الفيلا مكونه من 3 غرف جميله جدا وحمام السباحة الخاص نظيف والاكل متنوع وسرعه بالخدمه خصوصا لما وصلنا لقينا الفيلا مكيفه وجاهزه لاستقبالنا ولكن تبين بان التكييف حار باحدي الغرف و عندما ابلغنا الاداره جاءء العمال حالا وقامو بالاصلاح المطلوب وعند خروجنا وجدنا رساله جميله فيها اعتذار لما حصل بالتكييف باحدي الغرف

لايوجد شي غير جميل ولكن اتمنى زياده الساندويشات في writing bar

The food at this marriot is excellent. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and general hotel, and the pool is so clean, and well maitained.

Прекрасное расположение, отличная ухоженная территория. Номер полностью соответствовал информации, представленной на сайте: балкон, вид на океан. В номере мин бар, каждый день 4-е бутылки воды на двоих. Очень неплохие вьетнамки в номере для использования на пляже. Пляж песчаный, широкий. С лежаками , зонтиками проблем нет. Великолепный завтрак с прекрасным сервисом. О персонале отдельно: доброжелательность, внимание, профессионализм-отличительные черты. Очень понравилось, что пляжные полотенца выдаются без всяких карточек: просто подходишь и берешь.

За все 10 дней ни разу не убрались на балконе: на полу и столе было что-то пролито, так оно и осталось.

Danang Marriott Resort was just fantastic , the rooms were extremely spacious and clean. Friendly staff , my favorite was the breakfast spread. Their pastries were extremely delicious. The pool area was perfect for families. The location was very convenient, it took us about 15 to 20 minutes to the airport. Hoi An is about 35 minutes from the hotel. The food at their restaurants including the pool restaurant was always good. We celebrated my daughter's birthday there and the staff made it very special for her. My family really enjoyed the resort, the fact that it's a beach front resort with multiple pools and that it was not crowded at all. We will definitely go back.

The fact that we couldn't get a late check out despite that when we checked in, I was told that it will be arranged, which wasn't the case. I didn't like that but I also understood that the hotel was fully booked on the day we checked out. There was a huge group of people that checked in on that day. Nevertheless, I would still go back to Danang Marriott Resort because everything else was perfect and we could still use the hotel facilities after check out.

The check-in process was seamless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly—especially Ms. Oanh, who was so accommodating to us and our baby. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and having access to 5 pools was a huge plus. We dined at Madame Son, and the Wagyu Pho is absolute perfection—a must-try! Without a doubt, this is the best 5-star resort in Danang.

Pas assez de matelas plage et décoration un peu ancienne mais sinon parfait ;

Отличные бассейн, пляж, номера. Большие удобные кровати, номера комфортного размера. Завтрак - отличный, разнообразный и вкусный. Расположение за городом (8 км от центра) - нет туристов, нет шума дороги, не нужно переходить дорогу по пути к морю. Зеленая красивая территория. Уборка номеров, сервис на отличном уровне. Удобный механизм заказа из бара на пляж.

Обратная сторона медали загородного расположения - до города надо ехать на такси (впрочем, с такси тут нет никаких проблем) минут 15 - 25 (зависит от пробок). Еда и напитки в отеле, конечно x3 от городских заведений, но это ожидаемо.

シャワーは　良くないです　海外のホテルは　いつもそうですが。 場所は　市街地から　車で　25分程度かかりますので　外食は少し面倒でした　grabアプリで随分　タクシーの手配は楽でしたが。

Hotel room not well maintained, poor cleaning overall, shower area fload even issue reported but no one follow up. Balcony door not properly closing and gap keeps outside atmosphere pass through. Even sea/beach odour smeal in the room bed sheets. The balcony ocean view( as side in reservation) fully blocked by balm tree and can not visualise any thing. Furniture quiet old / not well maintained.

Overall, we were very pleased with the atmosphere, grounds, and general facilities. The size of the villa, the private pool, and the proximity to the beach make us want to visit again.

However, a few service-related issues would make us hesitate before booking another stay. While the physical resort is lovely, the level of service in the villa area falls short of what we typically expect from a 5-star establishment: Lobby & Luggage Service: Porters or service staff were rarely stationed at the lobby. Every time we needed to store or retrieve our luggage, or request a buggy, we had to wander around looking for staff to assist us. Check-in Experience: During check-in, we received no explanation or introduction regarding the villa features and amenities. Buggy Service Standard: The service attitude of the buggy drivers did not align with 5-star standards. On one occasion, a driver was seen slumping over the steering wheel as if sleeping while waiting for us to exit the villa. Drivers frequently started moving before ensuring all guests were fully seated or safely onboard. At other 5-star resorts, staff typically step out to greet guests and confirm everyone is safely seated before driving off.

Great overall resort. Very luxury. Great customer service. Pool bar was fabulous. Massage was excellent.

Goji restaurant menu for dinner could have had more lighter salad and meal options. Cost of villa was expensive although the villa facilities were very nice. TV didn’t work in the villa which was a little annoying given the price we paid but the staff were quick to fix. Disappointing you can’t cook in the villa.

Stunning hotel, grounds, pool and location. Staff were lovely. Very clean, and yummy buffet breakfast.

If had to suggest something, perhaps a little on site shop to buy snacks. And pillows too soft.

It was my friend’s birthday, and we had spent the whole day at this hotel because we had purchased day passes. In the evening, I booked a room at the same hotel for two people as a birthday gift for my friend However, the receptionist was extremely unfriendly. She said my friend needed to provide a physical passport and that a photo would not be accepted. Fine we went back to get the passport, which took us about an hour and a half round trip When we returned, this still wasn’t enough for her. She then said she also needed my passport, even though I explained that I was not going to stay overnight. I only wanted to sit with my friend in the room for a while and then go home, as it was already around midnight. I offered to show her photos of my passport and visa, but she refused to accept them. I asked to cancel the booking because my friend no longer wanted to stay there, but the receptionist said she was unable to do that. Her attitude and inflexibility completely ruined the mood. This was the first time I had ever experienced something like this no other hotel has ever refused to accept a passport photo when the physical passport was not available. What made the situation even more confusing is that we have stayed at this hotel together before, and having just one physical passport was always sufficient.

3베드룸 빌라 이용했어요.. 시설은 그럭저럭 넓지만 깨끗하진 않았어요. 바퀴벌레도 나왔습니다. 재방문 의사 없어요.. 리조트 대응도 소극적이었고, 아 그리고 거실에 개미도 너무 많았어요.. 뭐 먹기도 힘들 정도로 과자 부스러기 하나 흘려도 개미가 진짜 너무 많아서 빌라 내에서 취식을 최대한 자제할 수 밖에 없었어요

I stayed at private villa. Buggy car and nice staff are incredible. The breakfast menu was amazing and many fruit juice is un-forgettable.!!

The breakfast was great, there were many menus. but coffee was not enough for best. The cartridge & dishes were none at room. Towel is not enough, And,, The buggy car from lobby to each villa has not been followed the orders. First come and first service must be followed.

Very good hotel. The pool was amazing, right outside the beach. The beach felt almost like private beach, which was amazing (if you have been to the public beach of DaNang, you will appreciate this quite and empty beach outside of hotel). Great rooms with all facilities that you need for your stay. Good breakfast and staff service overall

The queues in the lobby area are quite large sometimes, but nothing really you can do about it, just be prepared to spend some time in the lobby area if something is needed

Danang Marriott Resort & Spa is definitely a great choice for those who value swimming pools and beautiful scenery. Looking at photos of overcrowded beaches now, I feel relieved that I chose the Marriott. The beach here was quiet, making it possible to take peaceful walks and beautiful photos without crowds. There are many swimming pools throughout the resort, and they never felt overcrowded. Early in the morning and in the evening after sunset, it was even possible to swim completely alone. The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of dishes — fruits, vegetables, pastries, drinks, and many other options. Everything was delicious, fresh, and very clean. The service was extremely polite and welcoming. The staff speak English, Russian, and Korean, and they respond to requests very quickly. This location is perfect for people who want to relax in peace and quiet, take beautiful photos for social media, enjoy slow walks along the beach, and spend time swimming in the pools.

To be honest, the rooms do show that the hotel is not new anymore. It would definitely be nice to see some renovation and updates to the rooms. The ceiling fan was shaking so much that we were actually worried it might fall down. There are also some issues with dust cleaning. The floor was clean, but there was noticeable dust on other surfaces, which unfortunately reduced the overall positive impression.

the spa service is no good, though they received my booking via email and reception also confirm my booking, they still request my email confirmation (third time confirmation needed!! and no indication received from the reception) Finally The spa is not to serve my party as did not receive my third request.
