Breakfast was excellent.

The shower leaks water. Dustbins were not covered with plastic. Additionally, when I booked the room on Booking.com, I had the option to check out later than 16:00, which I did. However, when I went to the hotel reception and told them about it, they refused it until I showed them a screenshot of the website. Please confirm that the hotel will accept anything you offer on the website. If not, the customer will suffer and Booking.com's reputation will be affected.

رائحة المعطر في الممرات خانقة ضيق المواقف وعدم توفرها

I went there to use the swimming pool for my kid, but i found out they have a swimming training for at least 40 kids in the pool for 4 hours and the pool looks very dirty

Saudi staff are excellent , kind, professional , helpful , cooperative , and well presented .

Location and room firntures

Room rearrangement is bad

The cleanless of the hotel, the staff, the detoxek water and the coffee in the loby

The room small, the bed very soft for me, the lobby little bit hot

This was honestly one of the best stays I’ve had in Riyadh. The location is excellent and was perfect for my trip, as it was close to almost all of my meetings and made getting around the city very convenient. The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team. I ended up extending my stay twice, and on both occasions they kindly accommodated my request to remain in the same room on the same floor, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. The rooms are modern, spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. There is also plenty of parking, which was another big advantage. I had breakfast included during my first stay, and although I couldn’t enjoy it every morning because of my early meetings, the breakfast itself was excellent. Considering the quality of the service, cleanliness, facilities, and overall experience, the hotel offers outstanding value for money. I would absolutely stay here again whenever I’m in Riyadh and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and enjoyable.

Friendly status

The hotel clean and The receptionists are friendly

The pool . Especially my kids enjoy it . The receptionist Mashaa Allah . They are accommodating. The room is pleasant and clean.

Nothing. I had a wonderful stay Alhamdulillah

The location is great, and the reception staff are humble, friendly, and very supportive. However, the housekeeping incident and lift noise need improvement.

I feel the lifts require maintenance, as they make unusual noises while moving, which does not make guests feel safe. Moreover, I had a very concerning experience today. While I was in the bathroom taking a shower, someone rang my doorbell two or three times. Before I could respond, I heard someone attempting to open the door. I rushed to the entrance and found a housekeeping staff member trying to enter the room. I am surprised that the staff was not aware that the room was occupied and that a guest was checked in. Entering or attempting to enter a room without proper verification is a serious privacy and safety concern. No one knows in what condition a guest may be inside the room. I believe the management should provide proper training to staff regarding guest privacy, room occupancy checks, and basic professional etiquette to ensure such incidents do not happen again.

المكيف سيء جداً اقصى درجة وصل لها 21 والمكان حار

The restaurant area was too small because the hotel was so busy. We had to wait in the lobby to find a seat. The pool area was too small because it was so busy. We weren’t able to use the pool at all. The staff were very polite and friendly. All the staff were solution-oriented. We would like to thank all the staff.

Given the number of guests at the hotel, the pool seemed rather small. We never managed to use it. As there weren’t enough tables in the restaurant, we had to wait for tables to become free amidst the crowds. We ended up having to pay to use another hotel’s pool.

The staff is very friendly

Clean

The check-in experience was very disappointing. We arrived at the hotel around 8:30 PM, yet our room was still not ready, which is unacceptable at that time of night. We ended up waiting for almost an hour. Due to this lack of time management, we even considered canceling our booking. When we were finally given a room, it was not the one we had originally booked. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

Very good Staff ans atmosphere

Excellent location

الإقامة كانت ممتازة، أوصي الآخرين باختياره وبشدة

المسبح لا يلتزم الرجال بستر عورتهم

The gym was so small and missing some devices , I visited before 3 years and it was the same. That’s mean there is no plan of development in your facility.

The location is great it is near the train station and a metro station. Staff are nice.

Paid extra for late check out at 4, but I learned that you can get late check out till 3 pm for free. Selected a room with a private bathroom and requested for it to have a bathtub but didn't get it. Bed is ok, but not that comfy. The pillows are not ok.

Very clean and price is good

Rooms have a very nice layout. The bed was very comfortable. I think every room must have a view, considering the shape of the building and the surroundings. Rooms have very nice lighting, perfect for a relaxing evening with a book in your hands. Furthermore, although temperature was already quite hot in Riyadh, the room was somehow very nicely bool without even using the AC, which is very pleasant. Staff is friendly and helpful. I held a training session at one of their meeting rooms. They provided us with a sophisticated coffee machine offering all kinds of brews as wells as tea and cookies. The manager Mr. Bashar was very quick to deal with a confusion that happened about meeting room assignments due to a miscommunication from our institute. Very happy with my time there.
