New and cozy apartment in the centrum of Oulu

Wspaniałe mieszkanie w samym centrum Oulu, wszędzie blisko. Super urzadzone, wygodne i przytulne. Duży plus za późne wymeldowanie - możecie zostać aż do 14! Bardzo polecamy!

Nachdem der Vermieter nicht vor Ort ist und sein Englisch am Telefon etwas schlecht verständlich war, gab es anfängliche Schwierigkeiten, die sich aber gut regeln ließen.

Lokasyon olarak çok iyi bir konumda (otobüs hattı ve tren istasyonuna yakın), temiz, rahat, her ayrıntı düşünülmüş, güzel bir odaydı. Gerekli pek çok şey mevcuttu, hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık. Evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettiren bir konaklama yaşadık.

Kapıdaki anahtar teslim sistemi ile ilgili daha detaylı bir açıklama olursa iyi olabilir. Bu sistemi kullanmayan ülkelerden gelen misafirler zorluk yaşayabilir.

Centre of Oulu, very good place for short stay. The information provided very enough to enter the apartment. Also other information provided were very helpful. Indeed, the apartment was very quiet, but this is standard in Finland ;-). TV with a number of channels in English was also a good addition to my stay.

Unfortunately, I have to complain about the building construction - the flat was on 2nd floor (Finish standard), i.e. 1st floor in Poland with only balcony (but not standard windows) and a kind of patio, therefore it was impossible to sleep with opened balcony window (for the security reasons) and there was no any other ventilation system. Moreover, there was no standard desk to work which made the office work quite challenging.

Muuten oikein kiva pieni asunto mutta siisteydessä toivomisen varaa. Jo tullessa eteisen matolla ja vessan lattialla roskia, vessa haisi viemärille, ilmanvaihtokoneet aivan pölyiset. Lisäksi keittiön varustelua voisi päivittää. Kattiloita voisi olla useampi eri kokoisia ja veitsiä myös useampi (tällä hetkellä vain yksi iso sahalaitainen veitsi).

Sijainti on ihan paras!

Einzelreisender, für mich ideal, Apartment ist richtig cozy und die Lage ist excellent, wenige Schritte ins Zentrum. Mit ÖV vom Flughafen gut zu erreichen (Bus 8 und/oder 9). Die App die Matti geschickt hat ist hilfreich.

Der Vorhang dunkelt schlecht ab (bei Midsommer). Der WC-Ring sitzt schlecht (wackelt) auf der Schüssel.

Sijainti oli hyvä. Talo oli hiljainen. Asunto sopivan kompakti.

Majoituspaikan sijainti oli hyvä ja talo rauhallinen sekä hiljainen.

Majoituspaikassa oli todella pölyistä ja esimerkiksi wc:n ovi vinkui todella kovaäänisesti aina avattaessa

Cómoda, accesible, bien conectada y ubicada.

El lavarropas no funcionaba y por eso no pude usarlo, a pesar de que se encuentra listado cómo un beneficio de la propiedad. Muchos de los cubiertos y platos se encontraban sucios, los anteriores inquilinos deben haberlos guardado sin limpiarlos y por eso tuve que lavarlos antes de usarlos. La cortina del ventanal no tapa la luz de la mañana al cien por ciento, lo cual dificulta un poco el descanso de corrido.

Perfekte Lage im Zentrum von Oulu.

Die Wohnung war alles sndere als sauber. Als 1. ging ich in einen Shop umf Putzhsndschuhe und putzlappen zu kaufen. Danach machte ich mich sn die Reinigung. Der Staubsauger war nicht funktionell sondern nur Dekoration. Die Beschreibung „new and cozy „ hat mich irregeführt. Leider war die Sicht nur suf einen Innenhof.

沒什麼可以挑惕的。

Το μπανιο ειχε τριχες στο σιφόνι, αντικείμενα απο προηγουμενο επισκεπτη και λεκεδες μεσα στα ντουλάπια του. Οταν στείλαμε μυνημα στους ιδιοκτήτες μας απαντησαν μετα απο μια μερα λεγοντας μας πως δεν θα επρεπε να ειναι ετσι και θα μιλησουν με την καθαρίστρια τους.Ομως ουτε αλλάξαμε δωμάτιο οπως ζητησαμε ουτε ηρθε κανεις να καθαρίσει το μπανιο.

Näppärästi käytetty neliöt hyväksi. Yllätyksenä oma terassi, vaikka oltiin 2. krs:ssa. Vuokraajat antoivat hyviä vinkkejä mm. autopaikoista ym.

Bedsheets had stains, curtains were only halved attached to railing, fridge was dirty, lot of dust underneath the bed

Mukava asunto, josta löytyy kaikki. Hyvä sijainti ja mukava terassi.

Oma Mobiilinetti ei oikein toimi, mutta asunnossa on ilnainen netti.

Cleverly designed space that maximises its potential with modern Ikea style. Both the internal and patio areas felt really comfortable to stay in. Everything felt new, fresh and clean. Altogether an excellent apartment.

I loved the apartment, as mentioned is very cozy. The location was perfect, right downtown, with lots of buses stopping around. The train station is also nearby.

Internet was a bit slow. I tried to connect to my computer at work and the connection kept dropping.

Very new apartment. Excellrnt facilities. Lovely terrace. Great location for city centre, market, parks, and easy to walk to from station.

I will include some shower gel and/or Shampoo. there is just hand soap.

Good location. New, clean and cozy appartment, with all furniture and kitchen accesories you need. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. I did not know how the washing machine worked and Matti, the owner, was very helpful

I missed some common shower gel or/and shampoo, because they only had hand soap. Just that!

All the things is top. It is very comfortable and we enjoyed the stay totally! I used to avoid staying somewhere like Air B&B but this place might be even better choice then hotel. I really like it.

Broken fridge giving noise made it difficult to sleep

The host is very kind, flexible, and easy to be reached by phone. Self-check-in is smooth, and the guiding steps where sent by email ahead of time. The flat is in a modern building and in a central location. near many shops, restaurants, and pubs. I definitely recommend it

Everything about the apartment was superb

This apartment is like a large hotel room with a kitchenette. It is in the centre of the city, but peaceful as it is on the courtyard side. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. New house and apartment, so everything was clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen, also a washing machine in the bathroom.

The apartment had even a terrace, however it is in the dark corner of a small courtyard, so it is of little use in the climate of Oulu. Also no views from the room. The bar counter style dining table and the high stools were not very comfortable.
