Worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The customer service was extremely disappointing. After paying a significant amount for the stay, we received no flexibility, no understanding, and no willingness to help. When we requested fresh towels, our request was refused. When we asked for a short late check-out because of a delayed flight, we were asked to pay an additional €50 just to stay a couple more hours. What was most frustrating was the inconsistency in communication. First, the management apologized and acknowledged the issues we raised, then later claimed everything was according to their policy. Instead of focusing on guest satisfaction, every request seemed to be met with extra charges. I travel frequently and have stayed in many apartments and hotels, but I have never experienced such poor treatment. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to anyone looking for good customer service or hospitality.

There was a smell coming from the drain of the toilet that was not nice, but it was really located by the floor grid there and did not reach the bedroom. There is a step to go to the bathroom. Reviewed May 14, 2026Soggiorno di 3 notti molto piacevole.

The location of the property is convenient and the room was clean. However, guest safety — the most fundamental requirement — was not ensured. During my stay, shortly after midnight, two individuals repeatedly tried to open my room door using the correct access code. Entry was prevented only because I had engaged the internal safety latch myself out of habit. The latch was not required or suggested by the property as a safety measure and cannot be considered sufficient protection. The property explained the incident by saying that the other guest randomly entered the correct code. This explanation did not reassure me nor ensure that a similar incident could not happen again. After this experience, I did not feel safe during my stay, which is a basic expectation for any accommodation.
