L'état général du riad est très mauvais, et ne correspond pas aux photos du site. La literie est de très mauvaise qualité... Un attrape touristes...

La personne en charge de l'accueil fait très bien son travail et reste disponible à tout moment. Le Riad est dans la Medina mais le quartier est sale et isolé.

Les équipements de notre salle d'eau sont d'une autre époque : évacuation d'eau directement au sol vers les égouts pour la douche. L'eau de la douche court au sol au niveau des wc. Donc malgré un caillebotis en plastique les pieds baignent dans l'eau stagnante. Les personnes obèses ne pourront pas se servir de cette pièce d'eau !

Starken Naphtalin Geruch im ganzen Haus, extrem unangenehm!! Es müsste viel mehr gelüftet werden. Extrem schwer zu finden in eine Ecke der Medina wo wenig los ist. Parking gute 15-20 min vom Riad und wenn Mann vollgepackt ist…

Mooie Riad in de Medina. Parkeren kan op een paar minuten wandelen. In de medina geraak je niet met de wagen. Vanaf de parking zijn er loopjongens die je voor een paar dirham naar de riad begeleiden. Anders is hetwel even zoeken in het doolhof van steegjes. De host is vriendelijk en legt je graag uit hoe Fez in elkaar zit. De patio en de kamers zijn mooi ingericht. De Riad ligt op 3 minuten van de grote leerlooierij van Fez.

De badkamer op het gelijkvloers zijn erg klein. Op de verdieping zijn ze ruimer maar het sanitair is een beetje basic maar wel netjes.

O experiență foarte frumoasă! Gazda a fost extraordinară, mereu promptă și dornică să ajute cu orice. Camerele sunt mari, amenajate în stil tradițional, foarte frumoase, iar sala comună de la parter este superbă. Recomand cu încredere celor care își doresc o experiență autentică în zona Mdina.

Der Gastgeber Achmed war vor Ort äußerst hilfsbereit. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out verlief alles reibungslos. Das Riad ist definitiv zu empfehlen !

In den Gassen vor dem Riad wird von den Anwohnern Müll abgestellt, was den äußeren Eindruck des Riads leider etwas beeinträchtigt.

El Riad es exactamente como se muestra, está muy limpio y las camas son grandes y cómodas, y el trato fue superamable, Éramos los únicos huéspedes, y contratamos solo desayuno, así que nos dieron las llaves del Riad, para ir a nuestro aire, Al ser febrero, en las zonas comunes hacía frío por la tarde/noche, pero en la habitación teníamos una mesita, un sofá y un sillón, y un calefactor, así que estuvimos muy bien. Nos trataron muy bien y nos quedamos con las ganas de volver en primavera y disfrutar de la terraza.

El riad muy bonito, lo podimos disfrutar para nosotros solos. Ahmed muy atento y agradable, tuvimos un problema con la tarjeta en el banco y nos acompañó a hacer la gestión , quedamos verdaderamente agradecidos🙏🏻

El alojamiento es muy bonito, buena ubicación, limpio y desayuno normal. Ahmed fue increíblemente amable, tuvimos un problema con la tarjeta, nos acompañó al banco y nos ayudó con la gestión. Quedamos muy agradecidos por ello. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Ahmed und die Mitarbeiterin (leider habe ich ihren Namen vergessen) waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als wir am ersten Tag Probleme mit dem Bett hatten und ich nicht schlafen konnte, habe ich Ahmed Bescheid gegeben, und das Bett wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Der Service war freundlich und bemüht

Das Badezimmer war leider nicht in gutem Zustand: Die Toilette wackelte und es lief Wasser unten heraus, was für uns sehr unbequem war. Außerdem gab es ein- bis zweimal täglich Stromausfälle. Das WLAN war im 2. Obergeschoss sehr schlecht. Das Frühstück hat uns nicht gefallen: Es war kalt, außer den heißen Getränken, und es gab kein Obst oder Gemüse

居住的舒适感很差，经常停电，冬天寒冷的潮湿，没有空调，取暖器一开就停电。厕所很小，水也小，排水还不畅通。 房间开门就是直通大厅，很尴尬。

No hitter in the room

Ahmed es la persona que trabaja allí y fue extremadamente atento con todas nuestras necesidades, lo que hizo que la estancia resultara agradable. Nos acompañó a los lugares que le solicitamos y nos ayudó a conseguir taxis confiables para ir al aeropuerto. El lugar está muy bien decorado y se mantiene limpio. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, y los baños están en buen estado.

El dueño del lugar no es una persona agradable. Aunque en la publicación se indica que el alojamiento cuenta con cocina compartida, esto no es realmente así. Cuando intentamos usarla para cocinar algo tan simple como un huevo, el dueño nos hizo sentir muy incómodos y pasamos un mal momento. Cada vez que entrábamos a la cocina nos hacía sentir muy mal, incluso señalando que estábamos comiendo de su comida, siendo que habíamos llevado la nuestra. Elegimos este riad justamente porque decía tener cocina, ya que no puedo consumir gluten y para mí era fundamental poder utilizarla. Esta situación fue aclarada antes de nuestra llegada y nos confirmaron que no habría problema, pero al llegar la realidad fue distinta. Además, el desayuno ofrecido es bastante básico y no se destaca. El riad es lejos del centro y volver de noche fue una muy mala experiencia, es muy fácil perderse por horas y está desolado. La última noche nos hicieron cambiar de riad al que estaba al lado, si bien era más lindo, eso nos hizo perder tiempo valioso de nuestro viaje.

Le riad était très joli, la chambre spacieuse et impeccablement propre. Un grand merci à Hmed, toujours souriant, attentionné et extrêmement serviable, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Der Innenhof des Riads sowie das Frühstück Buffet haben uns sehr gefallen. Hat uns gefallen, dass im Zimmer ein Heizstrahler für den November verfügbar war. Besonders die zentrale Lage war sehr toll.

Très beau établissement confortable, propre, calme, le personnel est très disponible. Emplacement de choix dans la Médina près de tout. Le rapport qualité prix est largement justifié. Je recommande vivement

La posizione del Riad è abbastanza centrale,nei pressi delle concerie e il responsabile del Riad che si chiama Ahmed è molto cortese e gentile a darti qualsiasi spiegazione.la colazione è abbastanza soddisfacente.

Great location and afforable

Le décor traditionnel est magnifique,le personnel est au petit soin des clients 24h/24 Un petit clin d'œil à Amehd qui a bien voulu participer à notre jeu de cartes et qui a gagné en plus.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié du tout les sanitaires de notre chambre d'où les eaux de la douche ne s evacuaient pas et les odeurs des égouts remontaient. Malgré cela ils étaient propres.Il faudra penser à effectuer des travaux sérieux.

Està molt net, el personal molt amable, i cèntric! Tot i arribar tard a la nit, l'Ahmed ens va venir a buscar on ens va deixar el taxi provinent de l'aeroport! Molt amable, dialogant i valorant que hi anessim! Molt contents d'haver-hi estat!!

El riad es bonito pero necesita mantenimiento. Lo mejor Ahmed que es muy atento y agradable.

El baño es minúsculo y olía fatal a desague y la ducha no tragaba bien y se embalsaba. La ropa de cama y toallas necesitan un cambio.

Habitacion amplia y cómoda con cuarto de baño también amplio. El personal muy amable, sobre todo Ahmed, siempre atento y muy servicial. Desayuno no muy variado pero suficiente para cargar pilas.

La ubicación del hotel está muy lejana de la zona más concurrida cercana a la puerta azul,.Volver al hotel a partir de las 20:00 h fué una odisea, nos perdimos las dos noches ya que cierran puertas de acceso a algunas calles,teniendo q ayudarnos los lugareños para poder llegar, claro, todo esto a cambio de una propina.

Struttura nella Medina di fes! Tipico Riad marocchino! Ambiente tranquillo e rilassante! Silenzioso! Ahmed è super disponibile, il nostro volo è arrivato in piena notte e lui ci è venuto a prendere per portarci in struttura! Buona colazione e staff disponibile e cordiale. Google Maps non è molto preciso, ma è la Medina, ma le indicazioni sono molto precise.

Great host, always available and very thoughtful. They also prepared us a delicious typical moroccan dish. Breakfast was simple but good.

The bathroom smelled a bit off, but I think this is a problem in Fes in general.

Beautiful Riad in a quiet part of the medina. Excellent communication and assistance from the manager. The breakfast was buffet style and very nice. The manager helped us locate a good, safe car park outside the medina for our motorbike (it’s about 8 mins walk away so be prepared to carry your bags) but we were provided with a map to help us. There’s also a small sign to the right of the door which we didn’t spot but helps once you know it’s there! There’s a terrace on the roof for relaxing but was a bit too hot. Good for drying washing!

Door needed a good bang to close. Just worried about disturbing other guests.

The riad was so beautiful. If i am ever back in Fes, i know where i am staying. Location was at the heart of the medina. I got lost many times but it was great finding my way back.

We had a great stay at Riad Dar Alma. The location is perfect—right in the Medina but still easy to find and get around from. The riad itself is charming and comfortable, and Ahmed was fantastic—super helpful, always available, and full of great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Highly recommend this riad for anyone visiting Fes!

The host was amazing, we had an issue with the car and got there super late and he welcomed us and came to pick us up at the parking lot to guide us to the riad. Thank you so much for all the help! The Riad is lovely and the architecture is beautiful!

The property and Ahmad were great. The location is good during the day but not so much at night. We were far from the busy area.

The riad looks exactly like the photos, the design is very beautiful and the decor is georgeous. The bed was comfortable, room spacious and staff was welcoming and extremely helpful.

The bathroom is small and not quite functional but I notice this is a feature of riads in Morocco. You can hear folks outside the riad late into the night.

The host was very helpful and friendly.

No hot water, we had to take a shower with cold water. Also, the batroom was incredibly small. The room was not soundproof at all, we could hear all the noise from the street. Lightning needs improvements, the room was very dark even with all the lights on.

Sometimes it can be a bit noisy but the staff do their best to maintain a beautiful ambience.

The riad was just beautiful the room very clean, the terrace on top really great place to chill out. Everyone very welcoming and helpful, I recommend this place, good value at an affordable price. Thank you🙏

Very pretty and unique

The style of the riad was stunning, the bed was so cosy and comfortable, it was also placed in a quite area of the medina but what made our stay unforgettable was the amazing service from the manager, Abdesselam. Ahead of our journey he reached out to us offering us many great suggestions for restaurants etc and also booked our city tour & desert tour which we’re both fantastic! During our stay we had an issue with a bank machine which Abdel immediately ran to our assistance, he went above & beyond for us which we really appreciate!

We booked a room with private bathroom which unknown to us was actually placed outside the room, minor detail - doesn’t take from our stay.

Abdeslam was great !! He has the best customer service;) The places us clean.

Abdul was an excellent host. The rooms are big. It is close to the Medina.

It is an historic building, so the bathrooms are a bit small.

The property is a traditional Moroccan Riad conveniently located in an accessible area of the Medina. The rooms are tastefully decorated and offer anything you might need during your stay. The staff makes this place an absolute gem; everyone is kind, available and thoughtful and will instantly make you feel at home.

The bedroom was with to single beds together. One of the mattresses wasn’t so comfortable as the other. The bathroom is separate - washbasin and shower and a cubicle for a toilet. The toilet space is super small.

The building is very nice and clean

Probably the hidden roads towards the building. And maybe they should stick more boards on the walls of the street, to help find the place easily for the new visitors.

The staff Abdu was exceptional. He treated as really well.

The property was in the medina, very close to the tanneries and to the other tourist attractions. It was renovated, the bed was confortable, we had hot water in the shower, the breakfast was tasty and the staff was welcoming.

As every other riad in the medina, they weren't prepared for the cold of the december nights and only had a small heater in the room, but if you left it on during the whole night, the temperature in the room was good. In our room, the draining system wasn't the best, but the owner knew about the problem and was about to fix it in the near future.

Host was amazing, welcomed me personally and made me feel comfortable. Helpers and managers there became good friends with my partner. It felt like my home. The riad was very cosy, beautiful with its architecture and design. felt like staying in my own mini palace

This is not about the riad, but when the weather gets cold the floor might be too cold for ur feet. make sure to have enough insulation on your own

Beautiful character filled room deep inside the Medina which was great fun but perhaps a little too deep into the Medina at times when getting a bit lost. Staff were lovely. Breakfast good, especially with eggs. Would stay here again and great to live for three days inside the Medina world. A great experience not to be missed.

Access to the property is actually OK but it's at the far end, deep inside the Medina. Not a problem if the taxi drops you off at the correct location. Arrange a pick up with the Riad in advance and a man with a cart will meet your taxi from the airport and load your luggage directly inside the Riad. It's a bit isolated and lonely location but absolutely fine for me even at night but some may find it daunting. Google maps sometimes got a bit out of whack but It ultimately got us back to the riad. Nice sunny rooftop too.

Amazing location , in the heart of the ancient medina The staff was amazing, Spécial thanks to oussama who was extremely friendly as well as to the girl working there who cook3d breakfast (didn't get her name) , they were very friendly and made the stay amazing

If I had to give one bad comment, it's that the alley the hôtel is located in , Is a little dirty and trash is thrown That is no way the responsabilité of the hôtel, however if they somehow manage to find a solution for that , I'm sure it would make the stay even better and attract more People You should consider putting more and bigger signs to point the location to attract more People, as the alley isn't viewable from the main streets But regarding the hôtel itself , I have no complaint It was a 10/10 expérience for that price
