Hay mucha gente para mi gusto en los alrededores que no se sabe de donde viene ni a dónde va y poco espacio para los parqueos. También en la atención faltó un poco más de intencionalidad.

Overdreven lawaai , ook door andere klanten , voelde meer aan als een discobar ipv. Een gezellig hotel ! Ontbijt viel tegen omdat niet alles op de kaart verkrijgbaar was , koffie moest dan nog appart bijbetaald worden , lange wachttijden , was precies allemaal tegen hun zin !

El primer día que llegué, había unos niños, al parecer familiares de la recepcionista o administradora, haciendo mucho desorden en la piscina. Además, el estilo de música que estaban colocando no era apropiado para el ambiente del lugar, por lo que realmente no me sentí muy cómoda.

Las fotos son engañosas. El servicio de higiene no es el mejor. El parking es en la calle. El seguridad duerme. La música alta hasta tarde más la gente que no se hospeda allí... No sé siente ni privado ni seguro

The facilities were well-maintained, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall setup of the hotel made it feel relaxing and easy to enjoy. The pool area was a highlight, especially at night, and the location made it convenient to get around Sosúa. The staff were also very friendly and made the stay smooth.
Honestly, not much stood out as a major issue. A few small details could be improved, but nothing that took away from the overall experience.

small details...for example, such a nice big room and good construction but a huge hold on a plaster wall right outside the door ( fix it), also the toilet cover/seat totally loose, ( fix it), and things like that, cannot see why management does not attend to simple repairs. Unfortunate for me, there was heavy machinery outside near the beach with heavy cement pounding noises all day long, both days. Also, rain pretty much most of the time, and walking distances would have been nice with better weather. The fact that they accept cards is a good thing, but why they must charge 18% more for the use is ridiculous. Also the noise of people and kids playing and yelling in the common area/dining area meant it was not so quiet in the evening time as well

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025The property was poor manage and maintain, the staff was very unprofessional. Did not like anything would not recommend or visit ever. The area felt unsafe.
-Room conditions was not what you see on pictures. ( not good up-keeping with room) -Bathroom condition bad and smell every time you shower, bad drainage. -I was in the location for 4 days not even ones I was asked if new towels needed or if rooms needed cleaning. Staff was not profesional no training . -Not good, my initial reaction with staff I felt I was being scam. They wanted to cancel reservation and offer a discount if I paid cash. After I almost got involve I had to process 2 transaction because I told her I did not want to do that. Overall did not like how it was handle. I had a very nasty argument with the staff I almost waked out. To me it felt like they did not want to paid booking fees, would never visit this place again. Not happy. -Red flag as we arrived cops were in the location unknown reason.

Reviewed May 22, 2025The property would get a full 5 star review except for a few things: 1) There is trash on the beach and outside the property, which is really no fault of theirs, but it's more than just 1-2 pieces of trash. It's not unbearable but it's there 2) The shower head is nice but the flow of water isn't very good and the water temperature was hard to control 3) The security box in my room didn't have clear instructions and didn't seem to work That's pretty much it. Outside that, this is an amazing vacation spot. I'll probably be going being despite the issues. Customer service was amazing and the atmosphere is absolutely perfect for a private place to settle down at night.
