When we get there, there were still dust all over the floor that we had to sweep them. Then, the place smells a bit but it was gone after we ventilated the unit. Saw some roaches at the back of the fridge...

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026I liked the view from the 19th floor you can see the city lights at night, which made the stay more memorable.
Stayed for 1 night in the condo. The space was quite small and no slippers were provided, which was a bit inconvenient. The reception staff weren’t very accommodating during my stay. However, the host I communicated with was very helpful and pleasant, which I really appreciated.

If you stay for many days? facilities is very lacking.bathroom tissues? soap? and if you want to clean even every twice a day? you need to pay?i think in other hotel everyday to change bedsheets and towels? But from them Not even Once😂😂..i stay for almost 4 days!

Never mentioned you have to pay 350 a day for parking. Made me hunt down owners of parking slots that we’re willing to rent. Complete nightmare rules to go to the pool. You have to bring dry clothes to change into just to get on the elevators after work. Ridiculous.

No Wifi Owner not responding for many calls to fix their damage unit. Clogged up zinc in the toilet Clogged up zinc and overflowing sticky smells. Aircondationing are frozen cause of tons of dirt they did not clean up. The owner is liar i gave the key to the front desk but they accused me i did not give it back. Asked to pay for the damage as what they say but their fault. Worth of 1,500 dollars shame on them. They do not fix the unit before they accept the renters. and now they want me to pay them wow its sucks.

You have to pay for amenities like pool and parking but understand that this is the Philippines and anything extra is paid for. Otherwise, I love everything about the condo.

Reviewed May 4, 2025Overall, it was a great place to stay. The bed was very comfy, and the room had everything i needed for a short stay, including a strong wifi, shower heater, microwave, electric kettle, stove, and other kitchen stuff. The location was also very convenient - just a short walk from restaurants and centrio mall. Even the lobby guards, are very accommodating and were helpful during the check-in & out process.
However, there were a couple of things that bothered me. First, the bed sheets didn’t seem freshly washed - i could still detect a faint smell as if someone had used them before me, even though the room itself was very clean and tidy. Another strange experience I had was with the smart TV. I’m not sure if this is normal, but it was definitely unsettling. The TV was plugged in but switched off - until it suddenly turned on by itself while I was lying in bed. The remote was far away from me, so there was no way i had accidentally pressed it. I got up, turned it off with the remote, but a few moments later, it powered on again. At that point, i decided to unplug it completely. I can’t imagine how creepy that would have been if it happened at 3AM! 😬
