Reviewed Dec 9, 2025Fin og behagelig lejlighed, med standardudstyr til udlejning. Små, og gode restauranter tæt på. Præcis vejledning/video til parkering, nøgle og indgang. Alice svarede altid hurtigt på beskeder.
Kun 1 nøgle.. Det tager ca 25 min at gå til centrum. Udsigt mest til industrihavn.

Reviewed Dec 6, 2025La vue incroyable, l'appartement bien équipé avec un lave vaisselle et machine a laver. Place de parking top et instructions d'arrivée parfaite.
Le lit qui n'était pas propre, surtout entre le surmatelas et le matelas, beaucoup de cheveux et poils des précédents locataires. Également la douche pas propre.

The place is modern, spotless, and offers breathtaking views — the sunrise over the harbor was nothing short of spectacular. Cleaning was below par and must be improved. Uncomfortable lounge chair was not the one in the photos.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2025Koden til nøgleboksen virkede ikke. Efter opringning til vært blev det ordnet. Udkørsel fra P-kælder blokeret. En ansat i kælderen hjalp os med en relevant kontakt, der kunne lukke os ud. Kode til nettet ikke oplyst i bookingmateriale eller på værelset.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2025Der Ausblick und die schöne Lage waren traumhaft.Parkplatz inklusive.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Uns fehlten als Selbstversorger leider ein paar Dinge in der Küche .Es gibt weder ein Sieb zum abgießen noch einen Toaster .Ein Schneebesen und ein wenig mehr Geschirr (Becher ,Eierbecher,Dose mit Deckel u.s.w.wären toll. Leider war alles ziemlich Staubig und die Fenster extrem schmutzig.Schade bei so einem tollen Ausblick.

Reviewed Jan 16, 2025The accommodation is truly outstanding in terms of location and the apartment's amenities. Communication with the host was seamless and extremely helpful. We received quick responses and assistance whenever needed. One of the highlights is undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the harbor and the open sea. However, there was one significant downside: only one out of four elevators was operational during our stay. This resulted in very long waiting times, and we occasionally had to use the stairs, which was a challenge given the number of floors. Overall, despite this issue, we would still highly recommend the apartment.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2024The view over the Baltic Sea was magnificent! The location of the apartment in Aarhus Ö was strategically located near the downtown area and was also located in the new new and upcoming part of Aarhus.
They should vaccum under the bed. This was my only criticism.

Sometimes needed to wait a few minutes for the elevator since only one was working (we were not in a hurry though)

The whole area was well worth seeing, something that we probably would have missed if we had stayed somewhere else. The communication with the owner was also something well worth mentioning. She's a lovely lady that responds fast and clear. We really enjoyed our stay here. Also... By booking this place, you earn bragging rights to say you slept in the highest building in Denmark! XD

They asked us when is preferred time to come and check in, we said 1 pm. Then we arrived at 2 pm. Apartment wasn’t clean and therefore we had to wait until 4 pm to finally come in. And for that we got 50kr back as a compensation 😂😂

Reviewed Aug 13, 2024Apartment in a new building with a fantastic view over Aarhus port. Breakfast on the balcony on a sunny morning is great. Having a private parking is ideal if you're coming by car. And you can swim in the sea right in front of the building !
Some additional equipment would be useful, and cleaning could be improved. We've already exchanged with the owner about this, and it should be fixed for the next rentals.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2024Quiet and clean apartment in a good neighborhood. There are a lot of facilities near the apartment and the city centre was only about a 20 to 30 minutes walk. The view from the apartment was amazing.
The kitchen was not well equipped. Not even a bottle opener or corkscrew. Furthermore the curtains still let through a lot of light, so we woke up very early each day. The bed was very hard.
