. Among all the condo unit I’ve stayed with in the philippines this is by far one of the best ones for me. It is within downtown as well. Very accessible to big shopping centers.

None.

It was a small studio unit but it was very well put together for guests on a short term stay. Location is superb at Corrales Ave and right next to Centrio Mall. The unit was clean, was very well furnished and had a fully functional kitchen with a fridge, rice cooker, electric stove, kettle and cooking + eating utensils. The host was very thoughtful and included vanity kits, extra toilet rolls, and extra garbage bags. Lighting was incredible, with natural light from the windows during the day, and a wardrobe with hangers for our clothes. It was such a homey place to stay in CDO, my sister and I absolutely loved our stay!

It was sometimes noisy because this property is right next to the elevators, I understand it has nothing to do with the property but more to do with the people moving around. If you're sensitive to noise at bedtime, this is something to consider.

Easy check in though had to fill up a relatively long form. Which was a requirement by the establishment and not by Joyce.

Filling up the long form :)

Close to everything , security guard friendly and accommodating

Ceiling head side please check .

Clean, well maintained, excellent location, friendly reception, nice pool

Nothing bad to say maybe a few towels for use in the pool

I like the place its homey

I love it all

It exceeded all my expectations. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The property itself is centrally located. Despite being so central, the room was a peaceful retreat—spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I will definitely be returning!

The room was beautifully decorated with a cozy bed. The location was convenient, and amenities were great. Host was hospitable and easy to talk to.

My stay at Joyce’s Condo was absolutely splendid! Host was very kind and accommodating, she happily assisted me with any questions that I had and even went out of her way to ensure I had a smooth and pleasurable stay. Check-in was fast, amenities were great, place was fantastic and exceeded my expectations all for a great price point! Strongly recommending this place for anyone looking for a condo to stay at in CDO!

None at all!

ONLY the Location as its accessible to important places. The place is also clean.

We've waited for almost 2-Hours or so, OUTSIDE THE BUILDING as the Guard could not reach the Condo Owner, though I received a confirmation. The owner is no where to be found during check in, but the next day, the owner is very active and cannot wait for us to check out.

Very beautiful, clean and very comfy to stay

So far none
