Golf at the beach

Property is very neat and tidy, very good location, and surrounded by trees and nature.

Beds are not that comfortable.

The house was spotless, modern, and perfectly located. The views from the deck are beautiful, had comfortable beds, great amenities, and a great host.

Having no bins available

I loved the views the surroundings and the pools. Space the kids had, the games.

There was no sky tv and we missed the warriors! Having travelled such a long way, we had no idea where in town was acceptable to dump rubbish, we had to take it all the way home. Not pleasant. 31/2 hours with rubbish in the car.

It rained so it was good that we spent time at the covered pool and playing table tennis.

We loved to stay and I hope stay again when I visit Coromandel :) Highly recommend:)

Location is tranquil & views are supberb. The home is beautiful and clean, smelt amazing, lots of room for the whole family with all the comforts of home. Great facilities eg pool, tennis courts, golf course right at your doorstep.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick in die Berg Kulisse, wo man einen sehr schönen Abendhimmel beobachten kann. Die Ausstattung der Küche und der Zimmer ist sehr gut und das Wäschewaschen funktioniert Dank guter Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I like how the host was very easy to contact and communicate with. Everything we needed were there, rooms were spacious, both lounges had beautiful views of the mountain and there’s plenty of things to do and board games available.

It would be better if we didn’t have to take all the rubbish and recycling with us upon leaving.

Great location, lots of room for the 7 of us. Only a short drive from Pauanui beach.

The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Very clean and tidy and spacious; the view is spectacular. We will definitely come back.

The accommodation was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Super generous host and spacious rooms. The views were excellent.

Host - It was easy to come in thanks to the message you sent before arriving. Also, thanks to telling me in advance that it would rain a lot, it was good to make a schedule. I was grateful for the quick reply to the message I asked whenever I was curious. Jenny is so kind👍 Accommodation - spacious and cosy, everything you need is available. For example, the shovel that can be taken to the hot water beach, the tube that can be used in the pool, the washing machine, the dryer, etc. were so well prepared that the children wanted to live there. Also, I think the location is good because you can go to hot water beach, Athenree hot spa within an hour, and above all, the view from home is so good🥰 Surrounding facilities - swimming pool, tennis court, table tennis, pocket ball in the golf club, there were so many fun facilities that I was able to make a lot of good memories. The entire house was thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities, offering all the comforts of home. Its location was ideal — just minutes from the bustling town center of Pauanui, yet tucked away in a peaceful, private setting that made it perfect for unwinding and relaxing.

It was actually very clean — I might be a bit harsh because my allergies were triggered by a bit of dust, but overall, the space was well-maintained.

Needs a spring clean, under the beds and curtains in the dining area are filthy when pulled closed. The pillows were cheap and uncomfertable and bad smell coming from the insinkerator. Strange instructions in the folder to take away our rubbish put towels all in one place, put away dishes and replace anything used from the pantry. Would have been nice to see cooking oil in there, we arent going to touch cereal etc when we dont know how old it is and i dont want to be taking away rubbish or unstacking a dishwasher after a 2 hour cleaning cycle when im holiday. Evidence of both one live and various dead cockroaches in and around the property its needs a good pest control and clean under the beds after all guests. There was also no heating and no instructions on how to use the DVS type system in the garage which we did work out ourselves but not sure every group would know how and it would then be quite a cold stay. In terms of the complex we would have loved if they heated the covered pool so it could be used in both autumn and spring

Loved that this property was in a gated community, had a gym and a couple of pools. Wasn’t to far away from town aswell. Comfortable beds heaps of space. Had everything we needed. The shower pressure was very amazing aswell.

Having to dispose of own rubbish was awkward.. getting in was a little bit awkward as well as we had to wait to another occupant to the gated area.

Very new property, extremely clean and tidy with games and everything we need for a rainy day. Safe with swimming pool access. Carl was lovely and accommodating. Strongly recommend.

We had the most amazing stay at the loveliest home in Pauanui. What a lovely home with everything you can wish for, and so tastefully decorated. The mattresses were lovely and comfortable, we all slept like babies with my daughter commenting that the mattress is better than her one at home. The location is amazing. We love the resort, the kids wanted to swim all the time even in bad weather. The home has many boards games and boogie boards that we were able to use. The BBQ was great and we loved the table and chairs on the deck. The home was very clean upon arrival. The HRV system (if that is what it is called?) made a huge difference, and there were fans in the room if it got too hot. We loved our stay and hope that Carl will allow us to stay again. Thank you 😊

Beautiful and convenient home. Ideal for a larger group. Stunning Pauanui Beach is close by. Ideal for a golfing group with the impressive golf club house and golf course on the estate. Good security. Friendly owners provided good support.
