Spacious Comfty 4 BDMs House in Rototuna

Location was in a great spot

On arrival there was a toe nail in the toilet. The rubbish was full and also to the side were bags and a box of rubbish. The toilet door handle was broken hanging by tape. The microwave had leftover chicken in it and smelt disgusting. The oven tray was left dirty in the oven. Also there are no working fire alarms

Handy location, good room size and layout, most amenities ok, heating good.

Double beds not most comfy, no can opener (many still sold without ring pulls), tea towel shortage, no oven mits, small saucepan range, could do with better mixing bowl range, short on dessert/ breakfast bowls.

Lots of room for a family, warm and clean. Love the fences back garden to for the kids to play given it was so sunny!

Cleanliness

It was a quiet neighbourhood, which we really liked. Everything was just right, and although we only stayed for one night, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay with no issues.

The only minor downside was that the carpet felt a bit old.

The house is big and located in a quiet neighborhood. The host is fantastic and provided a basket of local fruits.

Rooms do not come with a fan or aircon, we left the door open for air circulation.

Having a whole lovely big house really did make everything easier. Hamilton is not very big so it doesn't take long to get anywhere.

The one sofa was not really enough for our family to relax.

We were so super impressed with this beautiful house! Was so homely and our kids enjoyed playing hide n seek haha. Loved it allot and thanks soo much for the bowl of Feijoas!

The whole house, it was very nice and very clean, the whole family was feeling safe and comfortable. The area was very quit.

Provides many utensils, especially there is rice cooker that really important for Asian family. haha. It also provides other basic spices that needed for basic cooking, pretty good since we can cook simple dishes there.

No dryer, only provides washing machine. It will be very much inconvenient for people that stay for many days there, especially during rainy day or winter.

You might want to look at getting an extended table, it took up a lot of space. A table that comes out big, then pushes back into a small table. But otherwise it was a lovely place A+

A nice clean and comfortable four-bedroom house with good cooking facilities, large dining table and lounge. Good wifi and smart TV. The large garage held an excellent washing machine and drying racks. The clothes dried easily overnight. A good dishwasher too. Parking for two cars off the street, but open to it, was fine. It is a quiet suburban area, relatively recent, with a large supermarket and other shops minutes away by car.

No coffee pot/ plunger. Frying pan was very sticky and difficult to clean. The bins outside were full so disposal of our stuff was tricky.

It had everything we needed

This property is spacious with a good amount of space for seven adults. The property has good facilities, with a well appointed kitchen/dining area. Bedrooms have good space, beds are comfortable. The property was neat, clean and in good proximity to Hobbiton.

The bedrooms were quite warm at night, there were no fans, or screens on the windows. It didn’t feel comfortable to leave the front bedroom windows open during the night.

Location suited us for where we needed to be. Plenty off street parking, booked because their were 3 double beds. Easy check in Clean enough but basic

Not enough lounge seating. Only 1 couch, when there is bedding for 6 adults, should have been more, went to use the spare dining chairs in the front room, but they were wobbly, so decided not too. No outdoor furniture. A little 'less' than others we have stayed in, just lacking the little touches that elevate from basic to memorable. Getting tired -Things like fixing the blinds. Suitable for bigger groups, but not an 'occasion' night away. Comfortable but not flash.

When we enter the house was so hot. it will be great to add an AC tot the master bedroom

We loved our stay. Clean house. Fully stocked kitchen, name an appliance, they had it. Amazing shower pressure, i aways forget how amazing gas hot water is. Everything was easy to find. Quick drive to the shopping centre. Plenty of garage and off street parking.

More of a personal inconvenience than a complaint, the 2 single beds room was at the other end of the house away from the other 3 rooms. Meant my toddler had to walk through living room and kitchen during night to get to us. Otherwise there's nothing to complain about.

Close to where we needed to be but a good ppace to come back and chill after a long day of competitions. It was cosy warm, quiet and a great space to cook a meal with family and friends.

The oven wouldnt work just made do with the topstove elements. I Called the host he was very apologetic and was going to look into that.

We loved the spacious and comfortable set up of this accommodation. Frank reached out to welcome us online and also left a few drinks on the table for when we arrived. All the rooms were spotless clean and the location was also in a nice residential area. Perfect for a family stay with kids.

We let the host know that there was no sugar in the pantry which we needed. To which Frank immediately acknowledged afterwars and arranged for it.

This sparkling clean and convenient home was perfect for our three generation family stay.

My family stayed here for field days. Was suitable for a family who was doing all their own cooking Greta kitchen! And I loved the fenced back garden meant we could have the kids outside playing ball and knew they were safe

Frank was very helpful. The house was nice and comfortable. This was our first time to book a house on booking.com. Definitely a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend it.

This was perfect for us, we travelled with a large sprinter van so there was plenty of room for parking and it was nice a quiet.

Nice and clean

My family has loved the property. It was the base from which my family could go to the Hospital as my mum is in palliative care. We have stayed at this property location for 7 days and it's really good. My niece who has long hair loved the showers.The kitchen is very modern and the house is bright

I have elderly aunties between the ages of 70 to 85 staying at the property who would have appreciated the disability facilities. But otherwise they enjoyed there stay. We give this property 10/10

Everything was just really nice, well presented, clean and great.

Nothing to dislike.

There are flies everywhere, I’m talking at least 30 flying in the house. Unclean, sticky countertops, and the host wasn’t useful after communicating about the issue.

Good location. Quiet suburb. Sunny backyard with enough space for children to kick a ball.

Fly spray would be helpful though there was fly swats to use. There was a smell of curry in the home but once the doors and windows were opened and the house aired, it was ok - though the flies then came into the home. Outside furniture to sit on would be great.

The house was spacious for our large family, located in a quiet neighborhood. There were two full bathrooms and showers, which was very convenient. The keys were located in a lockbox on the front door, so entry was easy and flexible for us. The host was quick to respond to our questions and communication.

While the bed linens and bathrooms appeared clean, the kitchen had some really dirty areas and the carpeting looked and felt very dirty. There also was no "house book" or clear instructions, like regarding the trash, so we needed to message the host for directions, and then we could not properly dispose of our rubbish because the bins in the front yard were already overflowing. Overall, the yard and house looked a little rundown. With a little bit of TLC, it has amazing potential!

This place was a 10 out of 10. We have done a lot of travel throughout New Zealand and the rest of the world. This house was the nicest that we have stayed in. We will definitely come back!

Very clean and tidy upon arrival, hosts were amazing and very easy to contact

Was a small drive to where we needed to be but worth it and a lot closer than if i were to travel daily from my home town

Only thing that I can complain about were the sandflies/mosquitos our ceiling was full of them when we went to bed.

The space and open plan of the house. We were able to park our car in the double garage which worked well in our favour as it was raining when we went! The bedrooms were really spacious and comfortable to sleep on. There was a washing machine in the garage to use free of charge and the kitchen was well equipment with an air fryer, pots and pans, baking equipment and lots of plates and bowls.

Everything was pretty good however when we arrived there was a meal from previous guest still in the microwave and the cupboards had what seems to be spaghetti sauce in a couple locations. The cutlery also had food scrapes on them and the dishwasher wasn’t unloaded. The plate matts also had food stains on them. We weren’t too fuss about it but I think there’s definitely room for improvement with cleaning. However the rooms were very clean.

The Place is so quiet, the house is clean and tidy, and communication is easy and quick
