Perfect stay. The views are incredible, also from the room and the hosts hospitality is truly awesome. Definitely recommend.

Great place to stay in Imlil, Said and his family were great hosts and very welcoming. The room was comfortable and the views stunning, Said recommended walks in the area and was friendly and helpful. Great internet connection which was useful.

Excellent accueil, réactivité des hôtes qui sont vraiment aux petits soins. La chambre est très joliment décorée et confortable avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Nous n’avons pas dîné sur place mais le petit déjeuner était bon et très copieux.

S’il y a un point éventuellement de moins bien cela pourrait être qu’il faut marcher un peu pour attendre le centre mais c’est également ce qui fait le charme du lieu donc ce n’était pas un problème pour nous !

The view is amazing from the bedroom, with the small balcony, and the host was very welcoming, making everything so we feel comfortable.

We have stayed do one night before toubkal expedition. The host was totally helpful, helped is with organizing a transport from airport, prepared a food for us when we’re exhausted after arrival, helped us organized the guide for toubkal. Really recommend!

Said ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich mit absolut wunderschönem Ausblick auf die Berge. Ich war leider krank (food poisoning) und Said kümmerte sich sehr lieb. Ein Freund von ihm fuhr mich mit meinem Leihwagen sogar nach Marrakesch zum Flughafen, da ich alleine hierzu nicht im Stande war. Ich bin sehr dankbar für die entgegen gebrachte Hilfe.

Der Weg zur Unterkunft ist herausfordernd zu Fuß. Für Menschen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, körperlich eingeschränkt oder dergleichen definitiv vorher abzuklären ob machbar.

Absolutely beautiful location and view from the bedroom, have never stayed anywhere like it! Good place to start walks from. Said was a great host and extremely helpful. Breakfast and dinners were delicious, would really recommend eating dinner here - great value!

The views from the accommodation are breathtaking. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. We had hot water in the shower. I also really liked the breakfast that was included. Staff was very friendly and helpful giving us advice on things to do around Imlil and which hikes are best.

Said, the owner and his family are genuinely warm and very accommodating hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. Food, cooked on site by Said's wife is exceptional. The room I had provided a spectacular view of the mountains. The bed, bedding & pillows and room were very clean and comfortable. The en suite bathroom is very clean. Location to the town and hiking trails are ideal. The rooftop terrace gives a 10 / 10 mountain view when eating breakfast.

Our room was amazing and the view was breathtaking. Said and his father were espectacular hosts,, making sure that we were comfortable and happy throughout our whole stay. I couldn't recommend more.

Amazing value - Authentic stay with a lovely host who was constantly attentive and kind. He brought out a map and suggested hikes. Food was great. Located in a small village above the Main Street so it’s quiet.

Said was an amazing host and the property was ideal for a base to go out on walks from in the mountains. Breakfasts and dinners were lovely, highly recommend eating dinner at Le Reflet. We had a great stay - thank you!

The walk into town is a little on the tricky side but we made it an adventure and were fine. Just worth noting for any accessibility needs.

Der Schotterweg zum Hotel muss mit Schwung und Abenteuerbereitschaft gefahren werden. Wir haben es aber mit einem Hyundai i10 geschafft.

Aunque el hotel no se ubique en el centro de Imlil, todo merece la pena una vez llegas al hotel y conoces a Sahid y su familia, ya que estuvieron super atentos en todo momento y queriendo ayudar para que nuestra experiencia fuese la mejor. La habitación acogedora y la terraza con vistas maravillosa. Desayunar en ella fue lo mejor del viaje! También nos dieron de cenar de 10. Esperamos repetir y así poder participar en algún trail o incluso subir al Toubkal 😊

We stayed here for two nights and it was one of the most beautiful experiences. Said is an amazing person, truly hospitable. He reached out even before our arrival to make sure we had transportation, provided us with useful information and directions, welcomed us with tea, and guided us in choosing a hiking route. The room is very comfortable (we had the best sleep), there is hot water in the shower, and both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious. The view is simply breathtaking. It’s because of people like Said that I love to travel: they offer a genuine and unforgettable lesson in humanity and hospitality. Thank you so much Said. 🙏

Sie war sauber , hatte einen beeindruckenden Panorama-Ausblick . Das Essen war sehr gut und der Gastgeber sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit- Ratschläge für wanderrouten, Organisieren von Guides bei Bedarf . Auf Wunsch ein Lunchpaket mitgegeben . Bei frühem Check out gab es dennoch ein Frühstück.

Nur als Information für andere Gäste , für uns war es kein Problem. Man benötigt ca 15 Minuten durch grüne Vegetation mit unebenem, steinigem Boden , um in das Ortszentrum zu gelangen. Bei Dunkelheit nicht beleuchtet. Die Auffahrt von der Hauptstraße zum Haus ist etwas steil , aber mit normalem Pkw machbar.

What an amazing place! Perhaps the best view over Imlil and the whole area for miles around. I will never grow weary of waking up to views like that or eating on the terrace! Said and his family were the best of hosts, mixing a warm welcome with professional service, even for awkward guests like me who went off to run in the hills early and arrived back very late one day. The room was well designed, well lit and had many bedding options for all needs. Food was wonderful as a three course dinner for 13euro, and a good breakfast. Said often helped guests with itineraries at the end of meals and was very kind. The area is a great spot to start many hikes and see authentic life in the mountains. I would jump at the opportunity to come back here again and warmly recommend it.

Accessible by either a short (beautiful) 15min walk from town, or by an off-road single-track drive (suitable for even my small rental car). This may be a limiting factor for others, but I didn't find it any problem. The shower area is fine but for modern western standards is not up to what some might expect (it is a simple tiled wet room). Again, for me, it was suitable for all my needs and the shower was hot and strong enough, even after an ultra-marathon.

Beautiful view and comfortable accommodation. Said was really helpful and a well respected man of the community who has great advice about Morocco. A lovely village to explore and experience local life.

Said & his family were so welcoming to us. The location is brilliant for walks, Said organised a guide for a hike which was much appreciated & one of our favourite days in Morocco! We had booked a balcony room & the views were amazing. Breakfast & dinner was delicious. It was lovely to have a communal space where we could meet other travellers - not something you get everywhere you stay.

Only negative was the cold water - but being where they are, it’s to be expected! Just be prepared, though after a long hike in the heat it’s welcomed.

Außergewöhnliche Lage mit Blick auf die Berge! Wenn Sie in Imlil sind, kommen Sie unbedingt hier her um zu übernachten. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen sind herausragend gut. Said ist ein toller Gastgeber, er spricht sehr gut englisch und hilft in jeder Situation weiter.

Der Blick von der Terrasse und aus dem Zimmer sind fantastisch! Said hat uns sehr gut bei der Planung von Wanderungen beraten. Das Essen war sehr gut!!

We had a wonderful stay at Le Reflet D’Imlil. The room was quiet, clean and very nicely equipped. We had an amazing mountain view from the balcony. The breakfast was very delicious and the staff welcoming and friendly. We felt at home and truly enjoyed our stay! Can highly recommend!

Uma casa local muito acolhedora. Vistas deslumbrantes. O Said é um verdadeiro anfitrião e faz de tudo para nos sentirmos bem. Ele foi guia local com muito conhecimento sobre a montanha. A comida é excelente. Cozinhada pela família do Said no alojamento.

C’était super! Le personnel était génial super accueillant et rendant service. La chambre était propre les draps étaient propres et confortable! Nous avons reçu un thé des petites confiseries c’était très bon! Nous avons manger le dîner la bas, un tajine au poulet avec une soupe en entrée c’était excellent le poulet était tendre tout était servi en abondance. Le petit déjeuner était très bon également! Si vous vous arrêtez à Imlil séjournez y!

Vue à couper le souffle sur Imlil et le Toubkal, tant de la chambre que de la terrasse où l’on peut manger. Les repas sont copieux, délicieux et fait maison. Said est discret et très disponible pour le moindre conseil ou coup de main. Un séjour agréable et authentique !

Von der Unterkunft hat man einen tollen Blick über den Ort und auf die Berge. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Ort. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Essen lecker. Der Host Said ist sehr nett, war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei allem geholfen. Am letzten Tag hat es geschneit und er hat uns noch im Auto die Schotterstraße hinunterbegleitet um sicherzugehen, dass wir gut ankommen. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen!

The location is amazing, the views - wow. I drove up a perilous dirt road (but manageable) to get there. Said carried our suitcases from our car up to our room - he is amazing.

Stupid me did not clue in on how we could heat our room. Once I wondered why there was a remote, I cottoned on, the room heated up quickly.

One of the best experience I’ve ever had! The hotel room was amazingly tidy, and has spectacular views. The staff, Said is very warm and supportive. The breakfast was very delicious. What I like the most about this hotel is their Berber featured room. He told me that all furniture is chosen by him.

Great views overlooking Imlil and incredible meals. But above all, the attention from the owner (Said) was above and beyond anything we could have expected. He was happy to answer any questions about Imlil or the country and this was the perfect place to start our trip in Morocco.

Czysty, ładny pokój z toaletą. Ładny widok z okna, taras na którym można podziwiać okolice. Miły właściciel, pomocny. Bardzo dobre jedzenie.

Ostatni kilometr dojazdu do obiektu jest offroadem więc trzeba mieć to na uwadze. Aczkolwiek właściciel jest gotów pomóc z dojazdem w razie problemów. Nam udało się dojechać, choć mieliśmy zwykłą Dacie Sandero.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser familiengeführten Unterkunft. Von Anfang bis Ende war alles perfekt organisiert. Said hat sich hervorragend um alles gekümmert, war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und immer im Austausch. Die Familie hat mich unglaublich herzlich aufgenommen und bestens versorgt. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet – sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen waren jedes Mal sehr, sehr lecker. Ich habe ausschließlich dort gegessen und es war immer top. Eine Unterkunft, die ich ohne Einschränkung weiterempfehlen kann. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Said was a wonderful host, very considerate with helpful recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay. We loved sitting on the roof terrace which was warm and sunny, even in January. Great value and stunning views. We loved our private balcony and really enjoyed the hikes recommended by Said. The food was very yummy.

Minor thing -A few shelves would be great for clothes /toiletries. It was very cold when we went and i would recommend brining slippers when using the bathroom.

Highly recommend staying at Le Reflet D’Imlil for unobstructed views of the Atlas Mountains. This place is a labor of love for Said and his family who not only run this place but built it themselves. His wife cooked the most scrumptious berber meal. The inn itself is super clean, spacious and comfortable. It’s about a 20 minute steep walk to the property so for those with young kids need to factor that in.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Le Reflet d’Imlil. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by the mountains and peaceful nature. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and always ready to help. We felt truly at home from the moment we arrived. This place is perfect if you’re looking for calm, authenticity and a warm Moroccan hospitality. We highly recommend it and would love to come back again. Thank you for this unforgettable experience!

We truly enjoyed our stay - the views over the town and surrounding mountains were absolutely stunning. The heating worked perfectly, which was very welcome in December. Breakfasts were delicious and we highly recommend adding the dinner option as well. Our host was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. He provided us with great advice on how to prepare for climbing Mount Toubkal and remained responsive throughout our stay. He even went above and beyond to help us change a flat tire on our car, which saved our return journey. We highly recommend this place.

​To był zdecydowanie jeden z moich najlepszych noclegów w Maroku, mimo że podczas 14-dniowej podróży codziennie zmieniałem lokalizację. Pokój na żywo prezentował się jeszcze lepiej niż na zdjęciach, a dbałość o detale robiła wrażenie. Do tego ten widok! Cały dzień szukałem idealnego miejsca na zdjęcie w Imlil, by ostatecznie odkryć, że najlepszy kadr mam z własnego tarasu. ​Byłem tam w grudniu, więc kominek w jadalni tworzył niesamowity klimat. Koniecznie zamówcie kolację – to uczta z domowymi, marokańskimi daniami. Całości dopełnia właściciel Said: niezwykle gościnny, pomocny i świetnie mówiący po angielsku.

Fint hus med vacker utsikt över bergen från fönstren och från en fin balkong på rummet. Värden Said är supertrevlig och hjälpte oss med allt vi önskade. God mat både till frukost och middag. Vi kände oss väl omhändertagna. Vi är väldigt glada över våra dagar i Imlil. Fantastisk miljö, vackra berg och väldigt vänliga människor.

Det var kallt ute och nästan lika kallt inne. Trots att vi hade en ac på rummet fick vi inte upp värmen. Badrummet var helt ouppvärmt. Men så är det kanske alltid i Imlil? Det är väldigt brant upp till huset och när det var isigt var det svårt att ta sig upp och ned.

Naprosto okouzlující ubytování. Přenádherný výhled. Při sněhu v zimě se parkuje dole na parkovišti, pokud máte batoh jako my, v pohodě se dá dojít. Milý majitel nám přišel naproti. Výborné snídaně a doporučuji dokoupit večeře. Moc jsme si pochutnali. Kdybychom sem jeli znovu, vybereme to stejné.

Le reflet d’Imlil est un petit paradis ! Nous y avons passé 3 nuits en novembre. La chambre était très bien. La vue magnifique. Les dîners et petits déjeuners sont copieux et très bons ! Et nous avons été vraiment bien accueillis par Said qui nous a donné de bons conseils sur les randonnées à faire aux alentours . Il a aussi géré notre transfert depuis Marrakech et nous a accueilli avec du thé à la menthe . C’était juste parfait ! Un grand merci à Said pour son accueil et sa gentillesse !
