KSyiimmo Luxe aéroport Marrakech

The host was incredibly kind and waited for us until after 1 a.m., making sure that the cleaning lady was there to show us the apartment and help us settle in. The apartment was extremely comfortable, with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of lighting, and beautiful, spacious rooms. They had even left several bottles of water for us on the table, which was a very thoughtful touch. The price was also excellent, especially for accommodating a larger group. I highly recommend this place.

Nothing, everything was great.

Komunikacja świetna , piękny przestronny apartament . Było bardzo czysto , jestem naprawdę zadowolona . Polecam !!!

L’environnement

It's close to airport and clean rooms

The property can accommodate 8 people as advertised but contains only one bathroom which is very difficult to manage. We loose lot of time because of this.

We loved the spacious living area, nicely decorated bedrooms, and cleanliness of the space. The free water bottles were a nice touch, and the host was very easy to communicate with and helped us book shuttles. The surrounding area had some great food, and the apartment was easy to get to.

We wished there were more towels as we could only find four and had five people staying. The shower also flooded a little bit.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang 😃 Tolles, gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Sauber und Ruhig. Parkplätze vorhanden. Vielen Dank für den schönenAufenthalt!

Great and kind hosts! They were helpful despite our flight delay and our arrival at 2:00a.m.

niks, alles was top

It’s very well 3 Bedroom modern furnished and clean apartment, good location close to Marrakech Airport, many shops around.

There is only one shower room and it was bit stained, water pressure was really low.

Clean and nice apartments Secured access to the floor Welcoming host Spare bedsheets Furniture and devices are in good condition

Don't expect anything interesting for the nightlife in the neighbourhood, just a few corner shops and piles of industrial garbage outside of the living area. The bathroom/toilet is only one, it's small and barely enough for one person. For 2-bedroom apartments assumed for 2 families, it's quite tight. I'd recommend the host consider check-out at 12 rather than 11, and also add some basic kitchen stuff like olive oil, salt, etc. Owned a guesthouse myself and we always kept it for the next tenants. But other than that the apartments are great.

Rien!

Cleaness

The owner of the apartment is a scammer will keep textinh you again and again that no guest alowed or i will call police . Very disrespectfull person .

Nothing

Exceptional stay – exceeded our expectations! Everything about our stay was exceptional. We booked the accommodation on the day of our arrival in Marrakesh and ended up staying for two nights. Communication with the host was fast and easy via WhatsApp, and they were incredibly kind and welcoming. This was our third accommodation in Morocco, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The apartment is designed in a beautiful, modern Moroccan style – we loved it! It was fully equipped with everything we needed, clean, and very stylish. The location is also very convenient, especially if you're flying in or out of Marrakesh. It’s just a 5-minute drive to the airport, which was perfect since my daughter had an early flight to the Netherlands on our first morning. We decided to stay an extra night because it was so practical and comfortable. We arrived from Casablanca with a rental car, and the host kindly reserved a parking spot for us right in front of the building. The apartment is also about a 30-minute walk to the center of Marrakesh, and the neighborhood is lively in the evenings, with people out and about until midnight. We were on the fifth floor, and one of the exceptional features was the room's private terrace with a table and chairs – such a cute and cozy touch. Thank you for the beautiful experience. We will definitely return and book this accommodation again!

Beautiful apartment right next to the airport. Furnishing is immaculate. The host is also very welcoming

We stayed here just for one night on our way to the airport. It had three bedrooms but only one bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient for a group. The balcony was accessible only from one bedroom. Overall, a moderate and functional place—very convenient if you need to be near the airport. The owner was helpful, and the person who checked us in was very pleasant and welcoming.

The apartment wasn't super clean, a bit dusty and the bed linen not very clean.

Location very close to airport. Very clean and lovely place. The host was there to help us with all

Everything perfect

We enjoyed the stay in this apartment, very comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment was immaculate, spacious, very clean, and comfortable. It was well equipped with everything that one would need for a short stay. It was worth every penny, to be honest. The host was wonderful, extremely helpful and hospitable and ready to answer any questions we had. The flat had excellent internet connections and restaurants nearby that were willing to deliver food to the apartment. All in all, it was a great place to stay in.

Nothing

The apartment looks newly renovated and modern. It's not far from the Marrakesh Airport: it took us only 20 minutes to walk to the airport to catch our flight. It's a nice walk. The owner was responsive and very easy to communicate with!

I wish the bedrooms could be a little bit larger for suitcases.

The host is very nice and helpful.

The apartment is conveniently located very close to the airport, just a 25-minute walk away. The neighborhood is quite lively and might not seem very clean, but we found shops open until 11 PM, even on a Sunday. Inside, the apartment is modern, everything works perfectly, and the beds are very comfortable. A great stay overall!

It was very clean, our Host was exceptional. He arranged for a reasonable fee a taxi from the airport who waited even though our plane was delayed. The host had a agent waiting for us at the property who let us in and helped with the baggage. The apartment was very nice and extremely clean and comfortable The highlight was the host staying in touch with us throughout the booking all the way to check out. It made our stay so much more easier. Will definitely be booking with them again
