Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Good amenities
The bathroom floor can be quite slippery. TV box is uncontrollable, sometimes no volume sometimes max volume. The living room air conditioning kept leaking and the alarm kept going off so we couldn't use it half of the time.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2025Location was very convenient, many shops around, 24 hours restaurant just across the street. Kids loved the pool. Security guards doing a great job monitoring around the facility.
Unit could be more cleaner. Water dispenser was working very slow. Apart from that, the rest were good

Reviewed Dec 23, 2024The staff is responsive to our needs and requests. I also like the 2 pillows given in the bedroom
Too few security passes given as i have a group of 7. Some family members want to go swimming while others want to go shopping. With only 1 pass, it is very difficult to accomodate all.
