Madam Farah is een ontzettend lieve en gastvrije vrouw. De communicatie verliep uitstekend: ze reageert snel op berichten en staat altijd klaar voor haar gasten. Ze neemt zelfs zelf contact op om te vragen hoe het gaat en of we nog iets nodig hebben. Dat hebben wij enorm gewaardeerd. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. De ligging is ideaal, dichtbij winkels en cafés. Ook kun je gemakkelijk voor de deur parkeren en de beveiligers zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hartelijk dank aan Madam Farah en de heer Hakim voor jullie gastvrijheid, vriendelijkheid en het vertrouwen dat jullie in ons hebben gesteld. Dankzij jullie warme ontvangst en persoonlijke aandacht hebben wij een bijzonder prettig en onvergetelijk verblijf gehad. Daar zijn we jullie oprecht dankbaar voor. Wij raden dit appartement zeker aan en komen graag nog eens terug! 🌷

La ragazza che si è occupata della nostra accoglienza é stata molto professionale, disponibile, gentilissima ed educata. ha siddisfatto le nostre esigenze. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort e molto pulito.

Abbiamo trovato difficoltà nel giungere alla via del residence. Ci è stato comunque fornito supporto e aiuto dalla ragazza attraverso l'invio della posizione in tempo reale, visto che era già lì ad attendere il nostro arrivo.

Je n’ai pas aimé le bruit permanent la nuit dans la rue, machines à café présentes mais pas de dosettes pas d’exemplaire non plus pour en acheter car machine particulière malgré l’appel à la personne chargée venue voir mais ne trouvant aucune solution. Heureusement la boutique d’en bas avait une machine à café.

Am cautat cam mult locatia pentru ca waze ne trimetea in alta parte. Am apelat la un un domn care a fost foarte amabil, a intrebat mai multe persoane si, dupa aprox. o jumatate de ora, cand a fost sigur de locatie a mers cu noi cu masina si a sunat pe doamna cu cheile. In rest a fost totul O.K.

Very nice little property in Gueliz. Close to the train station. Easy to get around. Nice restaurants and shopping close by. Air conditioning worked great. Staff super helpful, responsive and kind.

I had a great stay at this apartment in the New Medina, conveniently located close to the train station. The apartment is modern, nicely furnished, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A big bonus is the pastry shop located on the ground floor—perfect for enjoying fresh treats and coffee without going far. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable place to stay, especially for easy access to transportation and local amenities.

The property was located in a very good area with plenty of restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood . Very clean and modern and working facilities ( TV , hairdryer ) and the kitchen which we didn’t use really was fully equipped . Great 80’s bar in the area with Karaoke , Irish pub , delicious restaurants and a breakfast place just on the corner . Close to bus stop for airport . Amazing !!!

Veldig bra opplevelse. Innsjekken var effektiv og fleksibel, noe jeg satte stor pris på. De var også behjelpelige med å låse inn bagasjen min før innsjekk. Oumaima, som var verten, var utrolig behjelpelig gjennom hele bookingen, og det satte jeg virkelig stor pris på. Leiligheten var strøken, veldig ren, og det var ingenting å utsette.

Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war einwandfrei. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, ca 2,5 km vom Flughafen und 300 m zum Bahnhof. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Medina, Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Unten im Haus befindet sich ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen. Die Wohnung war sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, alle Geräte waren ziemlich neu, hochwertig und funktionierten einwandfrei. Schöne Betten mit guter Bettwäsche, viele Kissen und kuschelige Decken. Die Matratzen waren etwas hart. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Im Bad waren keine Steckdosen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock mit Fahrstuhl, der einen Tag außer Betrieb war, vielleicht ist sie für Gehbehinderte nicht geeignet.

Apartament był identyczny, jak na zdjęciach. Czysto i przytulnie. Przepiękny widok z balkonu na Marrakesz. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z włascicielką mieszkania przez whatsapp. W tym samym budynku znajdowała się restauracja z pysznym jedzeniem w dobrej cenie oraz piekarnia. Blisko do większości miejsc, które warto zobaczyć.

L'appartement est aussi beau en vrai qu'en photo. Très propre et confortable ! Hakim et Oumaima sont super sympa.

L'isolation sonore, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dehors, mais 95% des logements sur Marrakech sont comme ça.

Service and location

It was the best accommodation in Morocco. First of all, we were extremely pleased with our interaction with Oumaima, who was very kind and provided us with all the support we needed. Secondly, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the name of the place truly fits — it really is cozy. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and is the first place we stayed in that had air conditioning in all rooms, which in winter is actually very helpful since it is the only way to heat the apartment. One more thing — we were delighted that there is La Marlette on the ground floor, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend it.

A great stay at this cosy apartment in Marrakesh. The apartment was very clean, modern, and stylish, with an up-to-date and trendy feel throughout. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and close to many of the main attractions, making it very convenient for getting around the city. A real bonus is the restaurant/cafe next door, which has an amazing bakery, perfect for breakfast or a quick treat. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well located stay.

No issues but any questions the host was fast to respond.

The accommodation is very modern and clean, located in the center, close to the airport. The host was very helpful, informed us about everything in advance and constantly asked if he could help us with anything. I am happy to recommend it to everyone! It is very close to one of the most beautiful gardens, the Jardin Majorelle, which is definitely worth visiting.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and very spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the place offered full facilities — everything we needed and even more. The location was also very convenient, close to everything we needed. Overall, an excellent stay with no real downsides.

Everything was perfect! Starting from Hakim and Oumaima which are excellent hosts, always very attentive and caring about us as guests. In the day we arrived we were scammed by our shuttle and Oumaima kindly waited until we managed to find another transportation and reach the apartment. When we arrived we were impressed with the apartment - it really as nice as it looks in the photos! The apartment is very well equipped with all needed kitchen appliances, washing machine, perfect functioning air conditioner, excellent internet and a great smart tv that we could use to watch our origins country football matches! We were 3 people and the apartment was so spacious and cozy! Location - simple excellent! Right in front of Gare de Marrakesh (train station) with all you need around or within walking distance… Supermarkets, shopping malls, pharmacies, public transports and excellent restaurants! From our side we can just say visit Marrakesh and stay at this place you will no be disappointed! And a big thanks again to Hakim and Oumaima, don’t change ever the kind people and good hosts you are :)

The apartment was very nice and clean, well designed and equipped with all the necessaryamenities, well situated near the Marrakech train station. The staff was very helpful and very responsive. The apartment has a cafe and a store on the first floor, you can get breakfast and anything you need in just a few minutes.

L'appartement est exceptionnel, la décoration magnifique, trop cosy. La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire. La vue sur Marrakech est trop reposante. La propreté était fantastique, je n'ai trouvé aucun défaut. L'hôte était serviable et sympathique. La résidence a un concierge, super sécurisé et proche de tout. Je le recommande sans doute et j'y séjournerai à nouveau.

Le seul détail qui a un peu gâché l'expérience est une odeur étrange que nous avons trouvée dans la salle de bain et parfois dans la cuisine, qui provenait du bâtiment, mais l'hôte m'a dit qu'ils avaient déjà pris des mesures. Malgré ça nous avons super apprécié notre séjour.

Une véritable pépite à Marrakech ! J’ai passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet appartement. Il est spacieux, lumineux et très bien aménagé, parfait pour se sentir comme chez soi. La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement, ce qui est un vrai plus avec la chaleur de Marrakech. L’appartement est d’une propreté irréprochable, ce qui témoigne d’un excellent entretien. Le mobilier est moderne, confortable et de bon goût, on voit tout de suite que chaque détail a été pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. Autres gros points forts : le wifi est rapide et stable, idéal pour travailler ou regarder ses séries préférées sur Netflix, déjà inclus. Le quartier est calme, sécurisé et bien situé, à proximité des commodités (épiceries, restaurants, transports). L’immeuble est également sûr et bien entretenu. En bonus, la cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, et la literie est très confortable, ce qui garantit un bon repos. En résumé : un hébergement parfait, que je recommande sans hésitation ! J’y reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour à Marrakech.

The apartment is amazing. It has everything you could need and was so comfortable for the four of us. It has a great location with easy access to both the old town and the trendy places for going out. In is very neewly furnished and I loved the large bathroom. The host was available to us at all times and waited until late in the night because out flight was delayed.

We loved staying at the cozy two-bedroom apartment! It was very clean and comfortable and met all our needs. The apartment was in an excellent location with the train station only a block away and many stores and eateries nearby. The medina was within walking distance or a short taxi drive away. The hostess was very kind and allowed us to check in early and was also available if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

Very good location (close to carrefour market, café/restaurants), helpful staff and communication, 2 bedrooms, comfortable beds, air-conditioning, TV with Netflix, kitchen, bathroom and the shower, safe location.

It would be good to remove air fresheners, which were disturbing us as some of us are allergic (we counted 4 and took them into the cupboard/turned off those). I would put a big knife into the kitchen. We had to use a small knife for cutting a watermelon. Having scissors would be helpful too. Sincere there is a microwave, compatible plates should be there too. I would appreciate to have coffee filters to the coffee machine as our filters we brought were big and I didn't know that the coffee machine needed 1/4 size filters. If I didn't ask in advance, I wouldn't know that Nespresso machine was broken, but the owner provided a small coffee machine and grinded coffee. Pity that no face towels were available. There were only shower towels for us there.

Beautiful property friendly helpful hosts. Excellent location. 24 hours shop open downstairs n cafe v goid next door. Close to medina. All top restaurants nearby. All facilities nearby. We walked. No taxi needed. Hosts went out of the way to arrange to monitor my luggage till 6.30 pm although checkout 12. Checkout time v convenient

Shower is problem but hosts cannot fix it. It is building problem. Shower is just some water flowing out. May b bucket can be kept so we can fill it n take bath. Still i m happy to stay again n cannot fault hosts n property offers too many exceptional benefits. Handwash should b plenty to last stay. I m grateful for all the amenities

The apartment was in a fabulous location, lots of restaurants and attractions nearby, being so close the train station was a bonus.

A very clean and beautiful apartment. The beds were really comfortable . There is also a small grocery store downstairs. Maryam is a very friendly and kind host .

The location is far from the main square if you walk but you can get there with a taxi in no time. Make sure you download the Drive in taxi app otherwise the taxi drivers will over charge you .

Great place with amazing helpful host who allowed us leave the baggage as we arrived earlier than check in. All process nice & easy. Apartment has great size and all appliances needed for our stay. We highly recommend this place. Near to all attractions.

Meriem was wonderful. The property was nicely, decorated and cleaned.

I think being on the fifth floor made the water pressure a little low. It wasn’t bad, but I would’ve liked a little bit more water pressure. Probably because I am a spoiled American 😉

The apartment was more thank perfect, it was very clean and well-equipped, good location in the new city, helpful staff, very good value for the price. 100% recommend.

The apartment was very comfortable and perfect for a family. Mariam was great and extremely helpful at making sure everything was in order and ensuring we settled down nicely on the day we arrived. Location was about 10minutes from the airport and 10/15 minutes from most of the activities around the city. I used Glovo app for groceries and ordering food and delivery was on point. Wifi was superfast in the apartment and a french cafe is located on the ground floor. Security was super and the area was very safe. It was perfect for us.
