When checked in the AC was leaking water but the maintenance quickly fixed it. There were a lot of roaches of all sizes which seems like there is an infestation. The reception acknowledged the issue but no fix. They left a few traps in the kitchen but I have to keep all food and food equipment closed all the time in the fridge.

Les escaliers pour accéder à l’immeuble, après une journée de marche, on s’en serait bien passé ! :-)

La struttura si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dalla walking street, di fronte night bazaar. Ha un accesso sia in strada che in spiaggia, con chiave elettronica. Dispone di una bella piscina con ingresso con chiave elettronica. La mia stanza (vista mare) aveva una vista pazzesca sulla spiaggia e sulla insegna “pattaya”, terrazzino carino, letto grande e comodo, divano grande, tv, bell’arredamento (in parte), pulizia quotidiana impeccabile.
Per una struttura del genere bisogna assolutamente fare manutenzione: alcuni mobili sono vecchissimi e rotti : non sono riuscito ad utilizzare l’armadio perché l’anta era rotta e traballava, ho dovuto sistemare i miei vestiti sul mobile. Stessa cosa vale per la porta scorrevole del terrazzo, rotta e “sistemata” con scotch da pacchi… ma risultava ugualmente rotta e qualcuno da esterno poteva accedere. Serve più cura perché per il resto è una bellissima camera

First night no one gave me keys to room. Although I got a message saying it will be waiting. I was sleeping in the street in pattaya until 07:30. I am almost 50 years old... Are you kidding me???? I must talk to some one.must!!! I want a full refund for the first night I was sleeping in the street like a dog. And refund for a room I could not sleep in although I was paying more to upgrade it... Need to talk to some one. Please!!! The room. The room is heading east.... No curtains to close the sun light. I wake up 5:00 am every morning. I can send pics if you need them...

The staff are very friendly...the normal check in time was 15hr,we arrived quite early around 12hr. They allowed us to have an early check in to our room.. very well appreciated.. Daily water provided along with coffee and as we were travelling with 2 children then even provide snacks for our little one's...would definitely come here again..❤️❤️

The building could use some modernization. Bath tub was a little difficult to get in and out due to its height. Bed was a little hard.

The view was amazing, I couldn't ask for a better view of the sea. Spacious room and balcony, clean and everything one would need. The pool area was very nice as well.
The wifi wasn't working in the room, but to be honest we never bothered to ask the reception and I'm sure it would have been a quick fix.

Mycket bullrig A/C, mycket dålig säkerhet = mycket dåligt lås till rum och dåligt kassaskåp. Fick känsla av att pengar stals från mig ur mitt kassaskåp men kunde inte bevisa något.......

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Es un gran lugar para quedarse en Pattaya, justo al lado del mall de Pattaya central, la ubicación es muy buena, el edificio tiene seguridad 24 horas, la administración es siempre muy amable con los requerimientos, el personal de limpieza también es muy amable, las vistas desde el balcón son muy buenas y el apartamento es muy bonito y luminoso. Definitivamente volveré cada vez que venga a Pattaya
