Auch wenn dabei privates Apartment steht, waren wir ein sehr überrascht. Es gibt auch viele Apartments,die privat sind, und trotzdem nicht mit allen Utensilien der Bewohner voll sind. Darauf waren wir nicht vorbereitet, das Apartment sollte man besser über AirB&B vermieten. Due Parkgebühr dort, total überhöht! Auch wenn es heißt, die Autos sollen aus der Stadt, wenn man eine Rundeise in DK macht, benötigt man ein Auto!

Indelukket "beton" lejlighed med dårligt fungerende glasdøre/vinduer til udluftning. Manglende persienner/gardiner på tre glasdøre er virkelig dårligt i 30 graders varme Lejligheden er omgivet af kontorer i flere plan, lige overfor er et firma som fra et stort mødelokale glor direkte ned på lejlighedens bedste terrasse og opholdsum. Det såkaldte "sea view" er kun tilstede som et havkik når man bøjer sig ud over altanens afskærmning og ser til siden langs bygningens mur..

Dejlig lejlighed. Utrolig flink vært.

For få kopper! Lidt bedre rengøring ville løfte oplevelsen.

Die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Uns hat nicht gefallen, das sich noch viele persönlichen Gegenstände des Vermieters in der Wohnung befanden. ( Z. B. Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank usw. )

The apartment is in a high-rise building at the end of a new development. From the balconies, there is a sea view. In the area, there is a cafe, restaurant, bakery, and shop, as well as a swimming pier and a small playground for children, and, of course, the promenade. Near the bus stop that goes to the center. The apartment is new and comfortably furnished, and it has everything you need. The owner is very nice and available on the phone if needed.

The keys are in a safe in the underground garage. We didn't know which entrance was the closest, so we did some searching. Locking the door is a bit tricky, but maybe that's the normal system used here. There is little storage space in the apartment as the apartment is normally used by the owner, hence his stuff is in the wardrobe. And one of the bedrooms was missing a blind for the window, so a lot of light came in at night.

The host went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location was nice with great food in the area.

Felt a little cramped for our family of 6.

A very nice place in a modern urban environment with alt of leisure opportunities close by, as well as dozens of coffee shops and restaurants.

The parking costs are really high, like everywhere in this city.

The area where the apartment is is really nice, with bakerier, cafes, restaurants and food hall close by. It is also not too far from the centre of Aarhus by foot. The apartment itself has all you need.

A bit more care with cleaning would make the stay more comfortable. The parking is very expensive, you have to pay 24/7 and if not careful with the timer you easily get a fine

Stayed for overnight during close by business event at the Lighthouse, the largest building in Denmark. Great area, with amazing notable architectural surroundings. Loads of leisure activities, Viking swimming opportunities and fresh air. Would have loved to stay for longer. Had a talk with the property owner, Luis, who was super helpful and very friendly.

Blackout curtains in either bedrooms would be great for a light sleeper as myself, but not something that would reduce my rating. The underground parking lot is kinda a maze, but my internal compass is not something the property owner can influence :-)
