O café da manhã é bem fraco, tem 5 opções de croassant e o hóspede pode escolher apenas um, acompanhado de 1 capuccino ou leite com café, se o hóspede pedir um suco é cobrado à parte. Não vale o valor cobrado.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026The location is excellent, a 5 minute walk to Palm Beach and the Strip. I also walked to Eagle Beach which took around 45 mins. Next door to Wacky Wahoos which is one of the best rated Restaurants in Palm Beach, (although I think Pika’s corner next door is better). I always feel staying in a boutique hotel, on a lovely island like Aruba is a much better option than the big chains, as it’s much easier to get out and explore, rather than be sucked in to an all inclusive - resort style trip
The hotel is exactly that just a hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and really comfy beds. Great WiFi, Smart TV, shower, & air conditioning. The pool area is lovely and clean, with it being a boutique, there are few guests so you don’t fight for sun lounges, often have the pool to yourself or share with no more than 4/5 other guests. It is very calming and serene. The hotel has no other facilities, it has a very small on site restaurant which is only open from 8-11am for breakfast. The breakfast menu is very limited and you can only choose one item - negatives - they are very strict on the breakfast menu , e.g they won’t let you swap an item and add on an item from a different option, which I think is silly providing they have the ability to. If you want a drink/soft drink/alcohol/snack, you have to leave the hotel, as I say the hotel is just a hotel and small breakfast restaurant there are no other facilities. My other issue is no smoking anywhere within the hotel, you can’t smoke around the pool, or in the seating area away from the pool, you must smoke at the front of the hotel, which for someone like myself, who likes to go on Holiday, have a drink and a cheeky cig, it is very annoying. Other than those things, truly a lovely little boutique. The staff were lovely and super friendly, and the gentleman who checked me in did say the hotel was only 2 years old and is devolving.

Bellísimas piletas, desayuno exquisito. Y destaco, sobretodo, la cordialidad y calidez del personal. Te facilitan conservadora y sillas para playa. De douche heeft geen handsproeier, dat was het enige minpunt. Ontbijt is a la carte, van prima kwaliteit en inhoud. Als je gewend bent onbeperkt ontbijtbuffet te hebben is het even wennen. Personeel super aardig.

Está ubicado a unas cinco cuadras del centro, en una zona tranquila, y justo enfrente hay un supermercado, lo cual es súper práctico si querés comprar algo rápido. El hotel es muy lindo, tranquilo y está muy bien mantenido. Las habitaciones son enormes y la limpieza impecable. Algo a tener en cuenta es que si querés que limpien la habitación, tenés que dejar el cartel; si te olvidás, no lo hacen.
Lo más flojo, sin dudas, es el desayuno. Hay pocas opciones y bastante raras; no existe una opción clásica tipo tostadas con manteca y mermelada, salvo que la pidas específicamente, y aun así traen dos pancitos bastante básicos. Además, el servicio del desayuno está mal organizado: había una sola chica atendiendo todas las mesas. Ella era muy simpática y hacía lo que podía, pero cuando el lugar se llenaba la espera se volvía bastante tediosa.

Het is heel erg gehorig. Je hoort muziek in de kamer of als je vlakbij de lobby een kamer hebt, hoor je mensen praten en lachen. Het personeel was niet heel professioneel. Ze keken naar luide TikTok video’s, terwijl je in de lobby aan het wachten bent op een kamer. Ze zitten heel vaak niet op hun plek, dus moet je schellen, maar pas na 3 keer schellen komen ze er aan. Verder zijn ze pas vanaf 7 uur ‘s morgens aanwezig, dus als je een vroege vlucht hebt, moet je je borg (indien cash betaald) een avond van te voren nemen, maar dat zeggen ze niet, ik moest dat zelf vragen. Tot slot was het ontbijt niet bijzonder. De dame van het restaurant had lange nagels, dus hygiëne is een aandachtspunt.

The only thing that wasn't excellent was the cardio equipment in the gym. If the owners were to replace the poor quality treadmill and elliptical with decent middle tier gym quality options this establishment would be a 10 out of 10. The staff and everything else was superb. Also adding a caffeine coffee option for the rooms coffee machine and the one located near the pool/lounge area would be a plus.

Reviewed Mar 13, 2026I liked that it was close to the beach and to the Palm-beach restaurants/bars area. I enjoyed working out in the morning. I was glad that they were able to leave my bag until I was able to pick it up later in the day.
I didn't like the fact that I had to walk in the dark to go back after the bars. Although it wasn't that far 10 minutes away, it is better to take a taxi to go back to the hotel after dark.

Reviewed Jan 29, 2026I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent seven-day stay at your hotel. I have stayed in many four-star hotels around the world, and unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standards I normally associate with such a rating. At first glance, the hotel appears attractive: the interior design is pleasant, the rooms are nice, and the pools and jacuzzi look appealing. However, the water in both the pools and the jacuzzi was extremely cold, to the point where it was impossible to use them comfortably. The jacuzzi was only switched on for five minutes per hour, but this was irrelevant, as the water temperature made it unusable anyway. In the room, only plastic-wrapped items and plastic cups were provided; there was not a single glass cup available. The ice bucket had no plastic liner. Additionally, the trash was not emptied during housekeeping, so we had to dispose of it ourselves. The safe in the room had a dead battery; despite reporting this issue twice, the battery was never replaced. Breakfast was particularly disappointing. For a four-star hotel, it is unacceptable to have guests sit on uncomfortable plastic chairs. Although breakfast is included in the accommodation, the options are extremely limited: either one croissant or an omelet made from two eggs. Any additional food costs extra (USD 15 per portion), and even then, coffee and juice are no longer included. Three slices of bread were served with only one very small portion of butter, which was not even enough for half a slice. I weigh 75 kg, and I believe it is reasonable to expect a breakfast of two croissants or four eggs. I have not even mentioned yet that it often took around 30 minutes before anyone acknowledged us at breakfast. While the staff were very kind and always smiling, reporting issues to them unfortunately resulted in no action being taken. Reviewed Jan 25, 2026Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación estratégica y cómoda, fácil de llegar a la playa y al centro donde están todos los restaurantes y las tiendas de conveniencia como almacenes o supermercados. El personal también fue muy amable y servicial. El desayuno muy completo y rico. El área de la piscina limpio y vistoso de noche con la iluminación. Habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas, camas grandes y cómodas, las habitaciones contaban con todo lo necesario: plancha para la ropa, secador de pelo, caja fuerte, toallas para la playa, heladera, cafetera, entre otras cosas.

Com essa localizacao, vc consegue jantar todos os dias a pe, se desejar. Os funcionarios também são incríveis, muito atenciosos e cordiais. O quarto é ok, nada demais, mas é limpo e organizado. A cama é pequena. É uma cama de casal padrao, mas ok.
Não é um hotel que tem uma área de lazer convidativa. Tem uma piscina e espreguicadeiras, mas tudo muito simples. Por exemplo, quase não ha guarda-sol na área da piscina. Alem disso, o café da manhã é gostoso, bem servido, mas não é buffet. Vc tem direito a escolher uma opcao do cardapio e só.
