- free parking - a bit cheap - i like the receptionist named yuva (i guess)

- the shower is broken - the sink pipe is not working - the aircond not too cold

The bathrooms were really clean, no limestones. However, they were some baby roaches during nighttime.

The staff knew that the room I was staying in had issues with the AC and TV. The was lukewarm and it was leaking really bad, they knew about this. The TV was also not working. When asked to exchange to a different room, the only room available can only be accessed with stairs and no TV available. If the staff had warned earlier prior to the booking that the only room available is faulty, and that the other available room can only be accessed via stairs, I wouldn't mind at all. It's the fact that they knew and did not inform us and we had to carry the large luggage up.

Price the room just ok

Facilities such tv and aircond are available but at 1st the remote not available, then after request got both remote but tv then not function. Then water drip from aircond on bed. There in no nearest shop or restaurant

The vending machine maintenance personnel decided to come in for maintenance after 12am, causing noises (like really loud) throughout the duration for more than an hour.

Bed was uncomfortable. Air conditioner was noisy and disruptive. Water heater in the bathroom was not working. Toilet door had no lock. Overall, the room was poorly maintained and did not meet expectations.

Aircond tak rasa . Iron ada 1 shaja . Dah tnya staff , tp staff cakap 1 shaja dan iron tu rosak . Staff ws pkul 10.55 kata pkul 11 kene check out . Sedangkan masa check in dia cakap pkul 12 . Sy masih belom pekak lagi .

There is night shift staff lady who bring entire families eating in lobby area and was noisy till midnight next to our room, disturbing customers sleeping time…feel unsafe to stay there and worried…the lobby and loft so smelly with foods smells ….kindly notice this issue …worst and the room ac was leaking every day

Cadar ada kesan kuning sikit, mungkin cadar lama dna kesan kotoran degil susah hilang. Cat dinding nampak luntur di bahagian kepala. Aircon waktu hari kedua keluar air, tapi dah maklum pada staf.

I really like the location—it’s very strategic and easily accessible to the Shah Alam area.And I also really like the facilities, and the staff are very helpful and easy to communicate with.

First things first, the first thing I checked was the toilet. Basically, it was clean, but the toilet door didn’t have a lock. I didn’t bother to complain about it, but I think it’s something that should be checked. My room number was 107. The room was also a bit smelly—I’m not sure what it was, but it smelled like smoke and the smell stuck to my clothes. I think this is something that needs to be double-checked before serving the room to customers. There was also an incident where someone knocked on my door at 1 a.m., which woke me up. Because of that, I couldn’t go back to sleep. When I checked out, the staff explained that they knocked because they served the wrong room. But honestly, what’s the point of knocking on my door at 1 a.m. and expecting me to open it? Of course I wouldn’t—it’s already very late. That said, I do like the staff because they are very helpful. They assisted me when I got locked out and also provided a hanger when I requested one. However, there are certain areas that need improvement.

selesa.. da banyak kali repet staycation kat sini.. bilik bersih, kemas, staff peramah dan sangat membantu. hotel yang cantik. tempat strategik. selesa untuk tido 3 hari 2 malam

parking khas untuk guest hotel perlu perbanyakan lagi.. ada 2 kali kena saman dengan MBSA. saman parking pada hari isnin.. minta pihak hotel sediakan parking khas utk guest hotel supaya MBSA tak saman kereta guest selalu
