Reviewed Nov 12, 2025The toilet water heater and hairdryer are positioned in the same spot, with the showerhead's water flow directed straight towards the hairdryer. Given the hairdryer is live and constantly exposed to water spray, isn't there a risk of electric shock for users? Furthermore, the air outlet inside the hairdryer is severely rusted, rendering it unhygienic. The toilet bulb is also burnt out and hasn't been replaced. The ceiling damage has also not been repaired.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2025The room has strong water pressure and a powerful hair dryer.
I had an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff. One of the fatty female employees came across as unfriendly and unprofessional, with a poor attitude and tone. In the evening, a young male staff member seemed distracted, focused on his phone and not attentive to guests' inquiries. Unfortunately, due to these service issues, I do not plan to book this hotel again.

Reviewed Apr 28, 2025Air conditioning was good and cooled up the room fast. Thankful for the mineral water provided. Though there is a hit water coffee pot provided, it is quite disappointing that coffee/tea bags are not provided.
Shower head non adjustable thus there's no way of not wetting one's hair. Toilet roll was wet and soggy when we arrived.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2023Lots of street food and restaurants close by. Also close by are grocery stores and pharmacies as well as other services. Fairly quiet considering that it is only a block from a busy road. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs and requests. Our deluxe room had a window in the sleeping area and windows in the bathroom. The premises was clean.
There were two of us but the desk clerk would issue us only one key card which was inconvenient since the card was needed to keep the power on. When I went out at night I asked the clerk to let me into the room because I didn’t want to wake up my wife. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were too thick. The area by the hotel is one of the trashiest place I’ve been to. Piles of trash and litter everywhere.
