The only good thing about this place is the location. Everything else is terrible. There is construction going on, so there is a lot of noise all the time, and the rooms are not soundproof. It also doesn’t feel safe because anyone can easily get in and out. The staff are not friendly either. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

اعجبني الموقع الممتاز بجوار كل الخدمات الضرورية والمطاعم وسوق نايت بازار و فستفيال مول وبتايا سنترال وشاطي البحر قريب جدا تقريبا 200 متر وتستطيع الذهاب مباشرة من البوابه الخلفيه بسهوله .. تعاون الموظفين ورجال امن الفندق ممتاز جدا وبشوشين ..

الذي لم يعجبني للاسف وجود دورة مياة واحدة في الشقة بالرغم من مساحتها الكبيرة والمخصصه للعوائل .. الزحمة الكبيرة في المصاعد حيث ان 3 مصاهد تخدم الكثير من نزلاء الفندق وتكون بطيئه بعض الاحيان ..

この建物はもう結構古いので、上の階になるほどシャワーの水の量が強くありません。これはタイヤあるあるです。。

The property needs a spring clean to remove dust buildup in the bathroom louvre door, the kitchen shelves and drawers needs cleaning. The aircon temp is faulty, it was freezing cold set at 25 deg. Inadequate crockery, cutlery, tea towel...quite appalling.

Great place to stay in Pattaya. I’ve stayed here many times and will stay many more times. The girls in the office are always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you like staying in condominium. Access onto Beach Road is great. Big pool. Great value for money!

good location only few minutes walk to beach and all bars and eating places.

the room had a smell that we couldnt get rid of the room was nice but was dated and was showing signes of wear and tear.The water in shower took along time to drain away but other than that no other problems.

لايوجد احد يساعدك في تحميل الشنط او انزال الشنط غير مناسبة البناية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة بسبب ان تصعد درج طابق واحد حق المصاعد و الاستقبال تنظيف الشقة بشكل يومي ولكن تنظيف سطحي

Tolle Lage des Appartementhauses direkt am Strand und neben der großen Central Pattaya Mall. Alles unkompliziert im Haus sind alle Services vom Supermarkt über Restaurants, Frisör, Massage bis Geldautomat. Einmal war die Klimaanlage defekt und wurde umgehend repariert.

Wenn man das Appartement über Booking.com bucht werden unter der Appartementkategorie verschiedene Einheiten angeboten. Man kann nicht differenziert ein Appartement auf der Südseite buchen, sondern bekommt dann u.U. wie bei mir eins auf der Nordseite. Letztere Appartements sind zwar auch schön und mit Meerblick, jedoch ist dieser durch den dicken Klotz des Hilton-Hotels etwas gestört. Vor allem aber hat man auf der Nordseite direkt die Central-Pattaya-Mall mit Parkhaus und riesigen Abluftventilatoren gegenüber. Störend ist hier der relativ hohe Geräuschpegel, den die Ventilatoren generieren und dieser überlagert sich mit dem Verkehrslärm so dass man ständig Noise-Belastung hat. Dies ist auf der Südseite besser (plus Blick über grünen Stechpalmenpark auf Strände und Hafen).

Location was right in the middle of the action, while not for everyone, you right there. It's waiting for you.

Great room with a large balcony, facing the city. I would have preferred the ocean, The water pressure was limited at peak times, but that is to be expected.

badkamer was versleten , mengkraan werkte niet meer naar behoren , douche kop versleten , kraan lavabo versleten veel lawaai van werkzaamheden in de blok zelf , buiten veel galmend lawaai van tussen de twee blokken

Top Lage und super freundliches Personal.

Die zentrale Lage in Pattaya ist nicht zu toppen. Das Personal des Condos ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am großen Pool kann man super entspannen. Ein paar Sonnenschirme wären allerdings nicht schlecht.

Unsere Condo Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Bett war extrem hart. Aber dies hängt natürlich vom jeweiligen Condo ab.

Stayed here many times. Perfect location. Direct access to beach road with a 7/11 right out front too. Easy walk distance to all the bars or grab the Baht bus in either direction with the main entrance being on 2nd road. Get the Seaview rooms. Big and spacious. Ground floor has plenty options for food laundry and massage. Highly recommend

I moved rooms when I returned from Bangkok and me and the pigeons had some real disagreements when I got back!

Great rooms.. with excellent location next door to Central Mall. and just right across the street to the Pattaya Night Market.. not to mention the Great beer garden one block walk room the beach and all of night action there but not the noise to recover..er sleep.

Bed size queen- good. Bed very hard even with topper-not good.

Badet kunne trengt bedre ventilasjon og bedre belysning. I dusjen var det vanskelig å finne en stabil temperatur på vannet. Kunne trenge nytt dusj hode som er mere behagelig.

This property is very central with access to the beach and right beside an excellent shopping mall. Many onsite facilities such as cafes, restaurants, laundry, massage, convenience stores including a 7/11 and a very big swimming pool.

Proximidade da praia, a existência de piscina e os funcionários que estavam perto do elevador foram atenciosos e simpáticos

Não haver wi fi na piscina e não haver a etiqueta para colocar na porta dos quartos a pedir para não perturbar ou fazer limpeza

The location is absolutely brilliant , next door to Central Festival and a few minutes to the beach. The building is a bit rundown and pool access was not allowed. However the rooms were clean and didnt lack in anything.

No pool access, limited tv . Furnishings could be better.

Отличный Кондо. Отдыхаем в нём не первый раз. Чисто, уборка ежедневно. Водичка питьевая. Отличный персонал. Всё близко. Бассейн. Пляж. С балкона видно море. Торговый центр. Ночной рынок. Всё супер. Минусов нет. Спасибо за отличный отдых!

Location, shops and staff

Very outdated. I had a shower over a bath with no safety rails. Very dangerous. Everyone else I spoke to had a walk in shower. The pool sunbeds were old and very uncomfortable. Why not invest in modern beds with proper soft cushions to lie on? The pool floor was rough and dated. I cut my toe on a jagged edge. There are no generic toilets on Level 1. Old fashioned key provided for room. Needs upgrading to an electronic card. Bedroom was tired and worn. Desperately in need of decorating in places.

Everything location by room good Pattaya beach view with hotel Hilton and housekeeping very friendly smiling what I like most so everything was great and I hope will a stay again ☺️☺️
