Nice, scenic & quiet seaside resort.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. La chambre est grande, spacieuse et confortable. La piscine est propre et bien entretenue, tout comme les espaces extérieurs. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, avec un large choix de plats, ce qui permet à chacun d’y trouver son compte.

La chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement. Les murs étaient tachés et les rideaux sales, ce qui est dommage. Concernant la piscine, il nous a été indiqué qu’elle était ouverte toute la journée, mais un panneau signalait régulièrement qu’elle était fermée, sans que nous comprenions pourquoi. Enfin, la salle du petit-déjeuner manque d’entretien : les housses des chaises ainsi que les murs étaient sales.

This hotel matched what was stated in other reviews. Large, clean rooms, good location for getting Lumut ferry to Pangkor. We had the swimming pool to ourselves for most of the day and they let us check in early. The purpose of our trip was to have a quick stop over before going to the island and this served its purpose. The breakfast was great catering for a wide range of dietary requirements. Yes the place could do with a bit of a revamp but it was really good. I would stay again. 50year old travellers from NZ

aircond was okay. one of the few hotel that has a stand alone building

breakfast was very basic. too basic vs the price paid . we used to stay at the hotel few times several years back and re visiting last few days shows it was never renovated or upgraded it now remains as a tired looking hotel.

Not so crowded place for vacation, suitable for those find peace ✌️🕊️. The food for breakfast also plenty of choice and quite delicious.

The toilet facilities quite old but it is understandable since it was old building also, but maybe can renovate some toilet facilities for future planning.

Shower could be improved or checked/ fixed prior to quest checked in. Noticed abnormal water flow (pouring) but still ok for us.

I didn't like that the towels were worn out, the mattresses were not comfy as it is old, and the hotel needs to advise customers to bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste as it is not provided. Beach next to the hotel can be maintained daily so that it's more inviting. Hotel need to be kept in better condition.

Bilik masih bau rokok tp panggil housekeeping cepat je dtg. So far ok

My second room 332 or 323 . SIL stay bilik tu. Tp ada gangguan . Ada hantuu.. SIL i n family terpaksa tidur dlm kereta, rugi je bayar bilik. Pergi ke receptionist no action amd they said bilik full. So xada action utk mereka.

The location of the resort is very strategic, pretty view. Resort is very near to the beach which is great. Swimming pool is clean and enough to support visitors although during public holiday. Food is also great, variety of choice. Its feels like we are in Krabi Thailand.

Ironing is abit difficult since resort only have outside room option to iron our cloth. To me the portable bed is unnecessary as it's taking more space, recommended to just supply extra mattress since the mattress that we paid is thinner than the actual hotel mattress. In booking.com said room can accommodate 2 kids and 2 adult but if hotel can only prepare 1 extra bed for guest it is misleading information.

Perkara yg saya suka suasana ada.. Staff layan elok dengan mesra... Kolam pun padu, air dalam... Suasana tempat xjauh dgn pusat beli belah dan tempat makan.. Terbaik Parking ok.. Penuh pun, ad kwsan yg boleh parking tepi2.

Perkara saya xsuka, menginap 3H2M, hri prtama tdur, dgn tgh mlm air aircond kluar dgn banyak, bsah kwsn katil, trpksa la ejas katil tgh malam.. Tpi, esok pg minta tukar, dpt jugala tukar bilik lain,. Kemudian dlm toilet rasa kena wangikan, sbb ada bwu busuk sedikit, tp stay ok lgila.. Kwsn prmdgn menarik, tpi air laut xboleh mndi, xsesuai, air xmcm di batu feringgi.

Like the swimming pool , still have good maintenance since 1996 . Very clean . Like the beach with good place of sunset seeing .

Pool was very nice.

Food at complementary breakfast was cold, lacked diversity, repetitive. Coffee was marked poor as compared to our visit on year ago. Towels provided in room bathroom, old and worked out. Pool towels not easily or readily available. No trained staff with regard to CPR in event of pool emergency.

Strategic location.

There was water shortage in the whole town of Lumut on the 1st day, but fortunately the next day, water supply resumed.

Elevator yang tertutup cepat - mungkin perlu selenggara sensor. Laluan akses ke pantai limit dari 7am ke 7pm shj - mungkin boleh dipanjangkan lagi masanya.

kebersihan lantai - sangat bersih & tak berhabuk makanan - Alhamdulillah, walaupun tak meet expectation, tp acceptable pool - bersih & besar parking - selesa & dekat staff - sangat menyantuni kami

iron/ironboard - di luar bilik, pls provide in each room please, lebih memudahkan guest sebab waiting time sangat lama tunggu guest lain menggosok pakaian toiletries - berus gigi / ubat gigi tak disediakan. untuk price paid for rm200++/room, rasanya patut ada basic item ni. hairdryer - not provided katil/comforter- tak begitu selesa, but, maybe sebab hotel lama.
