Απαράδεκτη καθαριότητα. Κοριοί στο κρεβάτι. Ζήτησα τιμολόγιο δεν πήρα απάντηση. Ο μεντεσές της πόρτας και η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας σε κακή κατάσταση. Δεν υπάρχει εξαερισμός στην τουαλέτα.

Buona posizione per arrivare in centro. Appartamento nuovo ma mancante di qualche accorgimento.

Mancanza di ascensore e 2 rampe di scale molto ripide. In camera a fianco del letto non ci sono comodini. Le tazze in cucina erano sporche. Non sono stati forniti prodotti per il bagno e la doccia era molto scivolosa. Per raggiungere il bagno si deve passare per la camera da letto. Non ci sono tende oscuranti.

The location is everything to be honest.

The comms on parking was poor after a long drive, not ideal. Parking isnt great. Apartment was looking very tired, like it had been used and abused by prior short term guests, very student/backpackery. It was ok for a short hop

The large table was nice.

It was fine during the day because of the natural light, but the lighting was dim at night.

Excellent location and size for 2 people. Nice tea/coffee facilities. Very clean.

Only one fan was provided and we were 4 adults. Not recommended for 4 adults, although sleeping was comfortable there was not enough space and using bathroom was awkward. Not good for anyone that has difficulty with stairs as it's on the 3rd floor. It also needs some maintenance as some window blinds didn't work.

Zimmer nicht sauber(flecken auf Bettwäsche, Boden sehr dreckig) , Ausstattung beschädigt (Fenster,Dusche) kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort - nach Check in keine Antwort auf Fragen. Preise vollkommen überzogen für das was man bekommt

2 branta trappor upp och väldigt varmt i lägenheten då den saknade AC. Fanns dock 1 fläkt. Lite få bestick.

Non funzionava la ventola del bagno, considerando che non è finestrato è stato un problema abbastanza fastidioso da affrontare

Fenster war defekt, Wasserdruck niedrig und die Straße laut. Außerdem war die Toilette nur durch das Schlafzimmer zu erreichen

Good value, friendly and helpful staff, well appointed for the price, great location for acessing town centre, supermarket nearby, parking available. Overall fantastic and good value.

Be aware there is some noise from the street if you are sleeping in the loungeroom, but only a problem if you are a light sleeper.

Good size of living room and large table to eat or work, walking distance to the old town, easy parking

The shower has very low water pressure , no shampoo or shower gel in the dispensers

Die Lage war sehr gut

Das appartement war für 4 Personen ausgeschrieben, aber sogar für uns 3 viel zu klein. Die Küchenausstattung ist höchstens zum Frühstücken geeignet,wenn man als Familie kochen will, ist keine Möglichkeit vorhanden. Wir haben im Nachhinein einen Strafzettel in Höhe von 83 Euro erhalten, obwohl unser Host Patrick uns am Telefon zusicherte, dass wir vor dem Haus parken können, er würde sich um die Parkerlaubnis kümmern

Easy check late check in process. Well furnished and equipped.

Parking for motorbikes is across the street in private parking bays. But the area feels safe, so an acceptable risk.

Very nice place, exactly like the pictures. Nice furniture and decor, makes it feel very comfortable and like home. Everything you need in the kitchen - even a small dishwaser! Easy check-in and good location. Free coffee and tea. Very comfortable pillows and duvets.

The stairs going to the apartment are very steep, so it was a bit uncomfortable walking on them while carrying a small baby. The walls in the bedroom were a bit thin, so we could sometimes hear noise from another apartment. It was not something that bothered us though, just something we noticed.

Nice apartment, one double bed and a sofa bed cute kitchen, great location. Big shower.

Awkward layout, shower is open behind the bedroom and the toilet is also only accessible from the bedroom. For a group of friends this may need some planning to ensure privacy

Big mosquitoes, I got big red bites. Came to my face, shoulder, ears at night in bed.

The place was very nice and well organized. It looks and feels amazing. I will surely recommend it anyone who is visiting Groningen. It's just few min walk from the city centere and it's very clean.

The interior design and decoration was very thoughtful and comfortable. It felt like having a real home in this beautiful city. It was very close to a grocery store, clean and cozy. The staff on the phone was very friendly and helpful and always reachable. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. We would come back again!

A little more overall instruction for the self-check-in, check-out as well as the microwave and the induction stove would have been nice. Little instruction-sheets on the table or online-info in the booking-app or in an e-mail would have been versatile. We had to call multiple times to find out how things work and we gave the key to the housekeeper, because we didn't see anybody at the reception. Also: there was no hand soap on the sink.

A comfortable appartment in good location, not far from the central. Free parking as well. We enjoyed our stay during short break weekend.

Extra shampoo and body soaps would be xtra pluss

The place was very nice an clean. I loved that the bedroom was separated from the living room. Specially when travel with a teenager feel good for both of us to have some privacy.

Perfect location, complete facilities, clean, and the manager of this appartment is fast response although we book a very last minute one.

Great location and free parking lot. The apartment is small but has almost everything for a short stay. It is well organized.

It could have more toilet paper and bigger towels. There were just hand towels, not shower towels.
