Very nice rorbu with everything you need! Great location at Lofoten. Nice host, very fast with answers and good communication. They offered us 30 minute late checkout when we asked :)
It was not clear on booking.com that this rorbu is not included in the hotel at Nusfjord, which means breakfast is not included and you don’t have access to the other things as other hotel-guests (for instance sauna and spa). I have lived at Nusfjord hotel two times before and then I just assumed this rorbu was a part of the hotel as well, but it is not. The rorbu was very nice but it would have been nice if that information was more clearly communicated. Also a bit late checkin (17) and early checkout (10).
It was a very unique property with a unique location.
Rien
We loved everything about it. It was so cozy, so cute. It was an amazing experience to stay in one of these red houses. Although our house wasn't facing the water directly, we still had a great view. We had everything we needed in the kitchen as well. It was difficult to leave after 3 nights.
Nothing
Kein eigener Parkplatz vorhanden.
It was adorable clean and comfortable
I thought it would have a front view . I was disappointed to not have a full view .
We really loved staying at rorbu 18 in Nusfjord. Very comfortable home and everything you need for a relaxing stay in magical surroundings.
Authentic fisherman's lodge. Well equipped for self catering. Superb bakery.
Village was rather overrated.

The location is pretty stunning looking out over Nusfjord. The property is not part of the hotel which takes up most of the village but is run separately by the owner. The property has been divided into two separate self catering lodges. It has been nicely modernised with a well equipped kitchen diner area. By showing your key it gives you free access to the hotel area, which has a cafe, restaurant and pizzeria. The location is quite remote so be prepared to take food to prepare or to eat within the hotel. We would happily stay again
Whilst the kitchen/living area is very nice and comfortable there is one bedroom containing a double bed and bunk beds so is a little compact. There were only two of us but I can imagine for four it could be cosy.
