The fan is not functioning in both the hall and the room. The host said he ordered the new set to fix it.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026the location
The room and bed were dusty, and the air conditioner was not working properly. The shower only worked when the hose was held at a certain angle because it appeared to be bent or pinched, restricting the water flow. The basin drained very slowly, which was inconvenient. The toilet bowl also had what looked like a brown stain on the side that could not be removed by flushing. I eventually had to use toilet paper to rub it off myself, which was unpleasant.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Contactless arrangement for checking in and out was straight forward. The pool is amazing condition and enjoyed using the laundry machine. Security is important in regards to the access to the apartment. The bedroom is very comfortable besides the A/C unit. The bathroom is good clean state
However the A/C unit was temperamental.but that can be serviced. Some areas of the living room dinning Hall needs extra cleaning still dusty.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026Nothing.
On arrival, the apartment had a fly and cockroach infestation in the bathroom and a strong sewage smell coming from the drain. There was also visible insect droppings in corners of the apartment and mouldy corners in the kitchen and bathroom. The host required a deposit before check-in and did not refund it to me. Due to hygiene concerns, we were unable to stay and left immediately after arriving.
