Reviewed Jan 7, 2026The staff was helpful, always available for us. Whenever we had a question or a need, we would get someone to reply or to come over within minutes! Location was good although a bit noisy around New Year’s Eve but otherwise it was perfect. All the equipment was working, good A/C, very nice pool. Not too far from the beach (Playa Alicia and Sosúa beach) although it is a 20 minute walk to get there. Close to supermercados and convenience stores. The neighborhood feels safe and citizens and smiling and nice to visitors.
Some of the kitchenware is old and should be replaced (especially the pans). Ofherwise, everything was perfect.
