Остались в полном восторге от нашего пребывания в этой квартире. Всё было идеально: чистота, уют, удобное расположение и наличие всего необходимого для комфортного отдыха. Отдельно хочется отметить хозяйку квартиры — очень приятная, вежливая и внимательная женщина. Она встретилась с нами лично, всё подробно показала и рассказала. На все наши вопросы отвечала быстро и доброжелательно. Чувствовалось, что ей действительно важно, чтобы гостям было удобно и комфортно. Такие хозяева делают поездку по-настоящему приятной! Смело рекомендуем эту квартиру и обязательно вернемся сами.

Tutto. L’ospitalità, la pulizia, la cura dei dettagli e la posizione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo veramente. Il letto era comodo. Da li è facile andare a piedi ij centro. Zona tranquillissima e ben fornita. Parcheggio per la macchina perfetto.

Se posso dare un consiglio, inserirei anche dei cuscini più duri. Quelli presenti per me erano troppo morbidi

I stayed at Sunny's apartment for a month because I loved the summer weather in Porto. The apartment was located in a safe and quiet residential area, making it convenient to live there. Subways and buses connect to the Old Town in all directions, and it is only about a 20-minute walk away. Additionally, there is underground parking, and since it faces east, I was able to get by comfortably with just two fans, without needing an air conditioner. The washing machine was the best! If I have the chance, I definitely want to come back!

The location was great. Near to everywhere we wanted to go. Lovely, clean and quiet apartment. The shower was lovely too. Very powerful.

Apartmán v klidné části města, pěšky dostupné centrum, obchody, restaurace. Byt je velmi dobře vybavený. Parkování přímo v budově, v podzemní garáži. Vynikající komunikace s majitelkou.

Very very well stocked apartment. Quiet area but within walking to historical areas. Comfortable bed. Sunny answered questions quickly. Could easily stay here for a long stay.

Parking is included but we were driving a mini and it was tight.

It is a well located, quiet apartment, with loads of sun in the morning. The apartment is very clean, fully furnished and comfortable. We were well received by the owners, who explained in detail everything to us and were really considerate of our situation. We really appreciate your understanding and care 🙏

來波多就選這間就對了，台灣人經營！一切都非常得好，房東非常的熱情，也會細心講解設施如何使用操作。房間寬敞非常的大採光良好一切的設備都非常的新，床非常的舒服，睡得很安心，周遭治安良好安全採買超市咖啡廳外食都很方便，有洗衣機熱水壺廚房洗碗機曬衣架陽台電視影音保險箱各式的設備都有包含。更重要的是有提供免費的停車位可以省下非常多的停車費而且是室內的喔！還有語言上溝通完全沒有問題，這點非常的重要，因為老闆是台灣人！走到周邊的景點都只要20分鐘左右就可以抵達，所以根本不必開車可以直接搭大眾交通工具或步行的方式可以直接散步到任何波多市區的景點！

完全沒有缺點！

Great apartment with lovely facilities Close to the edge of town and a further 25 min walk to centre. Lots of local small coffee shops and small friendly restaurants Close to lovely arty type shops

We had a problem finding the apartment as our sat nav would not let us enter the road to the car park. We ended up being guided by Sunny and going round the one way system several times which took ages in the Porto traffic and was very frustrating for us and her. We realise that the problem was that the access to the car park has two no entry signs - one being a normal sign and the other saying no entry 50 m Meaning that you can enter but it eventually becomes no entry We don’t have that sign in England and this seems to be why we didn’t think we could enter Once we realised this it was fine and there is also another way in from a different direction but with all the road works it’s tricky to find Sunny helped us with this but people need to be aware

Spotlessly clean apartment, with all the facilities including washing machine which comes in handy on a motorbike trip! Complimentary bottle of water and wine was a very nice touch.... we found a lovely little place which did the best toast for breakfast too!

Everything was great. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The only thing I wish it had was a/c. It was warm during the night when trying to sleep. The apartment did have a fan to help. The apartment is advertised as not having a/c, so I knew this going in.

El apartamento, la limpieza

En días de mucho calor como nos tocó el dpto es caluroso a pesar que hay ventiladores, sé que en la descripción no decía aire acondicionado pero a nuestro entender debería tener!

The apartment is very confortable and very well equipped The position is very good , 10 min walk to the center and also very close to the main street to go out of the city to visit many places around Porto by car Parking place is really a plus I strongly recomment it

Good location, max 20 mins by foot to the river and main sights, 5 mins to Cedofeita walking street that has good local restaurants for breakfast lunch, dinner and late night drinks, from pricier options to more budget friendly, non-pretencious ones. Apartment itself is very clean and cozy, we felt very comfortable. There's a parking space in the underground garage ( tight, so needs a bit of maneuvering to park, but definitely a big plus for those with a car). Over all, we enjoyed our short stay and will definitely keep this option in mind should we come to visit Porto again.

Lot's of seagulls that kept waking us up at night with their distict crying sounds, even with closed windows and shutters :) but that's not the apartments fault nor is this is a criticism - Porto is a seaside port town after all, so seagulls in large quantities are to be expected :) just an FYI for sensitive sleepers :)

Super clean and modern apartment in a quiet residential building with underground parking. Easy walk into the city.

Es un piso de construcción reciente, en una 6ª planta, muy bien orientado, en un entorno tranquilo. Los muebles son nuevos, y dispone de todos los servicios (wifi, lavadora, lavavajilla, instrumentos de cocina, "Netflix", ...). También dispone de plaza de aparcamiento en parking subterráneo en el propio edificio. Los propietarios son dos personas muy amables, atentas y serviciales, que te reciben de forma hospitalaria, y que tienen pequeños detalles cuando llegas , los cuales son de agradecer. El barrio es tranquilo, muy cerca de la zona histórica, y llegas a la calle principal y peatonal de Cedofeita (donde hay tiendas, bares, cafeterías, i un supermercado Pingo Doce bien surtido) caminando en unos 8-9 minutos, y desde allí al Ayuntamiento o a la Torre de los Clérigos en otros 7-8 minutos. Por otro lado la limpieza fue impecable. El hecho de tener plaza de aparcamiento es genial, ya que la mayoría de los días apenas tuvimos que coger el coche ya que te sale mas a cuenta moverte por Oporto y Vilanova de Gaia a pie o en transporte público.

Es difícil de encontrar algo que pudiéramos criticar negativamente. La única cosa que pediríamos es que tuviera en el apartamento unas pequeñas instrucciones de como funciona la TV, debido a que uno de los anteriores usuarios modificó todo el sistema operativo del Smart TV y lo puso en idioma de Letonia. No quisimos consulta ni molestar a Sunny por semejante banalidad.

Everything! Love, love, love! That place was by far the best apartment we had during our 3 weeks road trip, if possible we would have extended, but we (me) will def be back. It’s been exceptional clean and comfortable. We felt home right away and were super sad, we needed to leave. The apartment is amazingly located just a 5-10 min walk from boutiques, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment furniture was well chosen, tasteful and simply beautiful. Sunny was super kind, helpful and friendly. We fell in love with her apartment as soon as we entered. Huge recommendation to everyone. And big thank you!

J’aurais apprécié déposé mes bagages à l’appartement avant l’heure d’enregistrement pour faciliter la visite de la ville.

Lage top, etwas am Rand vom Trubel, daher entspannt ruhig. Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und man hat alles, was man braucht, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt! Platz in der Tiefgarage ist natürlich auch ein sehr großer Pluspunkt.

Accueil chaleureux de Sunny ! Elle nous a montré où garer la voiture dans le parking de l'immeuble, accès facile pour une voiture de taille moyenne genre seat arona.. Ascenseur direct à l'appartement 6eme étage. Lumineux, très propre, calme, confort assuré, pression douche extra, Netflix, etc.. on n'a manqué de rien. Le centre est à 10 mn à pied, c'était parfait !

Un très bon accueil ! Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pieds. Un gros plus c'est la place de parking. Appartement fonctionnel, propre, idéal pour 2 Des petites attentions (bouteille d'eau, de vin, du café, du thé, des chaussons).

El apartamento está muy nuevo, impoluto respecto a la limpieza, la atención de los anfitriones espléndida, magnifico poder disponer de aparcamiento en garaje, el barrio muy tranquilo, Oporto como siempre.. una maravilla... un 10 absoluto.

Patiko absoliučiai viskas, butas įrengtas labai gražiai, tvarkingai, rūpestingai. Jautėsi, kad šeimininkai nori suteikti patį geriausią komfortą svečiams. Nebuvo nieko per daug ir nieko per mažai, viskas funkcionalu, gražu, tvarkinga. Atstumas iki centro labai nedidelis, taip pat galima aplankyti netoliese (į priešingą nei centras pusę) esančias labai gražias kapines. Jokio triukšmo, jokių nemalonių netikėtumų. Nuotraukos ir aprašymas atitinka realią būklę, ji netgi geresnė nei nuotraukose. Miegamojo kambaryje labai patogi lova. Tiesa, neveikė šalia lovos esanti viena iš lempų, bet mums tai visiškai nerūpėjo. Šeimininkai labai malonūs ir paslaugūs. Rekomenduojame visiems šiuos apartamentus ir nuostabų Porto miestą.

La atención de los anfitriones, dejaron el apartamento repleto de detalles para hacer nuestra estancia más agradable ( agua, café, vino, ambientador).

Das Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die besten Vermieter, die wir je erlebt haben. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Da sich unser Flug verspätete, standen wir regelmäßig in Kontakt. Das Zentrum von Porto ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Location is great and close enough for the city to walk. Awesome and comfortable setup of the apartment. Nespresso Machine in the kitchen, cozy bed, nice living room with big TV and WIFI. Small Balcony for sitting outside for breakfast. Definitely would book it again.

Adorámos tudo!! Desde a localização ao facto de ter parque de estacionamento privado. A decoração do apartamento é muito gira. Áreas amplas, super confortável, muito silencioso. Um verdadeiro mimo, com muito conforto e bom gosto e muito bem equipado. Cozinha completa, com máquina de lavar roupa e louça. A casa de banho tem uma cabine de duche muito boa, espaçosa com água bem quente. A limpeza estava excelente, tudo bem arrumado e asseado. A varanda com mesa para pequeno almoço é um extra muito bom. A simpatia da Sunny como boa anfitriã. Foi uma experiência sem dúvida a repetir!

Very nice residential location, living like a local instead of tourist hotspots. I was very happy with the choice when I saw how much construction work was going on in the city center to build new Metro lines. It is very convenient to travel to attractions by foot, public transport or driving, closest metro was less than 10 minutes walk. Host of Sunny Apartment has excellent taste, the newly refurbished flat is modern and homey, bedroom and bathroom textiles feel equivalent to the level of a five star hotel. The apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, no problem at all for longer periods of stay.

Because it is a residential area, it was not as easy to find when I followed Google map instructions, but the host replied very fast and it didn't take long to get to the correct place.
