El personal. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y enseguida nos ubicaron en el Hotel

Esta bien ubicado en el centro. La habitación era espaciosa y contaba con todo lo necesario.

El agua caliente se acababa, no duraba para darse una ducha. El desayuno era en un hotel diferente al cual había que ir andando, ademas empezaron a recoger 10 minutos antes de la hora y no pudimos terminar de desayunar.

On-line check in/check-out. Staff were efficient and welcoming. Clean comfortable and the staff were lovely. Really helpful and pleasant. A perfect hote for what we wanted.

No exhaust for cooking. Worst is we payed for breakfast but we need to walk to another block to eat there. They shld inform us when booking

Posizione ottima nel quartiere vecchio di Hanoi. Struttura carina,pulita con staff gentile e sempre disponibile. La mattina del check out sono andata via molto presto e Victor si è offerto di farmi trovare qualcosa in reception, prima che arrivasse il taxi.

La mia stanza era proprio dietro il desktop della reception e si sentiva ogni cosa o persona passasse in reception. La sera prima di partire dei ragazzi hanno fatto per ore un gran baccano. È stato veramente difficile poter riposare.

The location was excellent and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. I also really liked how nice the staff were. Comfy bed, spacious and well lit room, clean toilet and shower areas.

La stanza era ok, senza infamia e senza lode. Ottima colazione servita però in uno stabile diverso dove si trova l'hotel gemello. Con il senno di poi sceglierei di alloggiare direttamente lì.

Purtroppo fino alle 3 notte arrivava un vociare fastidioso dalla strada.

La amabilidad del personal fue extraordinaria

Nous avons adoré le chaleureux accueil, surtout de Victor qui nous a rendu de bons services.

L'hôtel est au fond d'une ruelle un peu sombre et pas très bien indiqué.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Das Frühstück war inbegriffen, in einen Hotel direkt um die Ecke, in dem es eine tolle Rooftop Bar mit Ausblick gibt. Das Personal ist der zuvorkommend, besonders Victor an der Rezeption gibt tolle Tipps für die Stadt und weitere Reiseziele. Danke :)

The executive room has the same floor as the deluxe room, it just has a small bathtub but costs double the deluxe room.

Das Frühstück im nahe gelegenen Hotel war sensationell lecker. Wir waren 8 anderen Hotels in Vietnam und das war das allerbeste & vielseitigste Frühstück. Die Lage im Gässchen mitten in der Altstadt mit Ausblick über die Altstadt war schön.

Im der Küchenzeile gab es nur 2 Teller & 2 Schüsseln. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer. In beiden Bädern waren die Badewannen "lose", so dass das Wasser beim Duschen an der Wand heruntergelaufen ist und der Boden unter Wasser stand.

Camera spatioasa si foarte curata. Staff foarte de treaba si receptiv. Mic dejunul superb, foarte bun si cu multe optiuni. Locatie foarte centrala, aproape de atractii turistice, restaurante faimoase si magazine de cumparat suveniruri sau haine

The staff is very friendly and the location is convenient. You can just walk to the lake, train street and other main attractions as well street markets. The cleaning service is also very good

The wifi is a bit slow, for breakfast you need to go to another building and the view from the balcony is poor.

The room was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Both the facilities and the equipment were in very good condition. The staff were extremely attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with whatever was needed. Victor and Linda were especially kind and always there to help whenever we needed anything. The breakfast buffet was also incredible, with a luxurious feel and a great variety of options. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

The room was clean and well presented. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

The view from the executive room was not nice! The entrance was down a tiny alleyway which was not easy to access with luggage.

Bedroom was a great size, great location and breakfast was very good. The receptionist Victor was very friendly and helpful.

In terms of location wise is quite convenient as most of them places in old quarter area. Even if you order grab also easy to detect the location but some little sharing ( the hotel will be hard to find for the first time as it’s in the alley way)

I would say the way to find this hotel for the first time is abit hard but so long you follow Apple Maps everything is fine

이번이 두번째인데 일단 위치가 좋고 이용하기 편리했습니다. 깨끗해요 직원 성실히 일했어요 가성비 좋아요

It was a very clean and comfortable room. The beds were amazing and the shower was perfect. Finally we had some good pressure and the temperature was nice. We were helped by a very friendly staff member called Victor! He even gave us two little bags of candy when we left for our flight back home <3

The breakfast was on another location. This was a 5 minute walk. I also believe the staff was unprofessional. They were talking and laughing loudly in the breakfast area. There were also some things missing from the breakfast. This was because we were late. The food tasted very good though!

The room was a comfortable, clean and well maintained. Loved the decor and comfort. The bathroom facilities were excellent. And I appreciated the spaciousness of the room.

The stylising was great; the shower and bed were 10 out of 10. The reception staff were very lovely and helpful. The room was nice, clean, modern. Very comfortable.

The renovation needs updating in some places; there are cracks on the bathroom wall. But overall, considering the price, it’s not a major issue.

Hotel looks lovely and rooms were comfy. Good value for money. A staff member did come and help me with this. Everything. All the staff are attentive, nothing is too much trouble

Le petit déjeuner ne se prends pas dans l’hôtel mais dans un autre hôtel à 3 min à pieds (même chaîne). Le personnel est assez mou et peu réactif. Nous avons déposer notre linge pour un service de laundry rapide en demandant plusieurs fois s’ils étaient en mesure de livrer le linge propre à temps car nous avions un avion. Résultat, nous avons récupéré notre linge encore sale car ils ont oublié de nous prévenir que finalement ça ne serait pas possible … Pour conclure, bon hôtel et localisation mais ne comptez pas sur les services et le personnel.

We’ve stayed here several times and always find it clean and comfortable. Big sunny room large comfortable bed. Our first visit and will definitely return we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely clean hotel with very comfy beds, lovely friendly staff and a fantastic location. We have stayed here every year for years,still a perfect place,nice and central,clean. The warm welcome I get when visiting this hotel.

It exceeded my expectations. Beds were great. The bed was super comfy. Shower was great and towels fluffy. I like the fact that I often stay at this hotel and it's always the same high quality.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property comfortable, and adequately clean. Thanks to all of the staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their exceptional service truly made a difference and left a lasting impression.

Hospitable and welcoming staff that were keen to help. Muesli cereal was a breakfast option (rare in Vietnam hotels in our experience as usually only plain and chocolate cornflakes/ricies given). Big fridge and room had a little kitchenette with microwave as well.

Room smaller than average but understandable as in the central city. Could add a jar of nuts like almonds and walnuts next to the jar of light muesli. They had jars of raisins (two types) though.

La habitación es grande, el staff maravilloso, Las camas cómodas, recuerdo el nombre de Víctor aunque después cambió turno y también el otro chico era muy simpático. Aunque el hotel se encuentra en un callejón, es un callejón con mucha vida ya que hay locales comerciales (una tienda de uñas, un pequeño restaurante, etc..).no tienes sensación de inseguridad. De hecho en ninguna parte de Hanoi nos sentimos inseguros.

Nos fuimos a dormir temprano porque estábamos cansados y había música en la calle, muy suave, pero a las 22'00 horas en punto la música paró y pudimos dormir bien.

Very clean and spacious room. Really enjoyed my three night stay here. Mike was excellent and helped me with anything I needed, including a very late check in on the first night.

We had 3 nights stay in this hotel. Great location in the middle of old city, that is close to the shops, coffee and restaurants. Despite being in the middle of city, the room was quiet and hardly hearing street noises. Rooms were adequately clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were amazing especially Mike. He was cheerful and of great help. He helped us arrange domestic flights, cruise to Ha long as well as sleeper bus to Sapa. Other staff were also kind and helpful.

Hotel situato nell'old quarter ma in via laterale, il che rende la struttura più silenziosa rispetto alle altre. In pochi passi si raggiunge tutto. Colazione eccezionale presso l'hotel della stessa catena, raggiungibile in pochi passi. Camera enorme e pulitissima con tutto il necessario. La nostra aveva anche l'angolo cottura con lavello, fornello, microonde e frigo

Excellent stay — great location and an outstanding host We had a wonderful stay at La Passion Hotel in Hanoi. The location is excellent, close to everything and very convenient for getting around the city. Special mention goes to Mike, our host — he was absolutely amazing. He went out of his way to make sure every guest was completely comfortable and took care of anything we needed during our stay. He also arranged our day tours and other essentials, and at better prices than what we found online. All in all, a great stay. Highly recommended.

The balcony can use some shade and some sitting arrangement. That’ll be the cherry on the top

Buena ubicación en el centro para visitarlo andando. Buena relación calidad precio y camas cómodas. El desayuno (buffet) se sirve en un hotel muy cercano de la misma empresa y ha sido de los mejores del viaje. El personal muy amable y atento.

Great service from both receptionists while I stayed here, think they were called Mike and Victor. Even helped me get a package delivered to the reception and looked after until I could collect! Couldn’t fault the hotel or service.

De lokatie is fantastisch! Het hotel is simpel, maar de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed. Alles is op loopafstand, zelfs het ontbijt waar je gebruik van maakt. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, echt lekker. En dan als laatste het personeel, zo leuk! We voelde ons meteen enorm welkom. Mike had veel tips waar we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt hebben. Hij heeft zelfs voor ons de streetfood tour geregeld, en we werden opgehaald bij ons appartement. Dankjewel voor het fijne verblijf!

De ligging van het hotel is ideaal. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en lekker.

De kamers zijn ondertussen al wat verouderd en zijn niet meer zo mooi als op de foto's. Er zouden in het najaar wel renovaties gepland staan.

Staffs were great. Mike helped us a lot to check in and to book for airport transfer.

Helpful staff that went above and beyond. Mike was wonderful helping us when our tour times changed and we needed an extra room. Victor also gave excellent meal advice - he directed us to the best Pho in Hanoi!

Posizione migliore non poteva esserci! Letteralmente nel cuore dell’Old Quarter di Hanoi! Camera confortevole, fresca, pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort. Mike è stato bravissimo nell’accoglierci e nell’assicurarsi il nostro benessere. Ci ha inoltre consigliato su alcuni posti in zona dove mangiare/visitare/acquistare. Inoltre ci hanno gentilmente lasciato tenere in deposito i bagagli durante il nostro viaggio ad Ha Giang. Veramente consigliato!

I love the style and the decoration. It’s very beautiful. The staff was amazing and super helpful. They went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. They gave us a free upgrade on our first night there.

The entrance is a little bit hidden but not a big deal. Any grab taxi driver would be able to help you find the place.

Helpfulness Charming Authentic Food

Muy contentas con el hotel. En una zona céntrica y cómoda. El desayuno se sirve en otro hotel del mismo grupo, pero a 4 minutos andando, y está rico y es variado (cada día había cosas diferentes, menos lo básico que estaba siempre). Las habitaciones y las camas son cómodas. El baño tiene bañera (no es ducha directa en el suelo del baño). El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente y, una vez enfriada la habitación, se puede dormir con él apagado porque se mantiene bien la temperatura casi toda la noche. Eso sí, cuando dice "ventana con vistas a la ciudad" no entendáis buenas vistas, solo que es exterior (suficiente). Mike ha sido muy atento con nosotras tanto antes como durante nuestra reserva. En definitiva, repetiríamos.

Hay que acceder por un mini callejón (puede dar un poco de mal rollo) pero está a pocos metros de una de las calles principales, con todo cerquísima.
