Reviewed Sep 6, 2026parcheggio proprio di fronte, riservato giardino tropicale curato ventilatore a soffitto in aggiunta all'aria condizionata staff reattivo quando abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema zona tranquilla, ma tutto raggiungibile a piedi
non era possibile gettare la carta igienica nel wc porta di ingresso incomprensibile: era una persiana pesante di legno, con zanzariera montata sulla stessa. Esteticamente scenografica, per l'apertura doppia sulla piscina, ma senza isolamento luminoso, termico nè acustico quando chiusa. Zona wc nello stesso spazio della cabina armadio / frigorifero, che è con finestre sempre aperte; anche qui si sentivano i rumori di chi camminava accanto. Abbiamo trovato una coperta sporca di rossetto. Acqua non potabile, ma per lavarsi i denti era presente un dispenser dell'acqua (un po'scomodo). forse un pochino alto il prezzo, date alcune scomodità.

The property is even more stunning in person, from the lush tropical gardens, the pool, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Vincent was an amazing host, and his staff was wonderful and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026La ubicación es excelente, muy centrico, cerquisima de la playa y a la vez evitando el ruido de la primera línea. El jardín y la piscina una maravilla. La casa bonita y limpia. El desayuno muy rico y variado.
Echamos de menos perchas de pared en la habitación y un espejo de cuerpo entero. Muy importante para nosotras, nos faltó una segunda llave, no podíamos llevar ritmos diferentes sin tener que molestar al que se quedaba durmiendo en la casa. Una segunda llave es algo que nos han dado en todos los alojamientos cuando lo hemos pedido y aquí no fue posible, ni el código de la puerta de entrada. No obstante, la estancia, la casa, la ubicación, los anfitriones, nos encantaron y sería un sitio perfecto para repetir.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Vincent was the perfect host - very welcoming, a raconteur, bearing our holiday requirements in mind while offering tailored advice and not being pushy The boutique feel of the hotel was tranquil We liked the layout of the room with plenty of space for our belongings whilst keeping a minimalist tone and a lovely terrace at the front of our rooms with an option for privacy. This looked a lot a better than the pictures
The breakfast was confusing. We assumed that B&B meant that breakfast was included in the price. That said the breakfast was acceptable.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026La struttura è incantevole, immersa nel verde, in un oasi di pace. A due passi a piedi da un mare favoloso. Si trova infatti a pochi passi da Playa Punta Popy, il punto di mare più bello di Las Terrenas. Vicente, che gestisce la struttura, è disponibile, gentile e sempre pronto a soddisfare qualunque tipo di esigenza. La piscina aperta all'interno della struttura è davvero un plus. Aria condizionata e ventilatori a soffitto perfettamente funzionanti. Acqua calda sempre presente. Contrariamente ad altri Hotel della Zona, la struttura ha un generatore di corrente per ovviare ad eventuali interruzioni di elettricità. Se tornassi a Las Terrenas non avrei dubbi su dove alloggiare. Anche perchè il rapporto qualità prezzo non ha davvero eguali.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Vincent, the host, was extremely responsive and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. He arranged taxis for me both from the bus station on arrival and back when I left, which made getting to and from Las Terrenas completely stress-free. His team was also very kind and helpful whenever I needed anything. The location is perfect too, close to everything, but far enough back from the main street that you don’t hear any of the noise. The property itself is lovely, with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. It’s very clean, has air conditioning, and feels wonderfully intimate. A real pleasure to spend time here when you’re coming back from a day at the beach and want to rest.

Reviewed May 15, 2026Ich war von der Unterkunft mehr als begeistert! Vom herzlichen Empfang durch den Besitzer angefangen, über die Betreuung bei Fragen, Angeboten was man alles unternehmen kann bis hin zur Vermittlung eines Leihwagens. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert und ich habe mich als Alleinreisende sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Das kleine Boutique Hôtel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und ins Zentrum sind es bestimmt nicht mehr als 5 Minuten - trotzdem ruhig gelegen in der Seitenstraße, die gut beleuchtet ist. Ich bin immer sicher und gut nach Hause gekommen und hatte NIE Angst. Die Stubenmädchen haben immer alles wirklich sauber gehalten und mich mit kleinen Blumengrüßen überrascht. Vor allem ist zu erwähnen, dass der Besitzer auf Nachhaltigkeit schaut! DANKE, dass Du auf die Schöpfung schaust, Vincent! Mülltrennung wird hier groß geschrieben! Frühstück durfte ich am letzten Tag im Empfangsbereich genießen - dort befindet sich nicht nur die kleine fein informierende Rezeption, die täglich bis 19 Uhr besetzt ist, sondern es ist wie eine Terrasse, man sitzt im Freien unterm Dach, mitten im Blumengarten, der traumhaft angelegt ist und genießt die Auswahl des Frühstücks, die man am Vorabend ankündigen kann. Nicht zu vergessen, der Pool, welcher zum Schwimmen direkt vom Zimmer, über die eigene Terrasse in den Pool einlädt! Wird täglich betreut, wird Abends mit warmen Farben beleuchtet. Auf der Terrasse bei einem guten Glas hab ich den wundervollen Tag ausklingen lassen. - Eine Oase!

La struttura é bella e pulita e la colazione ricca e completa. La posizione é ottima perché vicina alle spiaggia di Punta Popy e Las Ballenas comodamente raggiungibili a piedi.

We didn't have internet access during our stay; the router wasn't working. The place wasn't perfectly clean, and we would have appreciated having a blanket on the bed (there was only a small sheet). On top of that, I had a bad experience with the owner, who was very rude and disrespectful to me. He even threatened to report my review on Booking.

La mosquitera no se cerraba bien alrededor de la cama.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Le bungalow est très bien agencé et réfléchi. La salle de douche / emplacement de rangement est très sympathique. Il y a même une prise européenne près du lavabo. La résidence est très verdurée et magnifique. Tout est très joli. Les propriétaires sont vraiment agréables et disponibles. L'emplacement est idéal car un peu en retrait par rapport à la rue principale et très bruyante.
Beaucoup de moustiques...ceci est lié à la grande présence de verdure (mais il y a une moustiquaire autour du lit). Il n'y avait malheureusement pas de bouilloire comme indiqué dans la description.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Goed verzorgde B&B tot in detail, ruime accommodatie, dicht bij het strand en vriendelijk personeel. Als je van een drukke omgeving houdt, zeker een aanrader.
Helaas was voor ons de enorm drukke locatie echt een minpunt. Las terrenas was het niet voor ons, helaas lag deze mooie accommodatie midden in het centrum. Ook de blaffende honden die uren doorging was voor ons een irritatie. Wifi werkte ook niet echt goed dus mocht je zoals wij willen werken, vergt het iets van geduld. Ontbijt was basic en zeker geen 10 dollar waard.

The daily cleaning could have been better but it did get better when we mentioned it. Mosquito net had tears and holes so rendered somewhat useless. We loved the big bed but could have used more desk space in the king room and more hooks to hang items like hand towels (but that’s just a personal pet peeve of mine).

Reviewed Jan 4, 2026Le bungalow est agréable avec le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. La literie est confortable et la piscine est un gros plus. Bon emplacement proche des bars et restaurants du centre de las Terrenas.
Un peu de bruit extérieur (musique et bruit de voiture) dû au fait qu'il ya des volets mais pas de fenêtre donc aucune isolation du bruit. Proximité avec les autres chambres et vis à vis, manque d'intimité.

On a rarement vu quelqu’un à la réception donc aucune infos du coin … certainement du à l’absence des propriétaires… la piscine a été nettoyé tous les jours mais jamais remplis . Le petit déjeuner a 10 dollars que nous n’avons pas pris trop cher , peut être une formule plus simple ??
