Bad sound insulation especially if you get the room facing the highway. The lack of an elevator could be a problem for people with huge luggage on higher floors.

The property called at 9pm the day of checkin and told me there were no more rooms available. I had a confirmed booking. The staff moved me to another one of their properties and lied about it being closer to where I intended to be staying near

滞在時は新しくオープンしたばかりだそうで、チェックインの際の支払い時にセキュリティーfeeの支払いができず苦労した。カウンターのQRコードも読み込めず、しかもマレーシアの口座を持ってないとできないなど、現地の友人がいなかったら恐らくどうにもならなかった可能性がある。

The only outlet was unusable with the kettle's plug stuck inside it, the shower was not even warm at max temp, the hose leaks when used, shampoo bottle was empty, aircon was loud and noisy

On my last day, in the morning around 8am, power failure, mati karan, whole room turn dark and we can't do anything, so I rush to the counter, luckily the staff let the maintenance to check and let us move to the next door. I don't mind and it's ok for the incident. Finally we managed to check out and arrived in airport on time.
The sound insulation equipment is relatively poor. The guest next door chit chatting till late, they laughed so laud and the female guest voice kinda sharp and loud. SOUND INSULATION KINDA POOR, that's all

Upon check-in, my shoe broke, and the second staff member just stood there without offering any help. There were no water bottles in the room, no tissue refills, and many other incomplete details. No extension for check-out time was allowed either. I will not stay here again in the future — this was by far the poorest hotel experience I’ve ever had.

the car parking is a public parking and fully parked if you come early morning due to lrt commuters. You have to download the Smart Parking Selangor for the parking payment. RM5 for 1 day. very cheap.

Hotel address in booking.com app is different from the actual address. The actual address is no 79! Don’t went to the wrong hotel guys! Pls update the address! Located right opposite to Kelana Jaya Station. I can see the station from my window. Very noisy the whole time and at night. Buses honking non stop and car/motor speeding. Aircon also making noise which keep me whole night awake with all the noises around. Was booked for 2 nights initially but could not stand on the environment and decided to check out in the early morning after one night of stay only :(

poor sound proofing the first night i was allocated with a room with a mouldy smell, uncomfortable bed, loud electrical circuit sound and right next to the highway. the second day onwards i was moved to a quieter room with a comfier bed, but i can still hear machinery sound in a room next door had to wear ear plugs to sleep all week.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2025Das Zimmer war sauber und direkt neben der Metro Station Kelana Jaya mit direkter Verbindung nach KLCC. Das Bett ist bequem, aber für ü 180cm def. zu kurz. Konnte einen Adapter ausleihen.
Extrem ringhörig. Man kann fast jede Tür knallen hören, der Strassenverkehr war ebenfalls super mühsam im der Nacht. Kein Fenster. Reinigung sowie frisches Wasser gab es nicht, da ich nur 3 Nächte da war. Auf Anfrage habe ich dann Wasser bekomme.
