We really enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Amber Hotel. The location is excellent, the hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was very good and fresh. We also really liked the tours offered by the hotel — they were well organized and made our trip much easier and more enjoyable.

整体酒店很温馨，这里的店员都很有礼貌，附近就是还剑湖出入都很方便，附近的美食也很多，适合来徒步体验河内旅游

顶楼的水箱运作时会有噪音，希望酒店的可以增加一些隔音就更好啦

Really helpful and friendly staff - Lily helped organise our trips to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. Comfortable bed, a good size room.

Die Unterkunft war super gelegen in der Alt Stadt alle Orte und Cafés waren einfach zu erreichen, die Betten waren bequem und die Zimmer waren relativ sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann über das Hotel auch Tagesausflüge oder Fahrten an andere Orte buchen.

Unser Zimmer war im 1. Stock in Richtung Straße gelegen und man hat abends laute Musik von draußen hören können nach einem Zimmer Wechsel war das Problem aber behoben und wir haben nichts mehr gehört

L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. Lily est très à l'écoute. L'hôtel est très bien situé. Les chambres sont calmes. Lily nous a organisé le séjour à la baie de Lan Ha et nous a également aidé à booker un bus de nuit pour Cao Bang. Nous reviendrons chez Hanoï Amber hotel. A bientôt.

We had a very pleasant stay at Amber Hotel Hanoi. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially if you want to explore Hanoi on foot. The hotel is conveniently located near Beer Street and many restaurants, cafes, shops, and attractions, so there is always something happening nearby. It was very easy for us to explore the area with our family. The breakfast had a smaller selection than some hotels, but everything we tried was good and fresh. The room was comfortable, and overall we felt the hotel offered good value for money considering its central location. A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness and great service. We would happily stay here again and recommend Amber Hotel Hanoi to anyone looking for a convenient and friendly place to stay in Hanoi.

Staff were super friendly and accomodating, even letting us store our bags at the hotel after our check out time. Super convenient location - walking distance to almost everything worth seeing in Hanoi. Rooms were tidy and presentable. Would recommend to anyone looking for something affordable and in a great location.

The stay at the Hotel Amber was really good and the employees were friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. They have a nice hot shower and working airco.

It is near the noisy beer street, so keep this in mind when you book te hotel.

Nous sommes venues à deux reprises dans cette hôtel que nous avons adoré. La chambre était confortable très pratique avec beaucoup de rangements. De plus, la localisation de l’hôtel permet vraiment de bien découvrir Hanoi. Je recommande !

Good value for money

The room was very comfortable and the location is unbeatable. My room was on the top floor and was clean, quiet and easy to sleep. The staff insisted on carrying my heavy luggage to the room which was nice of them.

Amazing stay at Amber Hotel! The location is perfect, right in the city centre and very convenient for exploring everything. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great selection. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Highly recommended!

we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was excellent and very central, with plenty of great restaurants and food spots nearby. the room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

unfortunately, there was no elevator, but the staff were very kind and helped carry the luggage, which we really appreciated.

Nous avons adoré le service de Lily et de son personnel. Lily etait là pour nous. Le petit déjeuner était le meilleur que nous ayons mangé apres 2s au vietnam. La chambre spacieuse et confortable. La clim marche très bien. Le personnel a porté nos sacs a dos. Bref nous recommandons vivement. 🤗

Small Room Big Heart- In the middle of old quarter, walking distance to Indian Restaurants and very good hospitality. Special thanks to Miss Lily the manager can help book all the tours in affordable price and takes great care of the guest.

No elevator but they help in carrying the luggage and on request can accommodate to a lower floor. So no big deal.

Hotel naprosto doporučuji, existuje spousta negativnich recenzí , ale nejsou pravdivé , jedná se o 3 hvězdičkový hotel a jako 3 hvězdičkový i vypadá. Nejedná se o falešný počet hvězdiček.Dále bych chtěl vystihnout opravdu kvalitní snidaně, kdy si vybíráte z menu a můžete si vybrat i vice věcí ze kterých jsou všechny velice chutné, v hotelu jsme si nechali vyprat a vše bylo v pořádku. Hotel byl čistý , ale samozřejmě už trochu opotřebovaný, do schodů vám s kufrem pomůžou. Pokud si hotel vyberete berte na vědomí,že nemají výtah a jsou lokalizováni uprostřed rušné čtvrti, která utichá až po půlnoci. Obsluha je velice milá a ochotná.

Je důležité si uvědomit co chcete od vašeho ubytování, někomu se živá čtvrt starého města nemusí líbit ale za me super. Bacha taxikáře co Vás zavezou k jinemu hotelu a pak predstiraji že to je tento.Doporučuji Grab nebo hotelové taxi.

Skvělá lokalita a luxusní ubytování. Hotel můžu jednoznačně doporučit. Personál byl po celou dobu velmi ochotný, přátelský a vždy připraven pomoci. Na cestu z letiště doporučuji využít aplikaci Grab a objednat si odvoz přímo do hotelu. Nedoporučuji využívat taxikáře, kteří oslovují cestující přímo na letišti – může se stát, že vás odvezou jinam, což je podle mě důvod některých negativních recenzí. Hotel skutečně existuje a odpovídá tomu, co nabízí. Velkým plusem je také možnost nechat si za velmi dobrou cenu vyprat oblečení. Prádlo vám vyperou a přinesou zpět přímo do hotelu. Snídaně nabízí dostatečný výběr a každý si vybere podle chuti. Přes hotel jsme si také zařídili výlet a vše proběhlo bez problémů. Za ty peníze je to opravdu luxusní volba a při další návštěvě Hanoje bych se sem bez váhání vrátil.

The location was brillaint right in the centre of the Old Quarter. Staff were very friendly and helpful also.

We were based on the 5th floor which meant a lot of steps (no elevator). Not the hotels fault at all , the receptionist on duty carried our bags up for us when arriving which was very appreciated and there is note in room they will carry them down on check out also.

The room was quite clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. They even carried our luggage up to our room on the top floor, and the next day they kindly moved us to a room on the first floor, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was good, although it wasn’t a buffet and the selection was fairly limited.

There is no elevator, which made access to the upper floors quite difficult. We also noticed quite a lot of noise coming from the street, which could be heard inside the room and affected comfort.

L’emplacement géographique est exceptionnel. Il y a une bonne connexion wifi. Le personnel est très gentil et le petit déjeuner est bon. C’est une bonne adresse à Hanoi.

Il n’y a pas beaucoup de débit d’eau dans la douche mais ça reste anecdotique.

I had a great stay at this property. The location is excellent, with many restaurants, cafés, and attractions within walking distance. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Overall, great value for money and I would definitely stay here again when visiting HaNoi.

Per qualsiasi problema hai , come taxi per l'aeroporto albergo e viceversa se vuoi ci pensano loro a fare tutto e sono molto gentili come la signorina Lily grazie
