Luxury Villa, Central, Golf and Cafés - By KOSH BNB

Great location, beautiful setup, lovely furnishings and it was a calming space to come back to after busy days!

Loved everything, wish I could stay here longer!

The whole house had a lovely layout, well presented and maintained.

Dead insects on the floor, maybe a quick vacuum before we arrived.

Loved the space, the house is amazing and comfortable a home away from home. The hosts are always a message away and quick to respond. Will definitely be coming back again 🥰

What a beautiful home to stay at. Plenty of room, great facilities and just a lovely place to stay.

I couldn't fault anything.

No keys but check in was simple and instructions were clear

Clean, and comfortable. Beds were comfy

Nothing

All the comforts of home were provided. The location was very central to all the places we needed to be. Clean and a lovely open plan area.

A remote for the garage would be more convenient, if there was anything to add.

Spacious, lovely neighbor who greeted us, lots of lighting, home had everything for us to settle and relax after competition each day. The home decor really added character and the outdoor area was a bonus. The neighborhood is a hidden treasure and close by to the city.

The grout in each of the showers would need a deep clean or shower witch.

Cozy, clean, and comfortable.

Nothing, i will definitely be back!

This property is a must stay. Very modern with everything you need for a home away from home. It was clean, great layout & central to town and the base.

There genuinely isn't a negative review with this property.

Beautiful spacious home well kept, bed was super comfy, neighborhood was quiet and right opposite shops a good location. Great communication from the KOSH team.

Just the fan above shower dusty needs a clean but otherwise home was perfect for our stay.

Beautiful Villa😊Location was awesome as close to everything that we needed

Clean and tidy. Spacious and all amenities provided to make the stay comfortable.

Nothing

It's nice that the property is an enclosed house, separate from other properties and private with fences. Comfortable furniture and modern appliances and cookware. Modern keyless front door entry and enclosed private garage. Nice fresh carpets in the badrooms/hallway and clean well maintained bathrooms. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

There was no garage door remote to access the property without entering the front door, could be challenging for a single adult with younger children or a solo traveller. We had requested the 3rd bedroom be made up with a double/queen bed as with the other two rooms and had received confirmation of request approved but the 3rd room had 2 singles when we arrived, beds were pushed together during our stay and were appropriately comfortable.

Great location, nice size, very warm and cozy.

Hard to get out of property as on busy road, a few cobwebs so could do with some dusting, is a smart tv but doesn’t have the capability to play sky from phone etc.

Facilities available were great, furnished to a very high level with quality furnishings, and beds very comfortable. Villa was warm and cozy and appreciated having the internal access garage as raining during our stay. From booking to checkout, Levi ensured our stay was enjoyable and have no hesitation in recommending to others and will be back.

Overall, the house is lovely and modern, just a couple of small maintenance and housekeeping issues, which were promptly acknowledged by Levi..

Close to shops and laundry. Clean and tidy. Lots of room.

Friends came to visit and got a message straight away saying we couldn’t have a party. Towels were new and couldn’t dry yourself properly with them

All!! Such a beautiful property, felt very homey, has complete amenities and very comfortable bed, which is important :)

Beautiful place, comfortable beds, internal garaging - very relaxing

Very modern, comfy and clean house, great to come back to after a busy day.

Being on the main road.

Spacious home that suited our family group perfectly. Very comfortable beds, clean and easy access. Very close to Golf course, river walks and nearby shops.

As a GENIUS LEVEL 3 Member on Booking.com, and someone who has travelled the world extensively for over 15 years and made reservations via Booking.com - this is the first time i have experienced such poor customer service. The owner (We believe his name is Levi) claimed we 'stole 4 bedsheets (so all the bedsheets for the entire property we stole for some reason?), broke a bar stool (which we never used) and charged us to service the AC unit even though it should Levi's responsibility. Essentially the whole experience was ruined by the owner falsely accusing us of the above and keeping our deposit, also the air con unit in the living didn't work - we reported it to the owner, but it wasn't fixed during our stay. Alongside this we found a small piece of glass on the sofa (possibly from the previous stay) which my friend placed his hand on and cut - we did not mention this to the owner at the time as even we had done so, what could they have done?. I have a flawless record in over the 50 places I have stayed at via Booking.com, yet i am sure the owner will come back to this review and accuse us again of all of the above.

great

great

The house is very neat and modern looking. Lots of natural light

Stunning house, had everything we needed. Easy access, great location and was a bonus to be able to put our car in the garage.

Cant think of anything.

High quality and very clean, really quiet spot. Great location for the water world pool where my kids were competing at a competition all weekend. Easy walk for great pizzas across the road. Could park off the road and use the garage. Lovely lounge and full kitchen with everything. Levi was amazing to deal with. Everything was very high quality and very clean. Will definitely book again

Nothing, only wish the sun had come out so I could have enjoyed the outside little courtyard.

Modern

No shade in the garden, even after request not a simple umbrella available.

Great location! There is even a rice cooker. It’s spacious, well-lit and has everything we needed. My family enjoyed the stay! Owners are very responsive. Thank you!

NA

We had the key code to the front door and it was so easy and hassle free

Convenient and perfect for my family!

Everything was great!

Stunning and clean

Very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well set up and all appliances were perfect for us. Easy parking and entry. Very clean and nice sheets and towels.

If it is possible to have an earlier check in and/ or later checkout it would be appreciated. Did not know about the payment process showing a processed and a pending payment on my bank account, was confusing.

Exceptional Accommodation. Very clean., tidy & extremely well appointed. Great location with good shops literally across the road. Extremely good value for money.

Very clean. Easy check in and check out. Super confy beds. Very good location. There are shops just across the road.

We got a problem with the smart lock but someone got over to fix the problem in 5min even tought it was 7PM. Great services. We had dinner to one of the restaurant recommandations (Adrianna), it was delicious !

Clean, brand new and great amenities.

None.

Close to amenities and golf course. Fantastic stay. Everything we needed. Sparkling clean. Highly recommend.

* very clean * great set up * great location * very caring owners * property came with all the necessities

No complaints at all

excellent stay. Was a bonus having a coffee machine for my morning ritual.

It was beautifully styled, however there was no clock which would have been useful at times.

Beautifully clean and well set out , heaps of space inside and out. Some amazing interior design and artwork , awesome garden and seating area and my favourite thing a double internal garage 10/10 !!!🤗🤗

Can't think of anything that I didn't like except there was no sugar?

Modern home that is a nice design. The house has tasteful decor that isn’t over powering. We stayed over New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day. Other than the usual fireworks by surrounding neighbours the neighbours were quiet. It was really relaxing.

This could be just the time of year but the rubbish outside was very full, we had nowhere to put rubbish. The showers and surfaces need a more attention when being cleaned as obvious signs of previous stayers.

Location was convenient House was extremely well appointed - nice soaps, milk in the fridge etc Would book again

We are used to King or Superking beds so bed in master bedroom a little small
