The best place we stayed in Nepal. This family run hotel was so comfortable and welcoming the rooms were really clean and the bed was very comfy! It is situated among rice paddies so it is very peaceful and calm. Sandeep and Sanjay helped with anything we needed and they provided free bike hire so we could ride into town. We ate dinner here every night because the food was so good! They prepare it fresh every day. Even the ice is filtered water. When I return to Nepal I will always try to come back here. This felt like a home away from home. 10/10

Beautiful big room with a wonderful view across the rice fields. Very friendly owner and attentive staff, especially the receptionist Sandeep assisted us with our safari-options very well. Nice breakfast, in addition to the pick-up and drop-off from the bus park made our stay very smooth. If you are in Sauraha, we totally recommend staying at this hotel.

体調を崩してしまい4泊滞在しましたが、とても親切に接してくれました！症状を説明すると経口補水液を出していただき(しかも、お金は一切いらないと言っていただきました)、すれ違うたびに気にかけてくれました。部屋には清潔でふかふかなベッドやシャワールーム、共有スペースにはハンモックもありとても快適に過ごすことができました！宿にはレストランもあり、食事をとることもできます。また、各種ツアーや次の目的地への交通手段も、強要することなく手配してくれます。おすすめです！

The staff were excellent. They were super friendly and helpful . They organised all our safaris for us and even gave us bikes to explore the town . The hotel itself is really clean and the grounds are well kept. There is also a free breakfast which is decent . It’s extremely peaceful as well.

The location is great, it’s very quiet there. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, you can get a valuable recommendations and book all the tours directly in the hotel. The restaurant included breakfast was decent and there were some options to choose from.

We stayed here during the winter, and it was a bit cold in the room, but there was an AC with heating option, so it wasn’t too bad.

Tree tops hotel is a wonderful place where to have a rest inside the nature and 5 minutes from the bus stop and from the Chitwan Natural Park. The stuff is incredibly kind and welcoming,always ready to meet with your requests and expectations. They come to pick you up to the bus station and they help you to organise the tour in the National Park. They also organise many different activities such as bike tours around Tharu villages that I really recommend it. They are always available for guests because they just want we to be happy and feel like home. Actually I have never felt like in a hotel...,I absolutely felt like home. The cleaning is perfect and the rooms have huge windows, surrounded by fields of yellow incredible mustard flowers. I ordered a lunch and they brought it me in the room. They have also hair dryer available . Tree top became forme a heart place where absolutely coming back one day;) Thanks a lot to all the stuff !

Personal war super freundlich und hat alle getan damit wir einen guten Aufenthalten hatten. Ich hatte nur ein Standardzimmer (ohne A/C) gebucht. War leider im Winter viel zukalt. Wir konnten aber problemlos umziehen in ein anderes.

L’emplacement au milieu des champs de moutarde est idéal pour fuir le bruit de la ville, tout en étant à proximité.

We loved the location, the garden with all the fairy lights, the spacious room and hot showers. All was amazing. Outstanding for us was the all the staff were so kind, we got help with all the trips we made and all the transport, we felt so cared for. Especially thanks to Sandeep, who was a caring sunshine for is during the whole stay.

Je to velmi dobře vedený ubytovací objekt, kde jsou všechny služby na skvělé profesionální úrovni. Majitel i personál jsou velice vstřícní. Dostanete všechny potřebné informace pro program v NP. Doporučuji více nocí. Výborná je plavba na kánoi po řece Rapti. Rovněž doporučuji safari na slonech, kde je velká pravděpodobnost, že uvidíte nosorožce. Pěší procházka s dvěma průvodci je rovněž velmi zajímavá. Parkování i internet zdarma.

La description de l'hôtel était conforme. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Les lits sont confortables. La climatisation fonctionnait. Il y avait de l'eau chaude et du wifi. Bon petit déjeuner. De très bonnes crêpes. Dilipp était à l'écoute et prévenant. Grâce à lui mon mari a retrouvé ses lunettes qu'il avait perdu pendant le safari. Il lui a également donné des médicaments à base de plantes car il souffrait des intestins. Le jeune qui servait en salle très gentil et toujours prêt à rendre service. Encore merci pour ton aide Dilipp. Namaste 🙏

Certains accessoires dans la salle de bain étaient vieillots. Nous avons été un peu déçu du safari, mais le patron n'y est pour rien.

La chambre est spacieuse, d"une propreté irréprochable. La cuisine est bonne . De quoi teminer en douceur mon séjour au Népal et déjà, l'envie d'y revenir.

Jeg følte mig straks velkommen! Alle på Hotel Tree Tops var meget venlige og hjælpsomme lige fra starten, og jeg følte mig hurtigt hjemme. En særlig stor tak skal lyde for at hjælpe med min transport og min safaritur. Beliggenheden er god - rolige omgivelser og alligevel tæt på seværdighederne. Værelset var lyst, rent og med udsigt til rismarkerne. Jeg håber, at jeg får mulighed for at komme igen. Den største anbefaling her fra!

The manager is very helpful and very kind. Helped me safely get to the hotel. The room was with beautiful view over the field. Very beautiful garden and nice view for the sunset. Calm and relaxing. But close to the busy streets by walk. Room was clean and cosy.

Comparable rooms, nice family, good breakfast. The use of the bicycles was a great touch to ride around the quiet lanes and into the villages.

An exceptional property! I knew immediately when i walked on the property. Well manicured garden area and sitting outdoor sitting area; aesthetically pleasing; pleasant aroma when i walked in the room; hot showers 24/7 (a rarity); very clean; surrounded by rice fields not other buildings and traffic. I spent one day just enjoying the ambience of the property because it was such a delight. The hosts were also amazing and greeted me each day as if i were family. I didn’t avail their tourist services but should have. Their restaurant food was very reasonably priced but more important, it was delicious. It was by far one of the best, if not the best hotel I have visited in my 11-months of travel.

It was such a peaceful place that i wanted to spend more time here versus participating in tourist activities. It’s a place where you feel like “I’m worth it!”

I spend a wonderful two weeks at this beautiful family run hotel. Nestled in the back streets of Sauraha amongst the rice fields, you will find yourself waking up to beautiful views everyday. Everything was perfect during my stay here, but the cherry on top is the staff - they go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and happy, and the food! It’s affordable and very tasty! I’d highly recommend Tree Tops as your home base for exploring the jungle.

Pros of the hotel: there was hot water, internet, air conditioning, transfer, free bicycles, good breakfast, polite staff.

I stayed at the Tree Tops Hotel for four nights. I chose the most expensive room with a balcony. But upon arrival I was told that they did not have rooms with a balcony, only with a terrace, and all the double rooms were the same, both deluxe and regular. The rooms had old furniture, wobbly sockets, no desk, and the kettle was covered in dust. At my request, they replaced it. The bathroom was very neglected. When I paid, the manager gave me a 20% discount, but my holiday was ruined.

Lovely and kind family who runs the hotel, spacious rooms, everything was clean (bathroom a little bit outdated), breakfast was nice, the location is nice and with the use of the bicycles is the centre with restaurants/view point easily accessible. We booked the safari at the hotel and did the walking tour and jeep tour. We wanted to do both in two days, both in the afternoon and that was possible. Overall, loved our stay here!

A nice and friendly guesthouse near chitwan national park (10 minutes on foot to view point). Big rooms, a very nice garden, rice fields around, peaceful atmosphere, very good breakfast. Very helpful and smiling owners and staff too.

small things but useful are missing e.g a second side table,, a second socket near bed. Bathroom has a bad smell and mirror needs repair. A curtain would be useful too.

The owner of the hotel Dilip was super warm and friendly. He treated you not just a guest but a family. I would stay a 5 star welcome from him and his staff. The gesture of giving you a welcome drink which you normally expect only in a 5 star hotel ,is another level. He even let me borrow his bicycle to roam around the area and I loved it. I can see his love and passion that he even recommend you the best to utilize your short stay.

Property was very clean and well looked after. Had a homely feeling. The staff went above and beyond to accomodate us even with our friend who was sick helping to organise transportation and provide breakfast outside of serving hours. Was very lovely

Nice guesthouse, 10 mins walk outside town. I had a triple room with fan and mosquito net. Breakfast was surprisingly good too. Bathroom had hot water. All the staff were very friendly.

This is one of the best hotels in Sauraha if you have a limited budget. The staff is incredibly helpful with the activities you want to do, and with other things like bus tickets and laundry, and on top of that, the manager Sanjey is one of the nicest people we met in Nepal. Our room was very clean, which is not the case for every hotel so close to the jungle.

It may sound weird, but yes, like some other comments said before me, the beds are hard like a rock. But this was not a show stopper for us.

The room was clean, comfortable and with a lot of space. The common areas are pleasant and the hotel is very well maintained. We ate at their restaurant everyday and the food was always amazing! You can book Jungle walk and Jeep Safari with them at a good price, with good guides. We also booked bus tickets with them and everything went smooth, they even took us to the bus station and made sure we got in the right bus. Best of all, the staff is the kindest!

Best hotel in Sauraha! I highly recommend you stay here!! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The room was large and very comfortable, AC worked very well. Very peaceful and quiet as it’s away from the Main Street. We booked our safari activities through the hotel and had an amazing time! They organised our bus back to Kathmandu and dropped us at the bus stop which was so helpful. They even called us early one morning to let us know there was a rhino in the rice fields next to the hotel, which was awesome to see. Cannot fault this place.

We loved this place. The building itself is like living in a garden full of flowers and birds. The room is spacious and comfortable with a wonderful big picture window facing the rice fields. Breakfast is served in a building with both an indoor and outdoor eating area. The location is a ten minutes walk to the town which has cafes, restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. The community also has the cultural center where nightly events are shown. And the Cultural Museum (on the other side of the hotel - 15 minute walk) is worth visiting. We can’t say enough nice things about the owners and staff….some of the kindness people ever. This was our third visit to Tree Tops and will stay here again when we visit Nepal again!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Picked me up from the bus station and dropped me off. Also helped arrange a jungle walk. They provide some water and give free refills when you ask. My room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the rice paddy below.

We really liked our stay in Hotel Tree Tops. The room was nice and the hotel has a beautiful garden. The owners were friendly and arranged the most comfortable stay for us, including pick-ups and drops and a jeep safari. Would definitely recommend!

The location is perfect, quiet and calm, but close to the center if you wanna hangout for dinner. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff is incredible, always smiling and giving you advices or help to organize your activities in Chitwan National park. The park itself is gorgeous and the jungle walk is definitely one of the highlights !

I loved my stay at Hotel Tree Tops. If I had the time I definitely would have stayed longer. It is so peaceful and the property is beautiful and green. The owners are super kind. Even though the bus stop is quite close by, they picked me up and dropped me off too. I could borrow their bicycle to explore the area which was amazing. They made sure everything was taking care of. Breakfast was good. I booked a safari for a good price and they booked really nice seats for me on the bus back to Kathmandu. The location is amazing, a bit outside of the village centre which makes it super peaceful. Only a little walk (or an even shorter bicycle ride) to the a bit more busy centre. Definitely recommend this place!

The friendly staff is eager to help and assist from small requests to arranging trip or sightseeing experiences. Apart from the facilities The service you will get same like a 5 star ⭐️ hotel. Sometimes more than that….especially Mr.Sanjay , I think he is the best host I ever met. He will ready to assist you for any kind of request which you have.. He arranged jungle safari,national park walk,canoeing…rather than arranging he will keep you updated and checking your feedback and comfort.. And I got good meals which was home made….
