SGI Vacation Club Villa @ Damai Laut Holiday Resort

The place is spacious, has a lovely ambience, and looks newly refurbished. It is also convenient that we can order food from the golf resort, as the restaurants are quite far away.

The villa is located quite far from the swimming pool. Access to the beach is also quite difficult, as the parking area is usually crowded and you need to walk downhill to reach the beach. This may be inconvenient, especially for families with young children or elderly guests.

During my stay for 3D2N, no housed keeping provided & water bottles replacement.

Property is well maintained. Room is huge and clean, very quiet and peaceful at night. Although they don't have restaurant at the property you can order and they will made delivery at your doorstep.

The apartment was spacious, equip dgn dapo blh masak, fridge besar, hair dryer, iron. Swimming pool agak besar, ada slides, entertainment ada pingpong, meja snooker and few others. Btw mmg byk monyet so tak blh mkn openly or nk BBQ.

Quite old facilities, a bit scary. Luckily it was school holiday, so many people around. Agak jauh ke dalam.

Accommodations was good

Delayed check in time have to wait about 30min, the door was auto lock at 11.56 before..the receptionist answer was very late regarding the buggy service.room better have queen or 2 single bed rather then only one single bed in room.

Newly refurbished. Kids loved the pool. Space was more than enough.

Was charged for missing spoon. Before checking out another guest was also charged for missing spoon and fork. No inventory was briefed prior check in. Better to take picture of the provided items in the unit once checked in or else there is no way to dispute as the management can simply impose anything. Management to improve procedure-wise.

We liked the size and design of the property (Villa). The beds and pillow were very comfortable and the shower was great. The overall property was great .

Unfortunately, there were a few minor matters that can't be avoided due to nature. Ants, flies and monkeys around the area. Also the property is isolated from the main facilities.

We had a wonderful stay at the SGI Vacation Club Villa for 3 nights 4 days. The villa was spacious, beautifully maintained, and very clean. The rooms were comfortable, with cosy beds that made our stay even more relaxing. We especially loved the sea-view balcony....it was a perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The villa was well equipped and thoughtfully maintained throughout. Since we were here for the 2nd time within a short span of 1 month, it was a very warm gesture from the SGI mgnt to welcome us with a lovely welcome kit! We also got endless complimentary buggy rides to the beach, as and when requested for those. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommended for anyone family looking for a comfortable, clean, and peaceful stay with beautiful nature/sea views! It was an exceptional stay!

Please avoid or maybe can request to avoid Block E..I think Block E more to staffs/security Block units. Avoid also LG1 and LG2. It makes it difficult to go down the stairs with the luggage or baby..

Almost none. But i want to comment about the staff..the staff there is not too friendly and is difficult to call..i’ve called them for so many times to book buggy..but they ignored my calls..this happened not only one time but twice..

No direct access to the beach from the property

Room size, comfortable pillows and bed, descent sized TV, balcony, clean bed sheets, close proximity to the beach, ample car parking space.

Bathroom commodes of both the rooms (Damai double bedroom) were terribly dirty (picture attached) with Yellow stains. Detailed experience is stated below. My stay at your property was completely unacceptable and far below any reasonable hospitality standard. The air conditioners in both bedrooms were not functioning, and there was a serious water blockage in the master bedroom basin. Only after I complained was I offered a different apartment. This raises a fundamental question: Why were these basic maintenance checks not carried out before allowing guests to check in? Such issues should have been identified and resolved well in advance. Unfortunately, the replacement apartment was even more disappointing. The commodes and toilet seats in both bathrooms were in a filthy condition, covered with stubborn yellow stains that appeared as though they had not been cleaned properly for years. The level of hygiene was appalling and made the bathrooms extremely unpleasant and unhygienic to use. It is shocking that a hotel would expect paying guests to stay in accommodations that fail such basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance. This experience was not only disappointing but genuinely sickening. In view of the numerous maintenance failures and the unacceptable level of cleanliness, I request a full refund of the amount I paid. The accommodation provided was clearly not of an acceptable standard, and I expect the hotel administration to take responsibility for this extremely poor experience. I look forward to your prompt response and an appropriate resolution.

Percutian dengan bajet berpatutan. Bilik memang perfect, selesa dan luas. Layanan staff dan receptionist pon mesra. Boleh datang lagi nanti cuti sekolah.

Peace & Relaxing Clean & Tidy Big space & comfortable sleep for for 4 - 5 pax.

Ada banyak lalat dalam Apartment. Takde Microwave & Sejadah. Aircond dlm Master bedroom agak kurang sejuk. Water flow Sinki dlm toilet Master Bedroom slow.

We like a lot the Villa. It spacious, clean and comfortable. Family of 6 suits well with the 2 spacious room in the villa. Not to mention each room have an individual bathroom.

The sheer curtain in kitchen area is too thin. People can see from outside.

~Tiada sediakan coffee dan teh ~Hotel terlalu jauh ke dalam susah untuk cari makanan..kena bawa makanan siap2 dr luar ~terdapat gangguan misteri jam 2.30 pagi sehingga menganggu tidur ~kawasan yang sunyi Ikut peta hanya tak jauh dr lumut tp rupanya jauh dr lumut..
