There is space, big beds, two bathrooms, fridge, toaster, cooking facilities, balcony & walking to centre & train station. The communication on arrival ,& to receive keys was excellent

Just can say if you've walking difficulty, that it's a couple of stairs, but otherwise nothing to mention

Le studio a un grand potentiel, mais le propriétaire le gère très mal : il n’y avait pas de papier toilette, pas de savon, l’évier de la cuisine était bouché, pas de lessive (alors qu’il y a une machine à laver), le wifi le marchait pas, les couverts et les assiettes étaient sales, il n’y avait pas de poubelle, la chambre était sale… Et nous avons demandé si nous pouvions laisser nos affaires après le Check out jusqu’au départ de notre bus, nous avons reçu un non catégorique

El apartamento para 2 personas esta bien

Reserve un apartamento con dos habitaciones para 4 personas, solo hay una habitación y aunque hay dos sofas, no habia sabanas ni mantas. Despues de reservar y pagar, me dice que hay sofascama, pero sin ropa de cama ni toballas. Me senti estafado

Imagens não correspondem a 100% ao alojamento, são vários apartamentos. Apartamento sujo num prédio com muito mau aspecto, no quarto andar sem elevador. Anunciam parking e recepção mas não existem. Contactar o dono é difícil e demorado, feito por WhatsApp. Quem nos recebeu só falava árabe.

very bad ie - no communication with the owner. the moment he made sure i paid he cut off all contact. he did not respond to any calls or messages either via WhatsApp or booking. wi fi is not working. a/c is not working (and it's 40°C outside). the drain under the shower is blocked. the bed is very bad, the pillows too 3 floor without elevator...

The owner is very friendly. The apartment is well-equipped, clean, and well-secured.

Manipulation of tax rates

We got this place in occasional price so it was way better than any other location. Apartament is big and comfy and new. It has two bathrooms so there's no problem with using it while traveling in bigger group.

No place for hanging towels in the bathroom. It is no problem if you stay for one night like us, but for longer staying it could be. Also loud AC. We used it in the evening and our friend in the next room couldn't sleep because of the noise.

They treated me very well. The place is very clean and tidy.

The location is unintersting and far from center

Beautiful new apartment. The kitchen needed more essentials for cooking. The property guardian was very friendly and helpful. Garage parking was great for the motorcycle.

I liked the space, location and the comfort. Very kind man who welcomed us.

There are some small maintenance fixes that must be done - there are open sockets in the bathroom, next to the shower, it must be covered. The handle of one bathroom was broken, there weren't air conditions in 2 of the bedrooms, only in the living room and the main bedroom. Not any toaster, oven or coffee machine in the kitchen. No hairdryer or iron, even after I asked many times. But all these small touches are easy to fix, overall we are extremely happy with our stay and gladly will repeat again!

The guard who provided us with the keys was very friendly and helpful. While there was a language barrier since he only spoke Arabic we quickly got along with each other. The apartment was very spacious and nice it had all the facilities we needed. When we noticed that no pots were available in the kitchen and informed the owner, they were immediately provided by the guard.

The apartment was effectively on a construction site, meaning the outside view was not necessarily great. The good thing though is that the construction works that were still ongoing were not loud, such that it also came with the benefit that it was even a more calm environment than you would have gotten somewhere else in the city. But for sure it came with the disadvantage that no shops were available within walking distance since we had a car available though this was not a major problem.

No restaurants or cafe in walkable distance and many construction going around which is noisy.

This exceptionally clean and spacious flat features three large rooms, making it ideal for families or groups. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a convenient stay. Parking is hassle-free, and the flat is ideally located close to major attractions, as well as numerous cafés and restaurants. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

Be aware it is a new build in a neighborhood under construction, so there is noise.
