Loved how easy it was to book and get to where I needed about Christchurch

Didn’t have parking and got in trouble where I parked

Loved the toilet seat warmer and the rack towel warmer was really amazing. The backyard is really cute and the washing machine that can also dry the clothes was a life saver

We did find in eyelash under the dresser which shook us a bit but overall the house felt clean and had the perfect amount of space for two guests

Uns hat der Style und die Struktur des Hauses (unten offene Küche mit Sitz- und Wohnbereich und oben das Schlafzimmer mit Bad) sehr gefallen. Das absolute Highlight war die beheizte Clobrille.

Für uns waren die Geräusche vom Highway etwas zu laut, deshalb bei der Lage 1 Punkt Abzug.

Great location, immaculately clean and presented, heated toilet seat, super comfortable bed, warm, very quiet. Good bathroom products. Good value for money.

2 instances of not being able to access the code to enter. However, both were sorted very quickly by Sharon. Thank you!The biggest issue for me on both my stays is the very limited kitchen supplies. This would be totally solved with a $60 Kmart shop. No wine glass or cutting knives (bar one large cleaver that is too big for most use). A grater maybe? Minor, but important details.

The service was pretty bad.

It was private, has absolutely everything I needed. It was warm and I gotta say, the heated toilet seat was the best

Clean and comfortable townhouse in a quiet complex and street. Super comfortable bed. Great communication from Sharon and quick response and solution when sorting out a small issue.

Would have loved some wine glasses and a knife block in the kitchen. I could only find one large cleaver. Maybe I missed where the chopping knives were stored?

Nice clean modern place. Very quiet at night even though the motorway was very close. Big super market about 20 mins walk. 30 mins walk to the city centre. A few restaurants, bars and fish and chip shop 10 mins walk away. We loved the home.

Could do with a few more utensils. But not a big issue we managed. Just going by other places we had stayed in.

Comfortable bed, good shower, quiet location, modern, clean, spacious apartment.

The property is advertised as having a washing machine. This was important to us. The door was missing from the washing machine so it could not be used. The host did not advise of this. We had to leave the property early in the morning to find a laundry.

Beds too soft for us and the door for the washing machine had been removed. Otherwise comfortable and clean.

The property was not clean when we arrived. We walked in to a dirty kitchen and toilet. There is quite a bit of traffic noise at night from the nearby motorway.

Proximity to the city. The townhouse came with a washer + dryer combo which came in handy. The townhouse had all the facilities we needed and we felt very comfortable the two nights we stayed.

Not enought cooking utensil, pot pans extra. The cleaning lady was at pur door 10min before check out . Felt uncomfortable.

We loved this property. Quiet, secure, warm and had everything we needed for a short stay. I would definitely stay again.

The shower drained slowly so the tray would begin to fill, but it wasn’t anything to worry too much about.

Great location - 7 minute walk to rugby stadium and netball arena. Close to motorway but still very quiet. Comfortable, large bed. Fully stocked with necessities - including salt, pepper, oil, washing powder. Very helpful and patient owner.

Code on front door didn't work. Phoned owner and she gave us directions for spare key in lockbox. No private carpark but plenty of space for parking on a quiet street.

Loved everything! We would certainly stay here again when visiting our family nearby.

Cafe and restaurant are within 8 - 15 mins walk. We find it really enjoyable for a small stroll back to the townhouse after a big meal.

Absolutely fabulous stay. You could pay more for a generic hotel stay- but why would you. This provided everything a couple away could ask for + more. Would definitely book again if we're staying in Christchurch. We travel to Christchurch probably every 6-8 weeks to stock up on food sales, so the full size Fridge/Freezer was ideal. Communication with Sharon was great.

Back sliding door was unlocked when we arrived- not sure how secure the property was before we arrived, and towel heater was already switched on- we didn't mind this as the towels were nice and warm though. Vacuum was full- so didn't vacuum before we left.

Host was a pleasure to deal with. Great place to stay, plenty of space and everything was there.

Great, modern space and facilities. Walking distance to Wolfbrook Arena. Very responsive host.

No dedicated parking and a sports game had taken up all the street parking the night we arrived.

There was only one tea towel an when staying a week is not enough. It could do with some xtra utensils as again we didn’t want to eat out much. Tongs Scissors Grater

It smelt funny like old cooking odours? & some surfaces hadn’t been wiped down

Needed guided instructions to find it, but access to main roads was excellent.

Cutlery is poor, other facilities are excellent
