"Station" - Modern 1BR with Sauna next to Railway Station

Majoituspaikka oli erittäin siisti ja sen sijainti oli erinomainen autottomalle Tampereelle tulijalle. Kaikki oli kuten kohteen esittelyssä oli kerrottu. Talo on uudehko kerrostalo ja talon jätekatoksessa on useampi eri kierrätysastia.

En pitänyt siitä, että majoituspaikalla oli oma nettisivu, jonne piti kirjautua ja lähettää mm. oma valokuva, allekirjoitus ja kuva passista. Nettisivun sisällöstä osa oli englanniksi ja osa suomeksi. Tällä majoittajan nettisivulla osa asioista ei koskenut juuri tätä majoituskohdetta. Olisin hoitanut asiat mielummin vain booking.comin kautta.

Avainta emme saaneet sovitussa ajassa (klo 16.00). Odotimme sitä pitkän junamatkan jälkeen väsyneinä. Yhteyttä ei majoittajaan saa muuten kuin sähköpostilla. Kun avaimen saimme, niin sitten harhailimme siellä kadulla ja etsimme ovea, josta mennä sisään. Saimme apua paikalliselta yrittäjältä. Olin useaan kertaan yhteydessä majoittajaan, mutta apua tuli vasta tunteja jälkeen yhteydenoton. Lähetettiin video, jossa ohjeet. Miksi sitä ei toimitettu ennakkoon. Televisio ei näkynyt ja yhteydenotoista huolimatta emme saaneet apua kuin vasta toisena päivänä. Auttaja räpläsi televisiota lähes puoli tuntia ennenkuin kanavat saatiin esiin. Mitä järkeä on laittaa Google-televisio tällaiseen majoitukseen, jota käyttävät myös henkilöt joilla ei google tiliä ole. Todella ala-arvoista toimintaa majoittajalta. En suosittele.

Todella viihtyisä huoneisto. Saunassa hyvät löylyt. Äänieristys asunnossa erityisen hyvä. Yhteydenpito vuokraajan kanssa nopeaa ja sujuvaa. Ehdottomasti voin suositella tätä kohdetta.

Sijainti on täydellinen. Hyvä sauna. Siisti huoneisto

Sijainti oli hyvä. Huoneisto oli viihtyisä ja hyvän muotoinen. Pesutilat yllättävän tilavat. Rakennus oli vaikuttavan hieno, yksi hienoimmista kerrostaloista joissa on tullut käytyä.

Huonekalut oli halvalla tehty. Etenkin pöydät. Sänky oli surkea pariskunnalle. Kaksi yhdenhengen sänkyä sidottu yhteen ja vaikka petari oli parisänkyyn, niin silti sänkyjen rakoon upposi koska yhden hengen sängyn reuna ei kannata hyvin. Käytännössä lähekkäin ei pysty makaamaan. Jostain naapurista yläviistosta molempina öinä alkoi koira ulisemaan ja haukkumaan, jota kesti jonkun aikaa. Ei kuulunut olohuoneeseen, mutta makuuhuoneeseen kuului. Wc:n lavuaari ei vetänyt kunnolla.

Pidin oikein paljon asunnosta se oli siisti viihtyisä hyvällä paikalla, sauna oli myös hyvä ei valittamista

Loistava sijainti, asunnolta helppo liikkua. Autopaikka olisi iso plussa! Moderni, hieno ja siisti asunto. Rauhallinen talo, melua ei sisälle kuulunut mistään. Ikkunat sisäpihalle päin.

Avaimen nouto erikoisesti asunnolta etäämpänä olevasta pizzeriasta. Sängyt melko pehmeät makuuni.

Sehr ruhig, manchmal hat msn sich die Frage gestellt, ob überhaupt noch jemand dort wohnt. :-) zentral gelegen, nobles Haus. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Location was great. We were able to check in just a bit early, which was very appreciated. Bed was very comfortable, sauna was a nice addition and very easy to use, and the building was nice with very nice neighbors. Overall the place was very clean and not cluttered, which was nice.

One of the towels was stained, which was not ideal to discover getting out of the shower. Only one pot and pan for cooking use, but could manage to make a simple meal.

Poor maintenance : several things need checking..the shower sprayed water everywhere, the toilet shower leaks so that the paper gets all soggy. Tried putting on the sauna but it smelled like burnt plastic so had to switch it quickly off. Air filters had a lot of accumulated dust, freezer doesn't seal well so had ice forming. Sofa beds, beds, carpets,air filters etc need to be cleaned properly. You could see all the stains on them. My family were scratching all over after sleeping there Bed was not comfortable, too soft. Used the vacuum cleaner and a horrendous smell came out of it.

Comfortable and clean bed and linens. Sauna was amazing and heated fast.

i really like the size of this apartment. location is perfect. sauna is perfect. flat is clean.

in fact, it's not the most comfortable bed because it's two single ones that could be seriously pushed apart, which is why i had to sleep only on one side without touching the other. but it's still not the biggest problem

good location, near the train station and the university, shops nearby, sauna is great, apartment well equipped and functional, as well as quiet communication with hosts went well, they were responding fast in any issue

needed instructions about garbage and recycling bins, for the 3 nights it has fined, but if I had stayed longer I would have appreciated an espresso machine and some more kitchen equipment, and perhaps more room for clothes in the bedroom closet

The apartment was clean, practical, and had plenty of supplies both for the kitchen and the bathroom.

The bed was divided in the middle and uncomfortable. Not good for a couple. I think an investment could be made in a decent bed.

The staff response was really late. Also my credit card was scammed by this apartment email.

The apartment is cute and clean and the little private sauna in the apartment was one of the best extras of the apartment. The apartment had everything you need and the location is very good.

I would have like to have one big bed instead of two separated ones put together. This was anyway something we knew since the moment of booking.
