The view was gorgeous, especially at sunset/sunrise when the sun hit the winter/autumn tree leaves and glistened off of the river. The layout and amenities of the accommodation were superb! Extremely impressed and highly recommend <3

The only caution would be that the garage is quite narrow so if you have a larger vehicle (we had a people mover) be careful to retract the wing mirrors before driving in.

Reviewed May 11, 2026Plenty of space. Clean. Plenty of bathrooms. Had a ground floor bedroom and 3 more upstairs.
You definitely need a car to rent this property as it is a little out of the way. We didn’t cook any meals there but the kitchen extractor fan looked like it needed fixing or cleaning. There was netting on it. Didn’t bother us.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026와이카토강이 보이는 풍경과 넓고 깨끗한 공간이 전체적으로 조화롭게 아름다웠습니다. 7명이 머물렀는데 침대가 크고 침구가 깨끗했으며 화장실과 샤워룸도 넉넉해서 편리했습니다. 넓은 주방과 테라스 공간도 예뻐서 우리 일행 모두 만족스러워 했어요. 지인들에게 추천하고 싶어요.
집 내부는 특별히 아쉬울 것이 없었습니다. 와이카토강이 눈앞에 보이는데도 강을 따라 산책할 수 있는 길은 없어서 안타까웠답니다.

Perfect location very quiet and central to places we wanted to visit on our stay. would definitely recommend to family and friends to book here if available and looking for accommodation in Hamilton. Loved how tooth brush’s ect were provided on arrival.
I tried to use vacuum and discovered it was not working.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2024exceptional bungalow with garage, laundry machine, dryer located near waikato river with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 double bed room dpwnstairs comfortable soft beds. Very clean,except for bakings pans which had crumbs on arrival. Fully equipped kitchen including condiments, sauces, milk except missing a microwave oven. Definitely would stay again.
hard to find, is after no. 3 , technically is no. 1 and not no. 12. Best to have a washing hose in the garden to wash cars.

There was an alarm that started beeping at 3am and we could not find it to mute it. The beds were very soft and with the annoying beep we did not get a very good nights rest. We were just unlucky and these things happen. Others are unlikely to have the same problem.
