Peaks Place Apartments & SPA

The hotel is amazing. The location is perfect—right next to beautiful hiking trails, with direct access from the hotel into a forest where the hikes begin. It’s about a 30-minute hike to a lake and around 1 hour to reach the Rheinschlucht. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The spa and gym are excellent. It’s a great option both for short stays and for longer stays, as the hotel is very well equipped for cooking and comfortable living.

Die Tiefgarage und der Fahrradkeller sind großzügig. Besonders gut haben uns die Massagedüsen im Relaxpool gefallen.

Unser Doppelbett waren 2 zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten.

Appartement war super sauber und neu. Genug Schränke vorhanden. Kühlschrank hat funktioniert, Betten waren super. Handtücher und Bezüge sauber! keine Flecken. Spa Bereich super mit 2 Saunen und einem Dampfbad. Kneipp Becken für die Füße. Schwimmbad auch super mit dem gigantischen Whirlpool. Für die bikes gibt es in der Tiefgarage einen abschließbaren Fahrradkäfig und Werkzeug falls man was reparieren muss!

Dass es den chill hängesessel nicht auf jedem Balkon gibt :-)

When we bought a ticket to the Senda dip dragon the staff did not inform us about additional option like buying the balls so kids could enjoy better.

Location was nice and spa facilities were amazing. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing, too.

Our room was on the ground floor and and it was oriented towards the parking which means that everyone that arrives can almost directly look into the room.

Clean room with all necessary equipment. Nice area of spa, well equipped gym, close to the ski resort with shuttle.

The apartments are pretty bland and furnished with the essentials only. Some more furnishings, photos/paintings in frames etc would give it a much more homely vibe. TVs don’t have built-in streaming apps.

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Teenagern und einem Hund im Peaks Place. Die Wohnung war grossartig und sehr geräumig. Nach dem Skifahren und Snowboarden profitierten wir vom tollen SPA mit Bad und Fitnessraum. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

Nichts

Wir waren zu dritt, für 3 Nächte da. Die 3.5ZimmerWhg übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Sehr modern, mit zwei Bäder (Dusche&Badewanne), zwei Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett (bequem) und das Wohnzimmer mit Küche u. grossem Balkon. Hier könnte man länger wohnen. :-) Der Shuttelbus transportierte uns im Nu zur Gondel und zurück. Das Frühstück für 20.-- war super. Nicht alles dabei aber für uns reichte das. Ansonsten ist vis a vis gleich ein Coop Pronto, wobei man gemütlich in der Whg essen kann. Das Wellness mit kleinem Schwimmbecken, kleiner Sprudelbadbereich, zwei Saunas, eine Dampfbad und Ruheraum überzeugte uns. Wir konnten am Abend super entspannen. In der Umgebung hat es Restaurants, welche gut zu Fuss erreichbar sind. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)

-Dreckiges Besteck vom Vorgänger -Liegestühle auf dem Balkon wären noch das i- Tüpfli :-)

Vanuit België is het grote skigebied Laax-Flims-Falera niet ver rijden. In Peaks zit je dan goed met alle comfort en met een shutle die je in 2 minuten tot aan de skiliften brengt. Na een dagje skiën kunnen de spieren ontspannen in zwembad, Jacuzi en andere verwennerijen.

Niets. Laax zelf is wel geen gezellig dorpje (Flims en Falera zijn dat wel).

Goed uitgerust appartement met prima bedden en goede keuken. Onbeperkte toegang tot spa, zwembad en fitness was zeer welkom en heerlijk na dagje skien.

The spa is very good however, the steam room this year was not very hot plus I found it frustrating that there wasn’t water to drink apart from a fountain. I’ve been coming here for years on enough, and it only really occurred to me this year it’s really not the luxury could be for the price compare compared to other places in Switzerland

That just seems to be no staff around. You can’t order to your room for the restaurant if the restaurant full for example and only before 6 PM, you have to pick up yourself too. The bars never open, no one picks up the phone and emails aren’t answered I just feel like it’s a bit of a ghost village and I’m done with this place now I think after about five visits. It’s just hugely overpriced and if you come without a car like we did, they really don’t help you in how to spend your time or how to get service when the weather has been as dreadful as it as for us this week.

Upon arrival 11PM, apartment was prepared for 4 instead of 5 guests and it was not possible to get breakfast in morning as we should have ordered before 8PM. When checking out and asked about our stay, I gently informed Helena at reception that this was not ideal. I was told off that these are the rules, I should have checked my confirmation email (which I received in German btw) with the links to the house rules (which do not work btw and she is aware). Impossible discussion and shame having to leave the premise as such.

Sehr schönes Hotel und unser Appartement war sehr grosszügig und sauber. Ein paar Bilder würden die Wohnung noch etwas heimeliger machen.

Frühstücksbuffet mit geringem veganem Angebot.

Huone oli siisti, moderni ja tilava. Spa oli upea, paljon hienompi kuin mitä kuvat antoivat ymmärtää.

Das Appartement, das Bad, das Spielzimmer und das Frühstück waren sehr gut.

Das Restaurant war leider genau an unseren Reisetagen geschlossen.

Zimmer sind Top, Wohn & Essbereich verfügt über genügend platz . Die integrierte Küche hatt fast alles was man benötigt 😀 Der Spa& Wellness lädt zum verweilen an. Von 17 bis 19 Uhr ist Kindertob zeit, dies haben wir täglich genutzt und unsere Tochter hattte riiiesen Freude 😊 Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Die Aussicht war unzumutbar. Bergblick gebucht und wir hatten Blick auf eine Tankstelle und Regenrückhaltebecken. Die Betonoptik innen und die langen, dunklen Gänge wirken unfreundlich. Alles für den Winter und aufs Skifahren ausgelegt. Nie wieder

Ich war selten in einer so sauberen Unterkunft. Der tägliche Blick vom Balkon auf den Crap = ein Traum. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren durch die sehr lange Anreise bereits um 13 Uhr vor Ort und durften schon unser Apartment beziehen. Das war mit den Kindern super und wir haben einen halben Tag Erlebnis vor Ort dazu gewonnen! Das gesamte Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bereits im Vorfeld wurde der Wunsch notiert und am Ende berücksichtigt, dass wir kein Hochbett auf Grund des Alters der Kinder haben möchten. Besonders toll war für unsere Kleinkinder die Kinder-Poolzeit von 17-19 Uhr. Die Zeit haben wir jeden Tag genutzt. Ein ganz toller Service ist, dass man sich kostenlos Postkarten aussuchen kann und diese werden vom Hotel auch kostenlos verschickt. An der Rezeption gibt es zudem vergünstigte Bergbahn-Tickets. Die Bergbahnen als solches sind leider extrem teuer, mit dem Ticket der Rezeption konnten wir für 35 Franken einmal alle Bergbahnen in Flims-Laax einmal hoch und runter. Toaster, Raclette und co konnten kostenfrei an der Rezeption ausgeliehen werden.

Morgenmaden var ganske god, der manglede ikke noget.

Dyrt at parkere i kælderen, kunne måske bare være en del af booking prisen. Der findes ikke gratis parkering nogen steder i byen, så kælderen blev et must have.

Die gesamte Ausstattung war komfortabel. Auch der Pool, die Sauna und der Fitnessraumwaren sehr gut eingerichtet.

SPA was great, room was spacy and clean. You have everything what you need. Beautiful view from the apartment.

While checking out it turned out to be that I have to pay 60CHF extra for bed linen. There was no information about the extra pay for the bed linen, usually it is included. However the towels and linen were not changed during the whole week. Breakfask was so poor so I was happy I haven’t ordered in advance for the whole week. Not worth at all 20CHF per person.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit hervorragender Ausstattung und einem grossen Balkon, welche uns alles bot was wir benötigten. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr modern und liebevoll dekoriert. Man kommt an und fühlt sich wohl. Auch der Spa-Bereich bietet zusätzliche Abwechslung. Der Baumwipfelpfad befindet sich im Resort gegenüber. Auch sehr praktisch. Wenige Meter neben dem Haupteingang befindet sich eine Coop-Tankstelle mit einem breiten Sortiment.

Mit Kinderwagen und Co. ist man fast auf das Postauto oder den PW angewiesen, um nach Laax zu gelangen. Die direkte Umgebung ist für einen kurzen Spaziergang wenig einladend.

A little bit confusing to find your way around inside the buildings, but after a couple of days it went ok. Maybe signs could be improved
