rooms are very spacious and clean staff are very nice and approachable breakfast is really good but the restaurant menue is not good

the normal menu is not good. most of the time the food is not fresh service by the pool is not available almost all the time. not enough sunbeds by the beach compared to the people staying the rules of the hotel are the worst. they charged more than half a day for 6 hours late Check out. after alot of negotiations with the manager. 2 milion VDN deposit was collected upon check in and they refused to use it for room service bill. instead they asked to collect another 1,925,000 VDN for room service and refund the deposit by card. however they informed us at check in that it can be refunded by cash. honestly, everything was not bad until we spent 40 mins for check out.

We really enjoyed that resort has a direct access to the beach and only to be used by hotel guest. Makes it feel safer to be there. All staff from receptionist,bell Boy, pool attendants, restaurant staff, cleaners are all very nice and accomodating.

Property was amazing 10/10 the only issue was the breakfast we need HALAL CATERING more variety fruit food was a let down. Once HALAL FOOD COMES THIS PLACE WOULD ACTUALLY BE THE BEST PLACE NO NEED TO LEAVE YOUR RESORT. Please keep this in mind so we can come back soon 😉

Male staff “policing” the kids area and pool were rude. We wanted to get housekeeping organized early to let our baby sleep and after calling several times and being told they’re on their way they eventually came nearly an hour later. Damaged and loose pool tiles creating risk of getting cut Staff were hard to locate to order drinks and food around the resort (no pool side service, so would have to walk up to the bar - which is okay for a regular hotel but not usually expected from a 5 star resort service) Location was quite far from the main tourist and city area- not within walking distance (but plenty of grabs / taxis to take you in) WiFi slow and intermittently stopped worked and unsecured network, better to not use

Особенно возмутительно, что на мои аргументы о том, что такой незакреплённый зонт мог упасть не на столик, а, например, **на ребёнка и причинить серьёзные травмы**, сотрудники практически никак не отреагировали. Позже утром я получил письмо от менеджера с выражением сожаления и предложением предоставить ваучер на одни сутки проживания. Я ответил и подтвердил, что принимаю это предложение. После этого — тишина. Несмотря на повторное напоминание, никакого ответа или дальнейших действий со стороны отеля не последовало. В итоге складывается впечатление, что отелю гораздо проще отправить формальное извинение, чем действительно решить проблему гостя. **Расположение — хорошее. Еда — хорошая. **Terrible customer service – management needs to take responsibility** The hotel has a good location and the food is good. Unfortunately, the customer service and communication with guests are extremely disappointing. The reception staff were a complete disaster. Their English is very limited, they often do not understand what the guest is asking, and they respond with memorised phrases that have nothing to do with the actual question. There is no proper communication or attempt to understand and resolve a problem. It took me approximately **45 minutes just to reach a supervisor**, and unfortunately the situation did not improve. The supervisor was equally unhelpful and unable to deal with the issue professionally. The most serious incident happened at the swimming pool. Due to a strong gust of wind, **an umbrella that had not been properly secured fell directly onto the table next to our sun loungers, where my glasses were lying. The glasses were damaged.** This happened on hotel property and was witnessed by other people. In my opinion, this is clearly a safety issue that should be taken seriously. I explained to the staff that an improperly secured umbrella could just as easily have fallen onto a child or another guest and caused serious injury. Unfortunately, they showed very little concern. I also asked the hotel to sign a simple statement confirming the incident so that I could submit it to my insurance company. **They refused to do so and offered no meaningful solution.** Later that morning, I received an email from a manager expressing regret and offering a voucher for one night's stay as compensation. I accepted the offer and confirmed this by email. And then… nothing. After I sent a follow-up reminder, there was still **no response whatsoever**. Complete silence. This is particularly disappointing because I was not asking for anything unreasonable.

A hotel, a kert, a medencék és a tengerpartja nagyon szép volt. A medencék hatalmasak voltak. A recepció is gyorsan végezte a dolgát. Az edzőterem is júkl felszerelt volt. Ezek a pozitivumok.

A negatívumok, hogy a reggeli nem volt túl jó, főleg az italok nem voltak finomat, kivéve az almalé, ami már sokszor ki volt fogyva. Reggeli nékül pedig nem lehetett szobát foglalni. Örültem volna, ha a személyzet a folyoson normálisan köszön, de vagy semmennyire nem köszöntek, vagy az orruk alatt motyogtak valami hellot, ami nem igazán egy ilyen hotelbe való. Sajnos a szobában a hűtő a csere kérés után sem működött.

I am very disappointed with the location of my room. It is on a low floor—the 4th floor—and faces the outside of the hotel, where the view is largely blocked by trees. I specifically paid extra for a room with a better view and made my reservation as early as March. Given how far in advance I booked and the additional amount I paid for the view, I had expected to receive some priority in terms of room location. Unfortunately, the room I was assigned appears to be one of the least desirable locations in the entire building. I don’t know whether the hotel gives preferential treatment to Western guests or tour groups when assigning rooms, while placing less importance on individual travelers like us. I will not live in this hotel anymore.

The place smells of cigarettes, the hotel staff allows the guests to smoke in their hotel rooms which then lingered in the corridors and into our suite/room. The king bed in the suite is uncomfortable and does not have partner disturbance quality. The general atmosphere of the resort is depressing, the restaurants are third party run and the staff are rude. One of the restaurants that is open most of the day is on the lower level, there are no windows, and again depressing, and unwelcoming. The breakfast is like being in a large noisey supermarket food court - the quality and variety of food is low and not 5 star level of expectation - very disappointing and the worse experience we have had at a 5 star hotel. The hotel spa is worse than what you would find on the street. We ended our stay shorter than planned and moved next door to the Tia Wellness Retreat to recuperate from the awful experience. Don’t waste your money - the 5 star rating odd not reflective of the hotel.

We liked the swimming pool

We didn't like that most of the staff (98%) were unable to speak English. This meant they weren't able to help us with most of our questions. We also had our shoes stolen from the pool area.

Room and balcony were good. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Some staff were good at their jobs. The ground and beach looked good but I was not there for long enough to visit.

Appalling check in. Men wandering around the lobby half dressed. Despite having a potentially nice property it is badly managed. Too many staff were not up to their job. I shall avoid next time.

Waanzinnig mooi zwembad direct aan het strand. Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt buffet. De kamers zijn enorm groot en de badkamer is geweldig.

Helaas hadden die hele mooie kamers echt hele harde bedden. Daarnaast is de WIFI in het hele hotel echt dramatisch. Slecht ontvangst en vaak val het signaal helemaal weg. Het is wel echt een heel groot hotel en daardoor wat onpersoonlijk. In het casino wordt binnen heel erg gerookt, dus daar zijn we zo weer uitgelopen.

Loved it. Big rooms. Very comfortable. Amazing views. Good good. Coffee was great! Beach was fantastic. Very convenient. Short ride to centre. Away from the noise. Staff were very obliging and helpful at all times.

Swim up bar is an excellent feature unfortunately it had no vibe no music extremely slow service with very poor communication often drinks were warm the swim at bar could be a fantastic area to relax with enthusiastic bar staff and some background music creating a nice vibe.

Staff was excellent! Management went out of their way to make guests feel like VIP. Restaurant staff were outstanding. Room and location were excellent.

Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked. Also I drink a lot of water and when I asked for extra bottles of water I was told I could only have a maximum of 4 per day. Also the lighting in the bathroom could have been better. Everything else was excellent!

Beautiful place, clean and well organized. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were very friendly.

It's a massive hotel, if you stay with young kids going to and from places in it can become a long trip. But the grounds are lovely to walk around.

A very large and spacious hotel with wonderful swimming pool and excellent access to the beach. The The breakfast was very good with a nice friendly service especially Muoi. However there was limited Gluten free choice for my wife. They should label food items for allergies. The staff at the concierge were very friendly and help. Excellent service provided by Chau and Gina. They were always delighted to help.

Some corridors did not have air conditioning. Limited menu choices in restaurants as they did not cater for Gluten free customers.

Het is een prachtig complex, zwembad is geweldig, heerlijk aan het strand en met een Grab ben je zo in het centrum. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en werd goed aangevuld.

Het personeel gaf ons niet het gevoel blij te zijn dat we er waren, ze waren onverschillig. Het aantal bedjes op het strand en bij het zwembad is veel te weinig voor een complex van deze grote. Om 7 uur in de ochtend waren bijna alle bedjes al geclaimd. Voor de prijs die je voor dit complex betaald, verwacht ik meer.

Housekeeping can be improved - usually done very late in the day - didn’t top up soap liquid unless asked (even though we left it out in sight for topping up). Was very surprised the hotel charged for ice to have in the room

The property and grounds were beautiful and spotlessly clean. The "coffee man" (bald bloke) at breakfast was an absolute legend. The breakfast itself was also very impressive. 3 different convience stores onsite were good value and allowed you to customise your own (otherwise unstocked) mini bar

Sometimes it felt like the staff were nervous about payment. Seemed to be a pressure to constantly settle the bill even though money is set aside at check in to cover costs incurred. This wasnt a big deal from my side (just a bit odd) but it meant i would order a round of drinks and have to sign for and settle bill so I wouldn't order another round

The hotel is large, the rooms are spacious, and the pools and beach are beautiful. Unfortunately, the hygiene and safety standards did not meet my expectations, and the reception staff were rude and unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Guests should be aware that some hotel amenities may be reused between guests. This raised serious concerns for me regarding hygiene and safety, as I expected personal-use items to be new or clearly identified as sanitized and intended for reuse.

A szálloda épülete, dizájnja, elhelyezkedése, a felszereltsége, a személyzet kedvessége, különösen a medencebárnál, a komplexum teljesen karbantartott, semmi nem volt hibás vagy elromlott. A szálloda kertje, növényei, különösen a bonsajfák, csodálatosak!

The room was huge and clean. Buffet breakfast was the best we've ever experienced.

After booking and paying before arrival, hotel hits you with a further fee on arrival in case of room damage. This should be stipulated when hotel was booked. Hotel was meant to be smoke free but the rooms/floors near casino entry reaked of smoke. Great pool but considering how many patrons at the hotel only a handful of sun beds which are all taken by 6am. Also kids pool area was empty but small kids in main pool crying and screaming , it was hard to relax around the pool.

We struggled to get to a sunbed around the pool or beach ⛱️ they were always occupied before 9am. Not enough beds for amount of people staying in hotel. Also most hotels give access to non motorized water activities ie: kayaks and stand up boards. No charge.

Beautiful room, view, pool area and beach. The breakfast was excellent.

The service was really lacking for a high end brand. Some examples were an unwillingness to provide ice, poor housekeeping in the room, lacking initiative. Only 1 member of staff said hello during the 3 day stay.

Staff impersonal, seemed distant in dealing with customers except for Quynh on our departure, spent time talking and generally making us feel valued but at the wrong end of our stay. She was exceptional

The pools are great. The breakfast buffet is very good, although the fruit choices were a bit light-on. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Awesome shower and comfortable bed. Would stay here again for sure. The staff are super helpful and nice.

There was noisy people at the pool a few days ago they were playing their own music on speakers and when they were asked to turn it down, they refused. We asked the staff if they could assist and were told no. I think the staff could be empowered to assist with controlling the environment a little more by the pool so that all people can be comfortable. It was not a huge deal but these particular types of tourists can be problematic and staff assistance is required at times. When those people checked out it was fine again.

The pool is amazing but could do with more lounge chairs. The hostess at breakfast was beautiful and welcoming, so kind.

The staff at check in and check out quite stand offish and didn’t make as feel welcome at all.

Beautiful beachfront location, large swimming pools, tropical atmosphere, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The hotel grounds are very well maintained, and the ocean views are stunning.

There was some construction noise from nearby renovation work during my stay. I contacted the hotel and informed them that the noise was affecting my comfort. After my complaint, the situation was addressed and the noise stopped, which I appreciated.

Staff not helpful English was terrible missed room services twice asked for fresh towels as this was missed and they delivered water I then asked for towels and he wanted to charge me Cocktail menu was poor and when asking for something off menu which was common it was a no. No flexibility and room services twice asked menu was on from chop sticks and could not order from eating at the restaurants Also, the concierge when we asked about the other restaurants in the hotel, her English was terrible and could not even recommend the Korean barbecue nor know anything about it as she stated this was a leased out restaurant being a hotel. You would think that you would promote all internal facilities despite the fact that they are not even yours run. I found the service extremely poor for the quality of this Hotel brand and chain

It feels a little bit old. But well maintained

The pool area was lovely, clean, and well maintained. And the pool workers helped us find lounge chairs when the area was crowded.

This non-smoking hotel reeked of smoke and had ashtrays in the hallways, at the elevators, and on the balconies. For some reason, the hotel had no information about the Korean Barbecue restaurant by the pool. There were workers in the restaurant, and they indicated that the restaurant was open, but there were no customers, and only two steaks in the meat locker display..

The resort was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. We had an ocean view room on the 7th floor, with beautiful views. It was well equipped and very comfortable. The pool was amazing! We loved the swim up bar and the beachfront location incredible. The buffet breakfast had so many choices it made it difficult to decide what to eat! Lol… all the staff were very friendly and very helpful.
