Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Très joli hôtel intimiste bien placé au cœur du village et néanmoins très calme. Le jardin et la petite piscine sont très agréables et le petit déjeuner est varié, tant le salé que le sucré. Une jolie adresse avec un propriétaire sympathique
Notre chambre étant située près de la porte d’entrée de l’hôtel, nous avons un peu été dérangés par les bruits des clients rentrant le soir. La décoration de la chambre pourrait être un peu rafraîchie.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Heerlijk verblijf in het leuke dorpje en een ervaring opzich. Vanaf het dakterras heb je een waanzinnig uitzicht over de omgeving. Goede en schone kamer en heerlijke douche. Koelkastje erbij en waterkoker. Lekker ontbijtje in de patio. Auto parkeren aan de buitenkant van het ommuurde dorpje. Plaats genoeg op de parkeerplaatsen bovenaan en 5 min lopen naar de accommodatie. Genoeg restaurantjes in de buurt.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Very cute property in the heart of Monsaraz. Room was a suit with two rooms but we used only one of them. Comfortable, well decorated with everything you need. You can drive up to the house to unload and then park the car around the corner in one of the several parking lots. Very nice breakfast. Great little roof terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Small pool as well. Great location within the castle walls and just about 10 min drive from the river beach. Owner/host very nice and accommodating.

Lastnik ni ves čas prisoten, in smo ga morali čakati, ko je zatajil daljinski sistem odpiranja vhodnih vrat. Zajtrk klasičen.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Prachtige opzet! Een mooie afwisseling van interieur met hout, staal en beton. Alles oogt fris en stijlvol. Het ontbijt was goed en verzorgd, en er is duidelijk veel aandacht voor detail. Een van de hosts spreekt Nederlands, wat erg prettig is. Het hotel denkt echt met je mee. Zo mochten wij gebruikmaken van de strandhanddoeken, wat we heel fijn vonden! Al met al een sfeervol hotel met oog voor detail en gastvrij personeel.
Een klein aandachtspunt is dat het hotel toch wat gehorig is. Sommige kamers hebben geen eigen badkamer en maken gebruik van een badkamer op de gang. Doordat de gang akoestisch niet optimaal is, hoor je geluiden op de gang vrij goed. Ook het geluid van de straat is ’s nachts duidelijk hoorbaar. Er rijden regelmatig auto’s voorbij en ook wandelaars zorgen voor wat geluid. Hier kan het hotel natuurlijk niet veel aan doen, maar het is wel iets om rekening mee te houden bij het kiezen van een kamer. Er is geen airconditioning aanwezig. Als tip zouden wij een goede plafondventilator aanraden. Dat zou op warme nachten zeker voor extra comfort zorgen.

Los propietarios muy atentos; la habitación tipo suite, muy amplia; y pude disfrutar de la piscina, pequeña pero suficiente para refrescar en una tarde de agosto,con una increible vista sobre el valle.
La dificultad para aparcar , aunque es comprensible en un pueblo de estas caracteristicas...

We had a room on the ground floor and it was noisy, especially in the morning hearing people coming in for breakfast which was right next door.

Las habitaciones decoradas con mucho gusto, un lugar muy tranquilo con un desayuno muy bueno. La terraza de la habitación tiene unas vistas impresionantes y por la noche se ven un montón de estrellas.
