Great, spacious, spotlessly clean, well maintained apartment located 2 streets away from city centre.

The lounge windows only had privacy blinds and not black-out blinds and so at night the lounge was flooded by the security lights of the rental garage next door making it difficult to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge. (The bedroom was well closed off from light :-) No microwave in the kitchen.

The house was very clean and the guys helped us immediately with answers when we had some queries .Also did a follow up to make sure everything is correct. The house has all the amenities required for a family , we didn’t have any negative experience with this stay.

Everything was good , no complaints .

The property is centrally located and close to all the main attractions. There is an amazing Italian Pizzeria located within the building the area. The property is spacious and newly built. The bathroom is huge and very comfortable. Overall an amazing apartment for a couple or even family with 1 - 2 kids.

The entrance can be tricky given that there is no reception and you enter the building like all tenants.

Esta cerca del centro y el apartamento en si está bien.

- No tiene parking. Lo elegimos porque decía “public parking ON SITE for 100NOK per day(about USD10)”, y el dia anterior nos envían un documento donde dice que no hay parking. Cuando preguntas dónde estacionar te dicen que por la misma calle a una cuadra hay un parking público. Ya no nos gustó porque, con las calles llenas llenas de hielo, caminar una cuadra tampoco era cosa sencilla, con maletas grades y bolsas (tener en cuenta que venimos de 13.000km, traemos muchas cosas). No solo eso, si no que cuando fuimos al estacionamiento el precio era de 400NOK al día! Cuatro veces más, cerca de USD40 por día. Además que no queda a una cuadra, dado que es subterráneo son tres cuadras y una en repecho con hielo. Cuando plantemos esto al anfitrión, nos ofreció uno que quedaba a más de 5 cuadras por todavía más del doble del precio que decía en bookings. Luego me lo igualaron a los 100NOK originales, pero tengo problemas en la rodilla y no puedo caminar largas distancias y menos sobre hielo. Estaba muy muy lejos. Esto la verdad que nos arruinó bastante la estancia. Con el concepto de ellos, todos los apartamentos de Tromso tienen estacionamiento. - cuando llegas al lugar, después de caminar tres cuadras con hielo en el piso, te das cuenta que es un segundo piso sin ascensor. - el agua caliente cuánto te estás bañando da para una sola persona, ténganlo en cuenta. - te dejan una sola toalla grande por persona. No cuesta nada dejar un poco más si nos quedamos 4 noches. - el día antes te envían un archivo con muchas reglas, tema de horarios en los que podes hacer ruido y demás, algunas estaban bien, otras me parecieron interesarías y tediosas. Constantemente amenazando que por cualquier cosa fuera de lugar que pase cobran más. - el cuarto es totalmente diminuto, y no hay enchufe de uno de los lados de la cama (tampoco hay espacio). En fin, el apartamento está bien, pero si vienes en auto no te quedes aquí. De premium no tiene nada.

Property was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean with washing machine. Owners responded to queries very quickly. Check in instructions were clear and easy. Everything looks exactly like the photos. Great location.

屋主非常之好, 可以提早入住, 非常整潔及問題回覆得很快. 附近有超市及餐廳, 去景點非常之方便.

Property has lots of space, comfy bed and a great shower. Also has a nice outlook and is close to the centre. Host was very responsive and friendly. He was very quick to sort out an issue with parking allocated to the apartment which was greatly appreciated. We felt we were in good hands. Great rooftop area upstairs.

Coffee machine didn’t work but this would be an easy fix (Alex was so helpful so I’m sure he would sort this out), and there’s a great coffee shop nearby - Tollefsen.

La chaleur dans l’appartement

Asunto oli moderni, siisti ja hyvällä paikalla keskustassa. Pistorasioita oli paljon.

Asunto oli kuuma helteellä. Jos piti ikkunaa auki yöllä, niin ulkoa kantautui paljon ääniä. Parkkipaikka oli kaukana, tosin sen on yleistä Tromssassa. Astioita oli aivan liian vähän. Saisi olla tuplasti lautasia, haarukoita, veitsiä ym.

Very easy to check in according to the instruction given by Alex, super clean rooms, close to the bus station and the city centre, 100 meters from Coop Extra supermarked. Equipped enough for cooking in the nice kitchen with dishwasher. There were salt, pepper, oil, dishwash detergents. In the bathroom there were washing machine and wash detergents. The shower water was powerful.

I wish the beds were bigger, although it's very comfortable.

The flat is super nice with heaps of storage space and lots of modern tech and ambiance lighting. Loved have a washing machine because we had just been to Svalbard so we were able to wash our clothes! ❤️ The bed was really comfortable and the whole place was spotless!

I’m not a huge fan of a ring doorbell as it feels a bit invasive. Tromsø is not the prettiest Norwegian city, but it’s good for day trips nearby.

Een heel fijn appartement op perfecte locatie in het centrum. Groot en schoon, fijn zitbank met grote tv om lekker te netflixen. Keuken alles op en aan een magnetron zou nog wenselijk zijn. Badkamer top, staat zelfs een wasmachine. Kortom alles is perfect geregeld.
