First of all the water park slider all was closed. Waste of money. The water dispenser at the home stay was difficult to use. The shower was having problem , the water at the bathroom was stocked. Tv remote wasn't working properly and the guide for the access the hse was not clear.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026The free waterpark passes (2per room) was the reason we stayed here. Though the waterpark itself is actually very simple, just 3 set of slides in a roughly 100m span. On public holidays, expect it to be really crowded.
Unfortunately, our stay was affected by several cleanliness and maintenance issues. Upon check-in, we discovered a used, damp towel that had been left inside one of the wardrobes. This immediately raised concerns about the thoroughness of the housekeeping and room preparation. The towels provided in the unit also appeared very old and shed excessive lint, which stuck to our skin and hair during use. Initially, I thought the problem was limited to one or two towels, but after inspecting the others, I found that all of them were in a similar condition. There was also a large cockroach in the utensils drawer, which was quite unpleasant. In addition, the sink cabinet was visibly deteriorating and crumbling, likely due to prolonged exposure to moisture. Replacing it with a more water-resistant material may help improve hygiene and reduce potential hiding places for pests. Another issue was with the TV. The remote control was not functioning, and although a replacement remote was provided, the problem persisted. It appeared that the TV’s sensor was faulty, as the TV could only be operated using the manual buttons on the unit itself. To their credit, the unit agent attempted to compensate for the issues we reported by verbally offering a late check-out until 1:00 PM. However, the subsequent text reminders we received still stated a check-out time of 11:00 AM–12:00 PM, which created some confusion regarding the agreed arrangement. I hope these issues can be addressed, as resolving them would significantly improve the experience for future guests.

The swimming pool has some restrictions because it operates on a paid basis. Since I wasn’t aware of this upon check-in, I went to the counter to ask. The staff’s attitude was a bit unfriendly. I only asked about the opening hours and what guests could do if they wanted to swim early, but he responded rather bluntly, saying that they didn’t actually plan to open the pool, and only did so because it was the PUASA period and also a school holiday.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026for the first time i stayed at an airbnb with the easiest way to collect/return key. please keep it up. the unit was clean, ac functioning very well. jacuzzi tub was the kids' favourite. futon beds provided together with new linens, pillow cases and comforter. waterpark was the best, but can improve more on the cafeteria food (too expensive for fast food with small portion).
can improve more on the wifi line, and gaming. we werent able to play the games. but the waterpark made up for that, thanks.

the bedsheet and comforter not quite clean and cause itchiness. The game console didn't work with the TV. The sofa is dirty and we need to cover it with the bedsheet. The furniture looks dated.

Reviewed Nov 9, 2025Homestay dia sangat bersih dan host dia sangat responsive. Dapat free tiket mandi waterpark utk 6 org unlimited time dari check in sampai check out. Ada extra 4 tilam comes with pillow & blanket & paling best bhgian dapur dia semua cukup ada coway, fridge, pisau, papan pemotong, tempat masak, kuali, pinggan magkuk sudu garpu semua ckup. Budak2 pulak boleh main mini playground & ada game playstation utk 4 org. Definietly akn repeat in future!

at first..check in details was so hard to get..it wasn't my first rodeo to book a homestay or serviced residence .but this is by far the worst i had experienced i get an instruction via booking message (person A) to contact another number(person B)..i have never need to do that,so i gave my contacts next i know.they will not contact me unless i find them first..so i contacted person B before my arrival it took forever to get them to give info..but then, i was directed to person C to get details all that hassle just for a lockbox code we went just a few minutes earlier than 3 ,,then we got a knock for housekeeping ..why at 3pm only housekeeping ..i have no issues with the cleanliness .so i refused the service the lift was carpeted ..since they have a waterpark and no requirements/facilities downstairs to change to dry clothes ...people have been using the lift and wet the carpet..so it smells like old house..musty i took the stairs because it was public holiday and very crowded ..i was shocked by the amount of cigarettes butts laying around each staircase ...and i can smell people actively smoking nearing dusk .. now let's talk about waterpark..it was dirty ..no regulations .no security guards ..too many counters to go thru before u can go in on your way out ..u have to go through a restaurant /dining area..which smells like vomit/rotten food this is just my honest and personal review ..i personally may not come here again
