Reviewed Aug 9, 2026كل شيء كان ممتاز والأستاذ معتز مالك الشقة انسان رائع ومحترم ، والشقة نظيفة ومريحة جدا وتمنيت ان ابقى فيها شهر كامل لكن اجازتي انتهت ويجب ان أعود للوطن ، وازا عدت إلى مصر سوف احجز نفس الشقة مرة ثانيه.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Owners friendly and made us feel welcome. Property was exactly as described and very comfortable has everything you need for a short or even long stay. It’s a little way from the centre of Cairo and the attractions but we knew that on booking and had a car and experienced driver with us. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet making it an ideal base to return to after the hustle and bustle of Cairo.

Reviewed Jan 24, 2026The exceptional service and the space of the rooms. Clean and organised apartment., will recommend it to anyone who is looking for value and family or couples looking for quality accommodation.
The small size of the lift in the building, but the apartment is located in level 2 so we really didn't use the lift except for the luggage.

Reviewed Dec 3, 2025مالك الشقة ودود ومتعاون ولديه سرعة الاستجابة للنزيل، و تتميز الشقة بالنظافة و الهدوء و مناسبة جدا للعائلات، لوجود تنبيهات عند مدخل الشقة بمنع (التدخين/الحفلات/ الزيارات) ، كما تتوفر بالقرب من الشقة الخدمات الاساسية (مخبز/ صيدلية/ بقالة/ جامع)، يعد موقع الشقة في موقع جيد لاماكن التسوق و للمجمعات والمطاعم في مدينة القاهرة الجديدة ومن خلال تطبيقات التوصيل يمكن الوصول لها بسهولة ووقت قصير

Being new to Cairo I didn’t know how the addresses work so my first time heading back to the apartment I got a bit turned around. Once I figured it out it was easy getting around.
