First room was awesome until the ceiling light began to leak water. Switched to second room where air conditioning wasn’t cooling the room. Third room was almost inaccessible due to heavy rain flooding walking path. Unfortunate for the inn as it wasn’t their fault.

Just a personal preference, but my husband and I like to watch tv in bed and the only tv in the room was a small wall mounted tv in the living room space.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance of the pier village and surrounding attractions. The beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. The room had a coffee maker , refrigerator and microwave. With only 25 rooms it gives every room a pool view. There was an iron and ironing board as well as a broom and dust pan in the room. The broom and dust pan were great to have on hand for all the sand brought in from the beach!
The bathroom is on the small side. It was very clean and stocked with decent toiletries.

Bed was too hard....room needs noise dampening insulation we could hear the "neighbors" cough, chat etc....also the shower head should come out of the ceiling you basically kiss the shower wall while ur rinsing .....and a curtain over the other window.

The hotel is old. There was A LOT OF humidity in the room. They had a dehumidifier set in the room in addition to the AC but it did not seem to work well. There was mold growing on the wall where the dehumidifier was set up. Even though it was painted recently the mold was growing over the paint it looked like barnacles 😳. Did not make me feel good at all. We only stayed 2 nights and will definitely not return.

Very old and dated. The bed was very uncomfortable and very low to the floor. Air conditioner sounded like a motor boat. Everything was plugged into an extension bar so if you had the tv on and turned the microwave on the tv and the router tripped. It was the hotel from hell for us.

I usually have back pain sleeping in any bed but mine, and I didn’t. The facility was clean, my room was clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for walking to shops, the pier, and playgrounds. And a short drive to the beach. We could have biked or walked to the beach but we didn’t want to with all the beach stuff.
I would have loved a full body mirror in my room!

We stayed two nights in two separate rooms the first room the bed was a bit stiff but other than that it was fine the second night the air conditioning unit didn’t seem to work on any setting but the low speed for the fan, which was fine since it is winter time and the ac is not really important now but if it were summer time it wouldn’t have worked very well

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025Queens court is extremely convenient to all the shops and restaurants with most a block or two away. It's safe, quaint, and comfortable. The outdoor gas fire pit was nice on a cold night.
My only recommendation is get some gaskets for the door. Our room 21 there was a draft and during the day you could see inches of daylight from the top and bottom of the door.

Our room was a suite with lots of room. Quiet area at night. Bed was very comfortable. Room was exceptionally clean. Room decor was nice. Check In /Check Out was easy and attendant was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay
