No me mandaron la info antes del ingreso y tuve que acercarme antes para saber cómo ingresar. La clave del wifi la tuve que pedir después de ingresar y me la dieron a la noche.

Non sono solita recensire, soprattutto se in modo negativo. Ma voglio essere il più sincera e obiettiva possibile nel valutare questa struttura. Inizio nel dire che consiglierei assolutamente questo posto: la posizione è ottima, vicino alle spiagge della parte nord dell’isola, vicino a ristoranti e market, con parcheggio all’esterno molto comodo (la macchina è necessaria). La struttura é molto carina, una piccola oasi di pace. L’appartamento anche, piccolo ma con tutto il necessario, davvero ben attrezzato, non manca nulla! Quindi per tutto questo e per il rapporto qualità/prezzo, visti anche i prezzi folli di Aruba e di questa zona soprattutto, lo consiglierei!

Veniamo alle note negative. Al momento della prenotazione hanno trattenuto subito più soldi del totale della prenotazione (ma di questo poi chiederò a Booking direttamente). Prima di tutto l’assistenza totalmente inesistente, ho scritto alla struttura qui su Booking qualche settimana prima chiedendo informazioni e non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Al momento dell’arrivo, non c’era nessuno in struttura, non sapendo come entrare ho scritto un messaggio nuovamente via whatsapp e immediatamente mi hanno risposto su Booking, mandandomi i codici di accesso e tutte le informazioni necessarie, ma io chi chiedo: se non avessi avuto una sim locale già installata con Internet, come avrei potuto scrivergli e ricevere i codici in quel momento esatto per entrare? Non avrebbe avuto più senso inviare i codici di accesso qualche giorno prima dell’arrivo così da avere tutto pronto senza trovarci lì davanti senza aiuto e senza sapere cosa fare. Altra nota negativa è stata la pulizia della camera, che ahimè ha lasciato a desiderare. Io sono una che si adatta molto, non ho grosse pretese, ma abbiamo trovato lunghi capelli neri sparsi nel pavimento in bagno e in camera praticamente ogni giorno ne sbucavano ovunque, già dall’arrivo e direi che non é stato proprio piacevole. In camera abbiamo trovato subito due teli mare a disposizione che abbiamo usato che però non ci sono stati mai cambiati, uscendo anche presto al mattino per andare in spiaggia e tornando la sera non abbiamo mai avuto occasione di incontrare nessuno dello staff. Ho scritto anche tramite Booking alla struttura per chiedere del cambio teli e mi é stato risposto che in giornata era stata fatta la camera (viene fatta ogni 2 giorni), ma in realtà quel giorno non era stata fatta e nessuno ci ha mai lasciato i teli puliti. Ci sono tanti punti su cui migliorare, il potenziale é alto peccato non venga sfruttato al massimo!

El apto era grande, cómodo, cerca del centro de Palm Beach (1km aprox) que es donde esta el movimiento. El hospedaje esta muy cuidado, la zona de piscina muy lindo. La cama grande y cómoda. Sábanas y toallas excelente estado. El personal muy agradable y atento, siempre dispuesto a lo que necesites.

Del hospedaje vuando llegamos la vocina estaba sucia, avise y al otro dia me lo solucionaron las chicas de limpieza. El micro tambien pero no avise xq no lo use. Pero el resto de la limpieza es muy buena. Tienen sillas de playa y heladerita como la mayoria de los hospedajes pero aca te cobran el uso por dia de cada cosa y aparte ( 4dolares cada silla y 2 la heladera). En el check out por quedarte 1 hora mas te cobran 15 dolares y si queres late check out ( quedarte 2 -3hs mas) que es sujeto a disponibilidad ( en nuestro caso el apto estaba disponible) te cobran un dia mas entero y no hay forma de que otro sea el numero, no son flexibles en eso.

Localização incrível, pertinho da praia. Hospedagem aconchegante, calmo, limpo. Não tenho do que reclamar. Recomendo.

Onze kamer zat paal naast de wasserette, dat was een tegenvaller door de herrie. Helaas. Het complex zelf was lekker rustig er hing een Airbnb sfeer wat fijn was.

Convenient location close to Palm Beach and Eagle Beach, right near the main strip with many restaurants and bars. We were traveling with our 3-year-old, so we mainly used taxis, but if you are traveling without kids, everything is easily walkable.

I wish the swimming pool were cleaned more often, but it wasn’t a major issue for us.

It was a lovely setting and a very comfortable place to be. The pool area was very relaxing. We had our flights home cancelled and they were very accomodating to find us a place to stay. They were also flexible in allowing us to leave early when an earlier flight became available. They were very accommodating to our needs which we appreciated very much.

We had relatives staying in a hotel nearby but it was a little far to walk along the busy road. Unfortunately, the road which the Aruba palms is located is fairly busy and we did not have a car.

The pool area is well designed and organized. Good communication with the management. Convenient location. We had a good time with the cats. Kids love them. The rental cooler and beach chairs are helpful.

Cleaned items are not removed timely from the laundry for ~24 hours. It would be helpful if you can put a sign to remind folks removing their items timely after the cycle is complete. Our room was still occupied when we checked in, but it was later resolved.

I had a really enjoyable stay at Aruba Palms Escape Suites. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and felt like a great home base while exploring Aruba. It had everything I needed, including a small kitchenette, a comfy bed, and a bright living space, which made the stay very easy and relaxing. The location is great. It is quiet and peaceful, but still close to restaurants, shops, and Palm Beach. Getting around was easy, whether walking or taking a short taxi ride. The atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. The host and staff were helpful and kind, always making sure everything was okay. I also appreciated the small details like beach chairs and clean towels, which made beach days much easier. The pool area was clean and a nice place to relax after a day of exploring the island. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely recommend Aruba Palms Escape Suites to anyone looking for a calm, comfortable place to stay in Aruba, and I would happily return again.

Queda central para desplazarse a las diferentes playas. Eso si, debes tener carro para mejor desplazamiento. El chico que entrega lo de playa, llaves, muy formal y gentil. Nos hizo buenas recomendaciones para visitar lugares y playas.

La limpieza fue muy superficial.

De locatie was mooi centraal. Het huis was zeer ruim binnen.

Het was erg gehorig. Je hoorde de buren letterlijk. Er was geen privé terras achter (wat wel in de beschrijving stond). Als er andere gasten bij het zwembad lagen, dan keken ze recht onze woonkamer in. Het terras aan de voorzijde was nog niet af.

O alojamento era muito fofo, as áreas exteriores estavam muito bem tratadas e gostei muito. Era visualmente muito giro. Quanto à casa em si também tinha tudo o que era necessário para a minha estadia. A cama era muito confortável. Adorei o gel de banho e o champô, eram maravilhosos. Sempre que precisávamos de trocar as toalhas, solicitávamos de manhã à sra que lá estava e ela trocava. Tinhas os utensílios de cozinha suficientes para preparar refeições. No geral gostei muito do sítio. Tinha sempre estacionamento à porta, e as áreas circundantes eram seguras.

BEWARE - My experience with Aruba Palms Escape/Paulines Apartments AFTER MY STAY THIS WAS SENT: Dear Aruba Palms Escape Management, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to you today to detail the significant issues I encountered during my stay in Room 1 from September 9-14, 2025. While your property is lovely, these recurring problems greatly diminished the quality of my vacation. Over the course of my 5-day stay, I faced a number of frustrating and unresolved issues: The television was non-functional for much of my stay, and while staff attempted to fix it, the problem persisted. An electrical box in the closet was generating excessive heat, which made the room uncomfortably warm. I discovered a coffee pot filled with molded grounds upon arrival, and a continuously beeping door keypad that I had to fix myself. There were holes in the closet ceiling that led to my clothes getting wet during a rain shower. The bathroom outlet tripped the breaker on my final day when I tried to use my hairdryer. My frustration was compounded by the fact that my repeated requests to be moved to another room were not acknowledged or addressed. The suggestion that I simply find a new place to stay was both unhelpful and inconsiderate, as it would have required me to waste a day of my vacation dealing with the inconvenience caused by these issues. I am requesting a 30% refund on my booking as compensation for the numerous problems and the lack of a proactive solution from management. I believe this is a fair amount, given the circumstances. The apartment was peaceful and had everything I needed. The bed was fresh and comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful, providing towels whenever I needed them including for the beach.

I like the fact that it was a quiet place, no parties, clean, the people who take care of the room and the garden, and the pool were very nice and friendly. Everything was easy to book and to pick up the keys, and they did accommodate me with four beach chairs. The place was very clean all over. The apartment is very nice, bigger than expected. Enough room for four, and the bed was comfortable.

We did change apartments because I had rented a bigger place for 5 nights, and the rest of our stay was in a smaller place. One thing I didn't like was that the bed in the bedroom in apartment 7 was very noisy on one side, every time I turned it kept waking me up every time I was tossing. Besides that, everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Pauline’s apartment! From the moment we arrived, Pauline was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful—her hospitality really stood out. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for everything we needed. The WiFi connection was fast and reliable, which was a big plus, and the air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool throughout our stay. Traveling with our 1-year-old daughter was made so much easier thanks to Pauline’s thoughtful accommodations. She provided both a high chair and a pack 'n play, which made our stay so much more comfortable and stress-free. We truly appreciated all the small touches and extra care. Highly recommend this place for anyone—especially families with little ones!

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia alojándonos aquí. Nos recibieron y trataron muy cálidamente. Hicimos self check in porque nuestro vuelo llegaba muy tarde por la noche y fue muy ágil porque nos enviaron las instrucciones muy claras y precisas. El departamento es muy amplio, cómodo y limpio. La cocina es completa y muy bien equipada. El baño es muy cómodo y contaba con shampoo , gel de ducha y secador de pelo. Había plancha a vapor , sillas plegables para la playa/piscina y toallones especiales para estás actividades. El lugar es muy tranquilo con lo cual de noche se descansa muy bien. La pileta no tuvimos tiempo de disfrutarla o verla porque estuvimos una semana y preferimos recorrer las playas. Alquilamos un auto en el lugar que ellos nos recomendaron (además está a unos 200mts aprox a una muy buena tarifa). A la playa como al centro comercial se puede ir a pie, es bastante cerca, pero nosotros preferimos usar el automóvil. La limpieza es semanal y el cambio de ropa de cama también. Las toallas y toallones son cambiados a pedido del huésped. A la entrada del departamento hay una mesa con sillas donde preferimos desayunar y también un tendedero para colgar toallones o ropa.

Que nuestro viaje dure 7 días nada más 😔. Todo fue perfecto!

It was just a 10 minute walk to the city center., Lots of parking for guests and easy access to the street. Looks much nicer and larger in person than the pictures on the web.

It was just what we were looking for. The on-site staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean with upgraded amenities. The shower pressure was great. Location is perfect for anyone looking to get away from the busier resort area. The compound is small and cozy with lots of personality. Each apartment has an outdoor terrace, and the compound is secured by walls and a coded gate entry. The distance to the beach area was only a 10-15 minute walk.

Although Arubians are taught multiple languages, the on-site worker we had was not originally from Aruba and didn't speak English. We were lucky to have someone in our party who could communicate in Spanish. Communications would otherwise have to be via the off-site owners who can relay any issues, etc. The neighbors often have their dogs either indoors or on a leash; however, gates are sometimes left open when the dogs are not secured, resulting in fairly loud (and large) dogs accosting us on our walk to the beach/resort area. Though it is only a few minute ride, the taxi flat rate for short distances is 10USD, which can be a workaround for those wishing to avoid the dogs.

The Pauline apartments is family business and I love supporting family small businesses. All was great, easy check in and out. The location is great but there are few details to keep in mind. Is super dark during the night and there is some aggressive loose dogs out chasing people but they got very close barking when we were walking and it was scary . We had to spend extra money for taxis each time we go out. That was inconvenience. The service was great, the people who work there seem nice but we did find a huge cockroach in the blanket. And there were tiny ants in the kitchen. Also there was a snake on the road to the center where all the shops, nightlife is. Didn’t mind the walking about 15 min but car is needed to be safe from dogs and snakes in case. The maintenance came to work on little bugs and there were few only left afterwards Very responsive service but nothing they can do about the dogs out there .

There were snakes around the property and in the pool area. We found a cockroach in the bed. Also, a lot of dogs on the streets around, it is not safe, especially during evening and night time when it is really dark, not a lot of street lights.The communication with the hotel was not very good and they were not co-operative. People should know that it is not safe to walk around.

Great location, close to restaurants and super food just minutes away

It has charged management and it is so good getting upgrades also very friendlily staff, let me tell you funny parts, you don’t need wake up alarm since the rooster at next door neighbor will wake you very early morning .

Very good area, but car is needed. Everything is close by car, but to walk it is not.

The unit waa comfortable, spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable too. I had a very pleasant stay in Aruba, and grateful this unit was available. The host was excellent, easy to communicate and indeed provided very good advise on touring the area. Thank you for an amazing stay.

I loved that Pauline's apartments were off the main drag, yet close enough to walk everywhere: Palm Beach, grocery stores, casinos, restaurants. I felt safe and welcomed by staff. Met so many great people from all over the world!

We liked that all the apartments were one level.. nobody above. This cuts down on noise. The apartment itself was roomy and the kitchen quite spacious. The pool area was relaxing and never too crowded .

Walking to the nearest beach was sometimes tricky. There are no sidewalks for about 7 minutes or so and the dirt path was uneven with holes and broken cement. At one point it was overgrown with weeds that forces one to go into the road.

Clean, convenient location, very safe, nice manager.

We loved the pool, courtyard hammocks, and the iguanas that liked to hang out on the fence behind our window. It provided great entertainment! The apartments were very accessible to the high rise resort area on foot, as long as you’re comfortable with a ~15 minute walk with just a little bit of that walk bordering a small road with no sidewalks. We felt very safe and much happier happier at Pauline’s Apartments than at one of the nearby overpriced resorts.

We enjoyed it and it met our needs, but for those looking for a fancier resort-type atmosphere it might not.

Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to spend time with family. There is everything you need and the location is perfect to explore the island and conveniente for restaurants and activities.

Steven was very helpfull and welcome. We texted him when We left the car rental property, and was waiting for us in the apartment. The apartment has everything you need - A little kitchen with everything on it. Couches are confortable, and the bed is very confortable (king bed). Shower has good pressure. has a pool as well that we barely used it, but one time, but it was clean and perfect. We used a car to go around the island, but probably will take 10/15 minutes to go to the beach. Great location and very affordable. My husband an I hate staying in hotels while on the beach, we like to stay more in more cozy, be part of the community type of vibe. Aruba is beautiful, 100% will be back in the island and 100% will stay at the same location and recomend this apartment for everybody.
